Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Vancouver, Washington area that might also accommodate longer-term stays within a mobile home community setting? Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC, located at 1004 NE 72nd St, Vancouver, WA 98665, USA, presents a community with both positive attributes and notable restrictions, as indicated by recent customer reviews. This introduction aims to provide a detailed and objective overview of the park based on the available feedback.
One of the recurring positive comments regarding Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC is its cleanliness and tidiness. One reviewer explicitly states, "Clean and tidy," suggesting that the management places importance on maintaining the overall appearance of the park. This contributes to a more pleasant living environment for residents and could be an appealing factor for those seeking a well-kept community. The same reviewer also notes that the spaces are "roomy," although it's not entirely clear whether this refers to the individual mobile home lots or common areas within the park.
Another significant advantage highlighted in the reviews is the convenient location of Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC. Its proximity to shopping centers ("🛍️ shopping"), restaurants, and "lots of different businesses" is seen as a major benefit for residents. This accessibility to essential amenities and services can greatly enhance the convenience and quality of life for those residing in the park, making everyday errands and leisure activities easily manageable.
However, the reviews also shed light on some potentially significant restrictions and a perceived atmosphere within the community. One reviewer expresses strong concerns regarding the park's rules, particularly in relation to pets and overnight guests. According to this review, dogs are not permitted unless they were already living with the resident upon moving in or are registered as service or emotional support animals. This policy could be a significant deterrent for individuals or families who wish to bring a new dog into their household after establishing residency, even if they have invested in their property within the park.
The same reviewer also characterizes the park's rules as "way too strict for seniors" and describes the environment as "almost like a prison." This strong statement suggests a highly regulated community with potentially limited freedoms for residents. A specific rule mentioned is the prohibition of overnight guests, which could be inconvenient for residents who wish to have family or friends stay with them. This strict guest policy might contribute to the feeling of a restrictive environment.
Furthermore, the review highlights a seemingly minor yet potentially burdensome rule: the requirement to pull "itty bitty weeds" out of gravel driveways. While maintaining a tidy appearance is generally appreciated, the emphasis on such small details might contribute to the feeling of excessive regulation. The reviewer also mentions the presence of "a few snitches" within the community, which could suggest a lack of privacy or a culture of reporting minor infractions, potentially adding to the feeling of a restrictive environment.
The reviewer also attributes the strict rules to the owner of the park, believed to be named Stacy. While it's important to note that this is a single individual's perception, it does raise questions about the management style and the overall atmosphere of Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC. The characterization of the management as overly strict, particularly for seniors, suggests that the community might cater more towards a specific lifestyle or demographic that prioritizes a high level of order and regulation.
Considering the limited information available, Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC appears to be a mobile home park that emphasizes cleanliness and offers a convenient location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other businesses in Vancouver. These are undoubtedly positive attributes that could appeal to many individuals seeking a comfortable and accessible living situation. However, potential residents should be fully aware of the potentially strict rules regarding pets and overnight guests, as well as the perceived restrictive atmosphere and management style. The strong characterization of the park as being "almost like a prison" and the specific examples of rules provided by one reviewer warrant careful consideration.
For individuals considering Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC as a potential "RV park near me" for a longer-term stay within a mobile home community, it is crucial to seek clarification on the park's policies regarding RVs and the applicability of these rules to RV residents. Contacting the management directly at (360) 606-8068 or +1 360-606-8068 is highly recommended to obtain detailed information about residency requirements, pet policies, guest policies, and any other regulations that might affect their living experience. Visiting the park in person to observe the environment and potentially speak with current residents could also provide valuable insights into the community's atmosphere and the practical implications of its rules. Understanding the full scope of the community's regulations is essential to determine if Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC aligns with individual preferences and lifestyle needs.
In conclusion, Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC offers a clean and conveniently located living environment in Vancouver, WA. However, prospective residents should be prepared for potentially strict rules, particularly concerning pets and overnight guests, and a management style that some perceive as overly restrictive. Further investigation and direct communication with the management are strongly advised to gain a comprehensive understanding of this community before making a decision.

Collective Communities Lazy Z MHC Reviews
You cant have a dog unless you move in with one or they're a service or esa animal. Even if you had put 1600 into it. The lady who owns the park i believe her name is Stacy and she runs it way to strict for seniors and its almost like a prison with all the rules. You cant have anyone stay overnight. You have to pull itty bitty weeds out of your gravel driveway. There is a few snitches there too.
