Ninety Nine RV Park Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Vancouver, Washington area, Ninety Nine RV Park, situated at Parking lot, 1913 NE Leichner Rd, Vancouver, WA 98686, USA, presents itself as a potential option. They can be reached at (360) 573-0351 or +1 360-573-0351 for reservations and inquiries. However, it is crucial for prospective guests to consider the contrasting and somewhat extreme opinions expressed in the available online reviews before making a decision.
One reviewer offers a strongly negative assessment of Ninety Nine RV Park, describing it as a "NASTY little dive RV park right off of a busy freeway." The proximity to a busy freeway is immediately highlighted as a significant environmental factor, likely contributing to noise levels. This reviewer felt that the pricing was exorbitant for the quality and environment offered, stating that the fee for a 13-hour stay was $97 for a single space that was "totally devoid of life or anything enjoyable," and deemed it worth no more than $23 per day. The park is further characterized as a "stinky, noisy parking lot" with numerous "pointless rules and regulations that nobody seems to follow," suggesting a discrepancy between stated policies and actual conditions or enforcement.
The negative review goes on to compare the experience unfavorably to dry camping, implying a lack of value for the cost. The reviewer also recounts being told over the phone that AAA discounts were not honored, only to notice a sign upon departure boasting "AAA Approved," indicating a potential inconsistency or miscommunication regarding discounts. The reviewer concludes by advising others that they might be better off dry camping than investing in this "investment company-owned RV park."
In stark contrast, another reviewer offers a highly positive recommendation, stating, "I highly recommend this place. It was very well kept and the people that worked there are very nice." This review presents a completely different perspective, emphasizing cleanliness and friendly staff. The extreme divergence between these two reviews suggests that experiences at Ninety Nine RV Park may vary significantly, or that there might have been changes in management or conditions over time.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," Ninety Nine RV Park's location directly off a busy freeway is a critical environmental factor for potential guests to consider. While proximity to transportation routes can be convenient for some, the noise levels associated with freeway adjacency can be a significant drawback for those seeking a peaceful and quiet camping experience. The conflicting reviews regarding cleanliness and the overall quality of the park further complicate the evaluation process.
Regarding services and features, the negative review implies a lack of enjoyable amenities and describes the space as devoid of life. The mention of "full hookups" is absent in both reviews, so it cannot be definitively confirmed whether they are available. However, basic RV park services such as water, electricity, and sewer connections are typically expected. The positive review's mention of the park being "very well kept" suggests that at least some effort is made towards maintenance. The presence of staff who are described as "very nice" in the positive review indicates a potentially positive interaction with park personnel.
Features that might typically be sought in an RV park, such as spacious sites, recreational facilities, laundry rooms, or organized activities, are not mentioned in either review. The negative review's description of a "stinky, noisy parking lot" implies a basic setup without significant landscaping or amenities. The discrepancy regarding the AAA discount (denied over the phone but advertised at the entrance) raises questions about the consistency and transparency of park policies.
Promotional information is limited to the conflicting information about AAA discounts. The negative reviewer was told they were not honored, while a sign at the entrance reportedly advertised "AAA Approved." Potential guests should clarify the current policy on AAA discounts, as this could represent a potential saving. Beyond this, no other promotional offers are mentioned in the provided reviews.
For individuals specifically searching for "RV parks near me" in Vancouver, Washington, Ninety Nine RV Park presents a location with potentially easy access due to its proximity to a major freeway. However, the strong negative feedback regarding noise, high pricing for perceived low value, and the overall unpleasant environment should be weighed heavily against the positive feedback about cleanliness and friendly staff. The discrepancy in reviews makes it difficult to form a definitive objective assessment without further information or more consistent feedback from other sources.
In conclusion, Ninety Nine RV Park in Vancouver, Washington, elicits strongly contrasting opinions from the limited online reviews available. One reviewer describes a noisy, overpriced, and unpleasant "parking lot" with questionable rules, while another highly recommends it for being well-kept with nice staff. The proximity to a busy freeway is a significant environmental factor that is likely to impact the experience. Potential guests should carefully consider these conflicting viewpoints and perhaps seek additional reviews or information before making a reservation. Clarifying the current policy on AAA discounts with the park management directly would also be advisable. Given the significant concerns raised in one of the reviews, a cautious approach and further investigation are warranted to determine if Ninety Nine RV Park meets individual needs and expectations for an RV stay.

Ninety Nine RV Park Reviews
Yuck. This is a NASTY little dive RV park right off of a busy freeway. This wouldn't be so bad if they charged accordingly. The fee for our 13 hour stay was $97 for one space, totally devoid of life or anything enjoyable. It wasn't worth more than $23/day. It's just a stinky, noisy parking lot with tons of pointless rules and regulations that nobody seems to follow. It's one step above homelessness - but at an extremely inflated rate. I was told when I called and reserved a space that they do not honor AAA discounts, which might have saved us $10. However, when we departed, we noticed a sign near the entrance that boasts "AAA Approved". (See image) You may well be better off dry camping than wasting your hard-earned money on this investment company-owned RV park.
Oct 21, 2022 · Nicole PryerI highly recommend this place. It was very well kept and the people that worked there are very nice.
Mar 13, 2025 · Aurora FloresI lived here for 13 months until Sept 1st. The three stars are for Morghen and the other people I interacted with. They are all great people and they respond quickly. However, I cannot advise a friend or family member to rent an extended stay spot here due to the disconnect by the ever increasing rents, up to 975 including electric at the end and the lack of actual work or improvements being done on the property. The rent chased me out but I wasn't that sad to leave because they've made seemingly zero improvements. In fact, I'd say it was worse when I left. If you're going to increase rent by 20% or whatever, that's your call, I'm sure there are many factors involved, including market forces. I get that. But you need to at least act like you care about the upkeep and the facilities and the fact that you're charging people a solid 1/3 of their income to sit in a decaying "resort."
Sep 19, 2023 · Alexander LongLocation is fine, park is decent. Management has been slacking on allowing older, uncared for trailers to move in and accumulate junk outside. Also have some obnoxious neighbors (addicts?) who have issues with the law, truck alarms going off all night/morning while police waited to tow a truck used in a crime, loud traffic in and out all hours of day & night. Still not evicted...
Sep 30, 2023 · Tree TrimmerThis was our last resort rv park for someone to answer the phone after 5pm. We paid $110 for one night and we stayed in a pull through site with pebbles and not much besides the hookup. There was a dog area, but it was open on one end so dogs can escape. Limited space to take dogs. The shower required an app which timed when you entered and exited. There was no one at the office and a sign from July 2023 stating that they were short staffed and the office was closed. They did answer the phone when I needed help with the app. The laundry room was locked so I couldn't use it. It was noisy right next to the freeway. We are never staying here again.
