Clover Creek Village Introduce
Are you a local user in the Mebane, North Carolina area exploring long-term residential options that might be listed under the "RV Parks Near Me" category? Clover Creek Village, located at 810 Trollingwood Hawfields Rd, Mebane, NC 27302, USA, presents itself as a mobile home park that may accommodate RVs for extended stays, thus fitting the platform. Based on the limited but insightful user reviews available, Clover Creek Village appears to offer a potentially quiet and peaceful living environment, although the application process has been noted as rigorous and the administrative support as potentially challenging.
The address places Clover Creek Village in Mebane, North Carolina, a town situated in both Alamance and Orange counties, known for its growing residential areas and proximity to the Research Triangle Park region. The environment surrounding Clover Creek Village is likely to be a mix of suburban or rural residential, potentially offering a quieter setting compared to more densely populated urban areas. The name "Village" suggests a community-oriented layout, and the presence of "Creek" in the name hints at possible natural features in or around the property, although this is speculative based solely on the name.
One user review offers a positive perspective on the living environment at Clover Creek Village, stating, "Sooo quiet and peaceful here loving my home so far." This individual specifically moved from Durham seeking a quieter atmosphere and found it at Clover Creek Village. They also comment on the "long and complicated" application process, suggesting it might be intentionally thorough to ensure a community of "quiet, respectful people who can afford their rent." This implies that the management prioritizes maintaining a peaceful and financially stable residential environment, which could be a significant draw for local users seeking tranquility.
However, another user review presents a contrasting experience with the administrative aspect of Clover Creek Village. They express frustration with the application process, stating, "It’s a shame their prices are so good, but the company it’s self is just so not helpful." This reviewer describes repeated unsuccessful attempts to expedite their application, criticizing the responsiveness and helpfulness of the "secretary." The specific issue mentioned was the handling of a rental history verification form. This feedback suggests that while the park itself might be desirable in terms of price and potentially the community (as indicated by the other review), the administrative processes could be a point of concern for prospective residents.
Based on these limited reviews, the potential services and features of Clover Creek Village can be inferred, although specific details are lacking:
- Residential Lots: As a mobile home park, it offers individual lots for placing mobile homes or potentially long-term RVs. The size and layout of these lots are not specified.
- Utility Hookups: It is reasonable to assume the presence of standard utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity at each lot, necessary for long-term residential living. The inclusion of these in rental fees or separate billing is unknown.
- Quiet Living Environment: The positive review emphasizes the peacefulness of the community, suggesting this is a prioritized aspect of the park.
- Potentially Affordable Pricing: The negative review mentions "their prices are so good," indicating that affordability might be a feature of Clover Creek Village.
- Management and Administration: A management presence is implied through the application process and the interaction with a "secretary," although the helpfulness of this administration is questioned by one reviewer.
Information regarding other potential amenities such as common areas, laundry facilities, waste disposal procedures, or specific rules and regulations is not available in the provided reviews. Local users would need to seek additional information to understand the full scope of services and features offered.
For local users considering Clover Creek Village as a "RV Parks Near Me" option for long-term RV living, the following points should be carefully considered based on the available feedback:
- The Application Process: Be prepared for a potentially "long and complicated" application process, as the management appears to be thorough in screening potential residents. Patience and meticulous attention to detail may be required.
- Administrative Support: Be aware that the administrative support, at least during the application phase, may not be as responsive or helpful as some might expect, as highlighted by one reviewer's experience.
- Quiet and Peaceful Environment: If a tranquil living environment is a high priority, the positive review suggests that Clover Creek Village could be a good fit.
- Affordability: The mention of "good prices" indicates that the cost of living at Clover Creek Village might be attractive compared to other options in the area.
- Long-Term Suitability: As a mobile home park, it is likely geared towards longer-term residents, which could be suitable for those seeking a stable living situation for their RV.
Promotional information for Clover Creek Village, based on the user reviews, could cautiously highlight:
- A potentially quiet and peaceful residential community, ideal for those seeking a tranquil living environment away from noise and disturbances.
- Potentially affordable prices for lot rentals, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious individuals or families.
- A community that aims to be respectful and financially stable, suggesting a well-maintained and considerate neighborhood.
