Vancouver RV Park Reviews
Me and my ex-boyfriend lived here with our 42 foot toy hauler and although the area was not great surrounding the park since it is Hazel dell. Rueben , the Park manager was always outside doing work to make the place look better. Whether that was pressure washing, pulling weeds, picking up trash, just constant yardwork. He was very consistent. Whenever you needed him, he was there. Whenever there was a problem such as laundry, shutting down or even a main waterline shutting down Rueben had it dealt with within the next few days As well as giving notice of the work that was going to be done. There is tons and tons of super friendly people there that create a community together. I made lots of nice friends. It was a good community that Ruben and all of the other Rv Park people had made together.
Mar 12, 2025 · Angela ConradWe had plans fall through and needed a spot for 3 nights day of. Called 5 places only 2 answered. One didn't have a space large enough for our trailer. Vancouver RV answered and was so helpful and sweet on the phone. I had a confirmation email before we even got back on the road. The location is easy access to the freeway and all amenities are provided. Full hookups, clean shower bathroom and laundry room. Ruben the on site manager came and checked on us as well. Overall amazing experience. Thank you for helping us on our day that could have gone so poorly.
Jul 23, 2024 · Katie HollmanWe have been in this park for about 6 months now. The new management is really doing what it takes to get the park cleaned up. The husband who does all of the maintenance and yard work is so nice and made us feel welcome. The wife is very sweet and really stepped up as the office manager. Thank you! We will miss everyone.
Apr 02, 2024 · EmilyMae FobellWe have been staying at this location for 3 months for my husband's job, and have chosen to extend for another 3 months. From my understanding, new ownership have recently taken over, and it seems they are working to get the park cleaned up. The managers are a couple who live on-site and are very nice.It is in a decent location, right off of I-5 so you can get to Portland in 30 minutes, and just about anywhere in Vancouver in 10-20 minutes. The surrounding neighborhood is not the nicest for walkability and there are no parks/playgrounds, but it is safe. They have a gate that has not been working while we have been here but is supposed to be maintenanced soon. You do have to pay a deposit on the opener for it.The internet does not work very well, of at all, that is supposed to be fixed soon too.The laundry facilities are really clean, they have one at either end of the park so I have never had to wait around to wash. There is also a rec room with tables, oven, dishwasher, and some board games. My only complaint is that an app is needed to access them, so when the internet is not working that is problematic, and even using the data on my phone it is really slow to unlock. They have fobs available for short term/day pass stays, and after some persistent asking we were finally able to get one too!The spaces themselves are all paved, on the tighter size and really close together. It is a squeeze to get both of our vehicles parked in our space. All that to be said, I have looked at other parks in Vancouver within reasonable distance of my husband's job, and I do think this is the best one.
Jun 11, 2024 · Nikki ReevesLoved the stay. Only thi g negative I could say is the sites are too close together. The neighbors dog was on a bout a 20 foot lead and chased me up my stairs growling !!! I was stuck on my stairs for a couple minutes before he pulled the dog back. Should have let the manager know but forgot.
