Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk Introduce
While the platform category is "RV parks near me," the information pertains to Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk, a mobile home park located at 10918 NE Hwy 99, Vancouver, WA 98686, USA. Mobile home parks typically offer long-term residency for manufactured homes, differing from the short-term stays usually associated with RV parks. However, for local users in the Vancouver and surrounding areas considering mobile home living options, understanding the environment and potential issues at Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk is crucial.
Environment and Atmosphere: Contrasting Perspectives
The available customer reviews for Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk present a stark contrast in experiences. One resident expresses a highly positive view, stating, "I love this place! Everyone is very respectful of others' places and things. It's small, quaint and feels very much like somewhere to call home!😍" This paints a picture of a close-knit community where residents are considerate of each other and their properties, fostering a sense of belonging and a comfortable living environment. The description of the park as "small" and "quaint" suggests a potentially intimate and perhaps less densely populated setting, which can be appealing to those seeking a quieter lifestyle.
However, a significantly negative review raises serious concerns. This reviewer alleges a severe cockroach and ant infestation in space 29, claiming it was impossible to eradicate these pests. They further state that their family lost a substantial amount of their belongings due to this issue, alleging that the management was aware of the problem from previous tenants who also reportedly lost all their belongings due to the same infestation. The review goes on to accuse the management of dishonesty regarding the bug problem and unethical handling of the previous tenants' belongings. This account, if accurate, presents a drastically different picture of the living conditions in at least one part of the park.
Given these conflicting accounts, it is challenging to form a definitive objective view of the overall environment. While one resident praises the respectful and home-like atmosphere, another details a distressing experience with a significant pest infestation and alleged mismanagement. Potential residents should be aware of these contrasting experiences and exercise caution when considering this mobile home park.

Given the serious allegations in one of the reviews, potential residents should exercise due diligence and seek assurances regarding the condition of any prospective lot and the overall pest management practices of the park.
Conclusion:
Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk in Vancouver, Washington, presents a complex picture based on the limited available reviews. While one resident describes a respectful and home-like small community, another details a severe pest infestation in a specific space and alleges mismanagement. For local users considering mobile home living in this park, it is essential to be aware of these contrasting experiences. The location along NE Highway 99 offers accessibility, but the internal environment and management practices appear to be areas requiring careful consideration and direct inquiry. Prospective residents should contact the park management (potentially via mail to the provided address or by searching online for a phone number) to gather detailed information about lot availability, fees, amenities, and, most importantly, the current conditions and any history of pest issues within the park. Hidden Village Mobile Home Pk Reviews
I love this place! Everyone is very respectful of others' places and things. It's small. quant and feels very much like somewhere to call home!😍
Mar 08, 2022 · Nicole CookCockroach infested! Do not rent space 29!!! It’s majorly infested with cockroaches and ants!!! There’s no getting rid of them. My family lost 90% of our stuff because she lied to us about the bug problem. It turns out the family before us lost all their belongings as well due to the same issue! Disgusting!!! Then they turned around knowing about the infestation and put the stuff in a Public Storage unit. And then turned around and auctioned it off to unknowing people!!! Is that really what anyone wants to deal with??? Why do you have to give a star in order to be able to write a review? They don’t deserve my 1 Star!!!
May 07, 2018 · Jacquelynn JonesI lived in this trailer park for 5 yrs. The people are nice they keep up their yards they keep their area clean unfortunately it gets mistaken for the trailer park that is separated from hiddenvillage mobile homes by a car lot.. They are two very different places calahans trailer park
Aug 20, 2017 · Kierra FiskeCompletely under-cared-for. Sugar ants and cockroaches are abundant, needs some renovation on every structure and installation of anti-bug plants. Needs a security guard of some sort to lessen problems.
Mar 17, 2020 · Casper SteeleIf you have ever seen Trailer Park Boys. This is Sunnyvale!!!! Take a drive through there. It's a loop. It an experience you won't forget. It should be a theme park called section 8 land.
