Northwest Mobile Estates Introduce
Searching for "RV parks near me" in the Vancouver, Washington area that offer a welcoming and community-oriented environment? While Northwest Mobile Estates primarily functions as a mobile home park, the positive aspects highlighted in resident reviews may appeal to those seeking a longer-term, stable living situation with their recreational vehicles. Located at 3700 X St UNIT 11, Vancouver, WA 98663, USA, Northwest Mobile Estates can be contacted at (360) 518-4365 or +1 360-518-4365 for inquiries about potential availability and community guidelines.
Although categorized under "RV parks near me" on some platforms, it's important to understand that Northwest Mobile Estates primarily operates as a mobile home park. This often implies a focus on longer-term residency rather than short-term RV stays. However, individuals with RVs seeking an extended stay in a community setting might find this option worth exploring. Direct contact with the management is crucial to ascertain if RVs are permitted for long-term stays and what specific regulations or amenities are available for RV residents.
Based on the available customer reviews, the environment of Northwest Mobile Estates appears to be a significant positive aspect. One long-term resident fondly recalls a strong sense of community, where neighbors looked out for each other and fostered genuine friendships. They describe a low crime rate and a family-friendly atmosphere, even highlighting the support received from a local church, Crossroads, which provided assistance to elderly residents with home repairs and safety installations. This paints a picture of a caring and supportive neighborhood where residents feel a sense of belonging and security.
Another reviewer specifically mentions the community as being geared towards individuals aged 55 and over. This suggests a quiet and potentially more relaxed atmosphere, which can be appealing to seniors seeking a peaceful living environment. The reviewer also notes a positive infrastructure improvement – the repaving of roads, addressing a previous concern about potholes. This indicates that the management is responsive to the needs of the community and invests in maintaining the park's infrastructure.
While the reviews don't explicitly detail specific services typically found in short-term RV parks (like dedicated RV hookups, dump stations, or bathhouses), the strong sense of community and long-term residency focus suggest that essential utilities for mobile homes are likely in place. For RV owners considering a longer stay, it is imperative to inquire about the availability and nature of hookups (water, electricity, sewage), waste disposal facilities, and any other services relevant to RV living. Understanding these aspects will determine if the park can adequately accommodate your RV needs for an extended period.
The features of Northwest Mobile Estates, as gleaned from the reviews, center around its community-oriented nature and suitability for long-term living, particularly for the 55+ demographic. The emphasis on neighborly support, a low crime rate, and the involvement of a local church in community welfare are significant features. The recent road improvements further enhance the living experience. However, one reviewer suggests a potential addition: a small park or play area for visiting grandchildren. This indicates that while the community is appreciated, there might be opportunities for additional amenities to cater to visiting families.
It's important to reiterate that as a mobile home park, the features might differ from those typically expected in a short-term RV park. There may be designated spaces for mobile homes, and the overall layout might not be specifically designed for transient RVs. Therefore, direct communication with the management is crucial to understand the park's layout, space availability for RVs (if any), and the suitability of the infrastructure for recreational vehicles intended for a longer stay.
Promotional information for Northwest Mobile Estates is not provided in the given text. Mobile home parks sometimes offer incentives for long-term leases or special rates for seniors. To learn about any potential promotions or specific pricing for long-term RV stays (if permitted), contacting the park directly is the best course of action. Inquire about any current offers, lease terms, and the overall cost of residency, including lot fees and utility charges.
In conclusion, Northwest Mobile Estates in Vancouver, WA, while listed under the "RV parks near me" category, appears to be primarily a mobile home park with a strong sense of community, particularly appealing to the 55+ demographic. Positive reviews highlight friendly neighbors, a low crime rate, and recent infrastructure improvements. While specific RV amenities are not detailed, individuals seeking a long-term, community-focused living situation with their RV should contact Northwest Mobile Estates at (360) 518-4365 or +1 360-518-4365 to inquire about the park's policies on RV stays, available services and hookups, and any potential promotional offers. Understanding the park's focus on long-term residency and its specific features will help determine if it meets your needs for an extended stay in the Vancouver area.

Northwest Mobile Estates Reviews
I lived there taking care of my grandpa Thomas Ryker. Space 36. I think that I met some of the most perfect good people there that taught me life. I started my own family in this place I called home. 3 children running around with every neighbor watching out, we all loved each other and you could make the same type of memory for yourself. The crime rate was very low, I live there until I was 27/28. I know what bad people are and they don't really even exist there, and if they do now then they won't do much damage before being shipped out. I recommend this living to any person if age who would like to still feel of importance while building real friendships and have respect from all windows. The neighbors are quiet yet social and most of all they watch out for each other. The safe net is about 90% and the amazing help from the church Crossroads always use to come in and free if price , help these elderly folks rebuilding their place and making sure safety was installed, bringing picnic tables and new things.. it's truly home there. I give this area a 1oooooookazillion top rating. Memories are all good here, and it's truly a beautiful experience, so remember that when u need a place to live .
Mar 26, 2022 · Ranee MichelleLovely area for 55+ community. Love that they redid the roads since prior there were so many potholes. Love coming here to visit Grandparents, neighbors are friendly and helpful. May be nice to offer some type of small park or area for Grandparents to take their Grandchildren to in the Estates or right nearby off the main road.
May 31, 2018 · Jackie WilushewskiToday is 06/25/2019. I've been putting this off for a while, but here it is folks - the god, bad, and downright ugly...My husband and I are both older, and both disabled. We have regretfully lived here awhile. ( It used to be nice, but it has gone downhill a LOT. "management" here is just a rude, unfunny joke. ) I just got word today that they are going up yet AGAIN on the rent. *COME THE HOLIDAYS, THE RENT IS SUPPOSED TO GO UP TO $625* There are no utilities except water, sewer, and garbage. The water is horrible, and the dumpsters are ALWAYS full and smelly. It's loud; there are drugs, homeless people, ( at night ), and you may, or may not get a signal on your phone, ( depending on your carrier. ) This used to be a "retirement community" - now, they pretty much let anyone, and everyone in. There are a LOT of old, dirty, RVs everywhere, now, and honestly, it has gotten just downright scary. We have a dog, and he barks constantly because of all the homeless people and "can pickers" that come at night. If you are seniors please think twice about moving here. PS : I happen to know that a lot of the "glowing reviews" are not by actual tenants. Figure it out. If in doubt, do a "driveby". I'd post pics, but I don't have a camera, or a fancy phone. Sorry.
Jun 25, 2019 · X XNorthwest Mobile estates is very quiet very comfortable very nice folks that live there little on the crowded side space rent I believe is very reasonable between five and seven hundred pretty good location 3 minutes from I-5 10 minutes from i-205 so very very nice very clean and convenient place must check it out
Dec 23, 2021 · christopher peaseTerrible place. My close friend was evicted after living there for at least 12 years over mostly made up things. It is obvious that he was discriminated against because he is of minimal financial means, and lives in an old RV. They are clearly trying to squeeze out older RVs and mobile homes, so they can raise the rent even higher.
