Embrace the Beauty and Off-Grid Charm of the Environment:
Riffle Run Campground is described by a reviewer as "one of the most well kept and beautiful RV parks in all of West Virginia," suggesting a setting of natural beauty and meticulous upkeep. Another reviewer highlights it as a "great, off-grid camping area," indicating that it caters to those seeking a more rustic and self-sufficient camping experience, away from the full connectivity often found in more developed campgrounds. This off-grid nature likely implies a serene and tranquil environment, allowing campers to fully immerse themselves in the natural surroundings of West Virginia. While specific details about the terrain and vegetation aren't explicitly mentioned, the general sentiment points towards a picturesque landscape that contributes significantly to the campground's appeal. Riffle Run Campground Reviews
Great, off-grid camping area. Great areas for kids & adults. Campground volunteers are very welcoming. They do need to maintain their hiking trail so people can utilize it
Jul 25, 2024 · Andrea MeadowsOne of the most well kept and beautiful RV parks in all of West Virginia! If you don't believe me just go camp there for a night or two!
Aug 23, 2018 · Carla HarperWonderful little spot. Lots of trees, quiet, and has laundry, etc.we only stayed a night but would be back. Note - there is a substantial discount for National Park pass holders. One potential negative - no cell service and they charge for WiFi. Lastly - our 50amp didn’t work, we did ok on 30 (it wasn’t that hot), but you may want to check that before getting too comfortable.
Aug 16, 2024 · Kat McLernonVery clean.Nice lots.Lots of trails for hiking or biking around the lake propertyAwesome place to unwind as there is NO cell service!First come, first serve
Jan 05, 2021 · stephBeautiful setting, quiet and close to interstate. Since I have the lifetime senior card it's hard to beat $20/day for water/sewer/electric hookups.