However, it is essential to balance these potential positives with the noted challenges in the application process and administrative support. Prospective residents should be prepared for a potentially rigorous screening and might need to be proactive and persistent in their interactions with the management, especially during the application phase.
Local users interested in Clover Creek Village are strongly encouraged to contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers ((336) 567-0405 or +1 336-567-0405) to inquire about lot availability for RVs, the specifics of the application process, rental rates, included utilities, park amenities, rules and regulations, and to address any concerns raised by the user reviews. Visiting the property in person could also provide valuable insights into the environment and the overall upkeep of the community.
In conclusion, Clover Creek Village in Mebane, NC, as a listing under "RV Parks Near Me," offers the potential for a quiet and affordable long-term living environment. However, prospective local users should be prepared for a potentially demanding application process and be aware of the reported challenges in administrative support. Clover Creek Village Reviews
Unfortunate bad reviews. The application process is long and complicated, because I think she is trying hard to make sure only quiet, respectful people who can afford their rent move in. I left Durham because of all the obnoxious and loud people. Sooo quiet and peaceful here loving my home so far.
Sep 09, 2023 · LoreleiIt’s a shame their prices are so good, but the company it’s self is just so not helpful. I’ve been calling and calling trying to help push my application process forward and the lady is just not helpful at all. It is amazing they have anyone renting there with how complacent the secretary is. I called to ask if they could send a PDF form to my apartment complex for rental history, and or send it to me and I sent it to them. And the lady pretty much said “I’m busy, we will wait for them to send it to us how we sent it” well that ends the application process for me. Good luck getting past the application process with these people!!!!!
Jan 04, 2023 · Morgan WadeI remember living here in high school. We got warnings for having suspicious looking people over DURING THE DAY. We would get calls about “a car full of younger men” coming over often- yep they were black so of course it had to be suspicious. My friend that recommended this park who was white actually had a lot more motion than we ever did and had extra bodies living there and never got a warning. It was racist and stereotypical. The husband mostly and the wife would condone it as if she isn’t ethnic either. Wouldn’t recommend unless they’ve changed their ways! If you want to be watched like a hawk and wanting to feel like you’re unwelcome, go right ahead.
May 04, 2023 · Genesis MartinTry to rent here. They are rude, and it's not an apt. It's an in old type trailer. Anna doesn't get back to u. U have to chase her and I'd rather speak in spanish to her. Her English is lacking. They will never get a good word from me ,and I work all over the community. I found a nice home to rent with no problem. Feel better, than in a trailer park..
Dec 15, 2020 · Michelle DavenportDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called before applying and asked what the requirements were to get approved. I was told I needed 3x’s the monthly rent and they do a “credit check.” I sent in 2 applications online on Thursday 6/2/21. 1 for me and 1 for my boyfriend. I waited until Tuesday 6/8/21 to give them a call and check on the application, as I hadn’t heard anything back yet.Anna, the property manager, acted like she had a hard time finding my application. After I told her I had the email confirmation of my $50 payment, she “then found it.” However, she said my boyfriend’s Social Security number was wrong. I’m not sure how, but I gave her the correct one because she said she would fix it and get back to me that day with a decision, she never called me back.I called Wednesday 6/9/21 to check on the application again. She said she was out of the office and to “text her” my application name and she would get back to me that day with a decision, never called me back AGAIN.I PHYSICALLY went down to the office on Thursday 6/10/21 at 11AM to get a better answer than I was getting.Anna was there and said that the owner was reviewing my application, but he had to step out in an emergency because a tree fell on someone’s trailer. She said he would make the decision that day and she would be in touch with me. Never got a call from her AGAIN!! I called at 5PM asking about the status. She said he still wasn’t back but she would have an answer soon. She called me back not even 30 minutes later saying I was denied for “my credit score” I asked her how? As my score is 680, I’ve NEVER had an issue with my credit. She told me “I’m not sure why it was your credit.” And hung up the phone on me!I had to get my realtor to call and get a better answer for me!! Anna told her they don’t look at “score” but what is actually on your credit! At that point, I don’t even know how people have gotten to rent here to begin with and I don’t think they ever actually VIEWED my application!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! VERY UNCOMMUNICATIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
