Lakeside Mobile Estates Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" that offer a unique blend of natural beauty and community living in the Vancouver, Washington area? While Lakeside Mobile Estates, located at 6610 NW Whitney Rd #1A, Vancouver, WA 98665, USA, primarily functions as a mobile home park, its appealing environment and community features may also attract those seeking longer-term RV stays within a well-established residential setting. This introduction aims to provide a detailed overview of Lakeside Mobile Estates based on available customer reviews, highlighting its environment, community aspects, affordability, and some of its regulations.
One of the most frequently praised aspects of Lakeside Mobile Estates is its picturesque setting. The community is nestled near a beautiful lake, offering residents and visitors alike stunning views and opportunities for outdoor recreation. While the specific types of recreational activities afforded by the lake are not detailed, the mere presence of a scenic body of water suggests a tranquil and visually appealing environment. This proximity to nature enhances the quality of life for residents, providing a backdrop of natural beauty to their daily lives.
A strong sense of community is another hallmark of Lakeside Mobile Estates, according to numerous reviews. Residents often mention the friendly nature of their neighbors and the prevalence of social engagement within the park. This suggests a close-knit environment where residents feel connected and supported. The presence of a clubhouse further supports this sense of community, potentially serving as a venue for social gatherings, events, and shared activities among residents. This social fabric contributes significantly to the overall appeal of Lakeside Mobile Estates as a place to live.
The physical environment of Lakeside Mobile Estates is also well-regarded, with frequent mentions of well-maintained grounds. This indicates that the management prioritizes the upkeep and appearance of the community, contributing to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The presence of walking paths is another notable amenity, encouraging residents to enjoy the outdoors within the safety and convenience of the park. These features suggest a commitment to providing a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for all residents.
Affordability is consistently cited as a significant advantage of living in Lakeside Mobile Estates. Compared to other housing options in the Vancouver area, the mobile estates offer a more reasonable cost of living, making it an attractive choice for a diverse range of individuals, including families and retirees. This affordability does not seem to come at the expense of essential amenities or a pleasant environment, further enhancing the value proposition of Lakeside Mobile Estates.
However, it's important to note that some reviews mention the variability in the age and condition of the mobile homes within the estates. This is a common characteristic of mobile home parks, where individual homeowners are responsible for their dwellings. Prospective residents should be aware that the overall aesthetic and maintenance levels can differ from one home to another, and personal inspection is advisable when considering residency.
While the majority of feedback highlights positive aspects, one detailed review provides insights into some of the community's regulations and perceived atmosphere. This reviewer notes that despite not being explicitly advertised as a 55+ community, it seems to lean in that direction based on the observed demographics and certain rules. This perception might be important for younger families or individuals seeking a more diverse age range within their community.
The same review also points out several specific regulations that might be relevant for potential residents. These include restrictions on small parties due to noise concerns (even if neighboring residents are not bothered), a prohibition on plastic pools in backyards due to potential harm to the grass, and the absence of trampolines or any small playground equipment for children. Additionally, there are rules regarding behavior in the community pool, including restrictions on cursing and rough play, as well as a requirement to sign up to reserve a spot.
The reviewer expresses a feeling that the management style leans towards that of a Homeowners Association (HOA), with a perceived emphasis on rules and regulations. The reviewer also mentions a negative impression of the management lady. While this is a single perspective, it is important to consider alongside the more general positive comments about the community's environment and affordability.
Overall, Lakeside Mobile Estates presents a complex picture. It offers a serene environment near a lake, fosters a strong sense of community, and provides a more affordable living option in Vancouver. The well-maintained grounds and amenities like a clubhouse and walking paths are definite positives. However, potential residents should also be aware of the potential variability in home conditions and the presence of specific community regulations that might impact their lifestyle, particularly regarding social gatherings, outdoor recreational items for children, and pool usage. The perception of a more mature demographic and a management style akin to an HOA are also factors to consider.
For those interested in exploring Lakeside Mobile Estates as a potential long-term RV living option within a mobile home community, it is crucial to contact the management directly at (360) 693-0902 or +1 360-693-0902. Inquiring about the park's policies regarding RVs, the availability of suitable sites, and clarification on the community regulations mentioned in the reviews will be essential in making an informed decision. Visiting the property to assess the environment and available amenities firsthand is also highly recommended to determine if Lakeside Mobile Estates aligns with your individual needs and preferences for community living near Vancouver's beautiful natural surroundings.

Mar 10, 2025 · Antonio MartinezThe place is clean I’ll give it that. But there’s so many cons here.It seems more like a 55+ community. Than a all ages lol.-can’t have small parties bc of the “noise”. Even if neighbors are fine with it. Seems more of a management issue.-can’t have a plastic Pool in your backyard bc it “hurts” the grass.-no trampolines for the kids / any kind of small playground equipment for the little ones.- can’t curse or play “roughly” in the pool & must sign up to reserve a spot.-Management lady seems off.Overall this place seems more like an HOA 😂😂
Jul 21, 2023 · ReviewIt's ok at most. Some nice neighbors. Seems one of the safest places to be living, I hope for a long while! If you like walking it's almost a mile around the mobile park. School bus for children. No play ground, a seasonal outside pool for residents maybe a guest or 2(BE WARNED: please RESPECT POOL RULES OR POOL WILL SHUT DOWN, NOT FAIR FOR OTHERS, ITS NOTED BY Management Often)Respect neighbors yards. Road been updated except not a part of it, sadly it NEEDS finished. ONE car per tenant allowed! Very LIMITED PARKING. No nearby stores to walk to, except chevron at 39th and Fruit valley Rd I think it's almost 30 blocks. No bus service, there use to be! Water & sewage not included with space rent, you pay them separately.
