Van Ridge Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Ridgefield, Washington area, Van Ridge Mobile Home Park, located at 415 NE 194th St, Ridgefield, WA 98642, USA, presents a community undergoing notable transformations. While primarily a mobile home park, it may offer possibilities for RV accommodations, particularly for those seeking longer-term stays. To inquire about the availability of RV sites and the specific services provided, you can contact Van Ridge Mobile Home Park at (360) 887-3455 or via their mobile number at +1 360-887-3455.
Based on the available customer reviews, Van Ridge Mobile Home Park offers a location that one reviewer describes as "not a bad location," suggesting a potentially convenient setting within Ridgefield. This reviewer contrasts it with "nice secluded quiet areas," indicating that Van Ridge might offer a more accessible or perhaps less isolated environment, which could be appealing to those who prefer proximity to local amenities or a more active community setting. The reviewer also mentions that while they are unsure about the availability of existing mobile home units for rent, they believe that individuals cannot place their own mobile homes in the park but must rent from the owners, subject to meeting their criteria. This information is primarily relevant for prospective mobile home residents but could indirectly inform the park's policies regarding RVs as well.
A more detailed review provides further insight into the evolving nature of Van Ridge Mobile Home Park. According to this reviewer, their brother is the manager, and significant efforts have been made by him and the owner to remove "undesirable tenants." This suggests a proactive approach to improving the community environment and fostering a more positive atmosphere for residents. The reviewer notes that the majority of the current tenants, who own their homes and rent the plots, are now "good neighbors," contributing to a more harmonious living situation. The fact that the park is reported to be "nearly if not completely full" indicates a potentially thriving and popular community, which could be a positive indicator for those considering residing there, whether in a mobile home or an RV.
However, the age of the mobile home park is also mentioned as a factor that can lead to maintenance issues when things break down. The reviewer does add that these issues "do get the job done," suggesting that while there might be challenges associated with an older infrastructure, the management is responsive to addressing them. This is an important consideration for potential long-term residents, including those in RVs who might rely on park utilities and infrastructure.
The same reviewer also notes that there are "lots of kids" in the park. This provides a clearer picture of the community's demographic and suggests that Van Ridge Mobile Home Park might be a family-friendly environment. This could be a significant factor for RVers traveling with children or those who prefer a more vibrant, family-oriented atmosphere. Conversely, it might be less appealing to those seeking a quieter, adult-only environment.
Given that Van Ridge Mobile Home Park is listed under the "rv parks near me" category, it is reasonable to assume that they do offer some form of accommodation for RVs. While the reviews do not explicitly detail RV-specific amenities, typical services and features that might be available include:

Van Ridge Mobile Home Park Reviews
Which are places places in nice secluded quiet areas. This is not a bad location. It's good if that's what you're looking for. You want to place your mobile home? I don't know if they have available units right now, but I know you can't place or you can rent from the owners. But you must meet their criteria.
Feb 16, 2020 · Mike KnottsMy brother is the manager at this mobile home park. He and the owner have worked to get undesirable tenants out. Most of the tenants (they buy the house and rent the plot) are now good neighbors and there are lots of them. It is nearly if not completely full. (Lots of kids.) The age of the mobile home park makes it difficult when something breaks but they do get the job done.
