CountryView Village Introduce
Searching for "RV parks near me" and considering a more permanent or long-term stay in a mobile home community? CountryView Village, located at 1 Meadowview Dr, New Bloomfield, PA 17068, USA, offers a distinct living environment in the local area. This established mobile home park provides a specific type of community that may appeal to individuals and couples, particularly those who are older or whose children are grown and seeking a tranquil residential setting.
CountryView Village can be contacted by phone at (610) 593-7167 or via mobile at +1 610-593-7167. Situated in New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania, the park presents an option for those looking for a quieter pace of life compared to more bustling urban or family-oriented communities. As a mobile home park, residents typically own their homes but lease the land, which can be an attractive alternative to traditional homeownership, offering potential cost savings and a different style of living.
The environment of CountryView Village is highlighted in one of the resident reviews as being "very quiet most of the time" with "very few children in the park." This suggests a peaceful atmosphere that may be particularly appealing to seniors or those seeking a calm and serene living environment. The reviewer also describes it as a "nice little trailer park," indicating a positive overall impression of the community itself. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who prioritize tranquility and a mature living environment, CountryView Village appears to offer these qualities.
In terms of services and features, mobile home parks generally provide essential infrastructure such as water, sewer, and electrical connections for each lot. Road maintenance within the park is typically included. However, one of the reviews raises a significant concern regarding the community's water source. It mentions a well from which residents get their water, stating that it is "not even fit to drink" and that residents still have to pay for it. This is a critical issue that prospective residents must investigate thoroughly. Access to clean and potable water is a fundamental necessity, and any concerns about the water quality and associated costs need to be addressed with the management. It is essential to inquire about the source of the water, any testing that is done, and whether there are any advisories or issues related to its potability.
Community features at CountryView Village seem to include a friendly atmosphere, as noted by one resident who stated, "People are friendly, too!" This positive social aspect can contribute significantly to the quality of life within a mobile home park. Knowing that neighbors are welcoming can create a more supportive and enjoyable living environment, especially for those who are new to the community or have downsized from a larger family home.
However, another review presents a starkly contrasting perspective regarding the park's management and rules. This reviewer claims, "The management is awful. There are more rules and laws there than there is in a communist country." They provide a specific example of a mother being unable to put out an umbrella clothesline without facing issues. This suggests a potentially restrictive environment with stringent regulations that may impact residents' ability to personalize their living spaces or carry out everyday activities without scrutiny. For individuals considering moving to CountryView Village, it is crucial to obtain a comprehensive understanding of all the rules and regulations of the park and to assess whether these rules align with their lifestyle and preferences. The level of management oversight and the nature of the community rules can significantly affect residents' satisfaction.
The positive review from a long-term resident who downsized from a house in Millerstown and has not regretted moving to CountryView Village offers a different viewpoint. This suggests that for some, the quiet environment and friendly neighbors outweigh any potential drawbacks. Their experience highlights the appeal of a smaller, more manageable living situation within a community setting.
It is important to note the absence of information regarding specific amenities that might be offered at CountryView Village, such as recreational facilities, laundry services, or communal areas beyond the potential well for water. Prospective residents should inquire about any additional amenities that are available and their condition.
Promotional information is not provided in the given text. Mobile home parks sometimes offer incentives such as reduced lot rent for a certain period or assistance with the moving and setup of a mobile home. To learn about any current promotions or special offers at CountryView Village, interested individuals should contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers.
In conclusion, CountryView Village in New Bloomfield, PA, offers a quiet and potentially friendly community environment that may be particularly attractive to seniors or those seeking a peaceful living situation. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding the management's strict rules and the quality of the community's water supply. Prospective residents must conduct thorough due diligence, including a visit to the park, detailed discussions with the management about the rules and water situation, and ideally, conversations with current residents to gain a balanced understanding of life at CountryView Village. While the quiet atmosphere and friendly neighbors are positives, the potential issues with management and water quality are critical factors that need careful consideration for anyone searching for "RV parks near me" and considering a long-term stay in this mobile home park.

CountryView Village Reviews
We live here! We've been here going on 6 years and we think it's a nice little trailer park. It's very quiet most of the time and there are very few children in the park. So if you are elderly or your children are grown it's a comfortable place to live. People are friendly, too! We downsized and sold our house in Millerstown and haven't regretted moving here.
Jun 28, 2024 · Joseph Nazzaro (Grand-Dad Nazzaro)Watch where you step when thinking about this community. The community is great. The management is awful. There are more rules and laws there than there is in a communist country. My mother can’t even put an umbrella clothesline out there without getting in trouble. There is a well For the community to have their water from and it’s not even fit to drink and they have to pay for it so do your math don’t go into this with your eyes closed
Aug 12, 2024 · kat jowelsNice, clean well kept community. With that said, I will say some rules are over the top, like no washing your car even though you pay for the water. I do vacuum my cars outside and so far no ones complained. Your pet must be walked outside on a leash, no dog tie out even for a few minutes. ( an observation made by someone in the community resulting in a call) i realize rules are rules and knew that when I moved in and most of the rules make it a nice community. For anyone thinking of moving here just be prepared there's always someone watching just in case you slip up and forget a rule.
