Wishing Well RV Park Introduce
For those navigating their travels or seeking a stable, long-term base in the Mebane, North Carolina area, Wishing Well RV Park stands out as a highly recommended destination. Situated at 2246 Farrell Rd, Mebane, NC 27302, USA, this RV park consistently receives praise for its spacious sites, friendly atmosphere, and convenient location. Whether you're a full-time RVer, a contract worker, or simply looking for a peaceful extended stay, Wishing Well RV Park offers an experience that goes beyond typical "RV Parks Near Me."
Wishing Well RV Park is lauded by residents as an "oasis" where you "feel secluded, safe, and relaxed." This speaks volumes about its environment. Despite this sense of peaceful isolation, the park is remarkably well-located, being "only mins down the road from many things." This ideal balance provides the best of both worlds: the tranquility of a natural setting and the convenience of urban amenities. The park is nestled in an area that offers a quiet escape from the noise and rush of busier locales, allowing residents to truly unwind. The surroundings likely feature ample natural open spaces, contributing to the sense of peace and privacy. The large lots themselves, as noted by visitors, offer "plenty of space for any activities" right at your site. While specific details on surrounding nature trails or immediate scenic views are not extensively provided, the overall impression is one of a well-maintained, spacious, and calm environment. The ease of access to essential services and attractions, such as grocery stores, local markets like "Kenyans (AMAZING local meat and produce shop)," and the Tanger Outlet mall, further enhances the appeal of its location. This combination of seclusion and accessibility makes Wishing Well RV Park particularly attractive for those who value both peace and practicality in their RV living.
Wishing Well RV Park focuses on providing comprehensive services that cater to the needs of long-term residents and contract workers, ensuring a comfortable and functional stay. A key service highlighted by reviews is the provision of "actual addresses that take you directly to your campsite and they are able to get packages delivered directly." This feature is incredibly valuable for those living in their RVs, offering a stable mailing address that simplifies logistics. The park offers full hookups, including 30 and 50 amp service on all sites, as well as city water and sewer connections. This ensures that all essential utilities are readily available and reliable. The lots are described as "very large" and "easy to set up and connect in," implying that even big rigs can find ample space and convenient hookup points. The park accommodates RVs up to 40 feet. For those with recreational vehicles, the park offers full hookups with both 30-amp and 50-amp service, which is a crucial detail for modern RVs. While some typical campground amenities like a pool or extensive recreational facilities are noted as not being offered, the park compensates with its spacious sites and the overall quality of its primary services. On-site management is also a critical service, with reviews praising them as "easy to work with, very efficient and accommodating," ensuring that resident needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Pets are allowed, though they must be on a leash and cleaned up after, and certain breed restrictions may apply. The park also provides a bathhouse with hot showers and flush toilets, available seasonally from April 1st to October 31st. Picnic tables are also provided at sites, and fire rings are available for campfires. There is also a walking trail for enjoyment.
Wishing Well RV Park boasts several features that make it a compelling choice for RVers. The most frequently praised feature is the size of the lots, described as "huge" and "very large," providing ample space and privacy between neighbors. This generous spacing contributes to the "secluded" and "relaxed" feeling that residents appreciate. Another standout feature is the friendly and peaceful community. Reviews consistently mention that "people who stay there are super friendly" and that the residents are "quiet and peaceful but very friendly." This fosters a welcoming environment where "no one bothers you." The park appears to be particularly well-suited for "long term - contract workers" and those who "live there full time," indicating a stable resident base and a community geared towards extended stays. While it caters to long-term residents, the park also accommodates short-term visitors, ensuring flexibility for various travel needs. The park's policies regarding rates also serve as a distinct feature, offering more economical options for longer commitments, which is attractive for those planning extended stays. The physical addresses for each campsite are a practical and highly valued feature, allowing for direct package deliveries. The presence of well-maintained full hookups on all sites, including 30-amp and 50-amp electrical service, along with city water and sewer, underscores the park's commitment to providing a high-quality living experience. It also offers pull-through and back-in sites. The owners are often cited for their friendliness and pride in the property, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere.
Wishing Well RV Park's pricing structure is a key piece of promotional information for prospective residents. While daily rates are available, the park clearly encourages longer stays with more favorable pricing. Weekly rates are typically $400, inclusive of all utilities. For those committing to a longer duration, a 6-month contract significantly reduces the weekly rate to $200 (or $800 monthly), with the understanding that residents would then pay for electricity separately. This tiered pricing model is a strong incentive for contract workers or full-time RVers looking for a cost-effective long-term solution. The phrase "everything included" for weekly stays highlights the convenience and transparency of their pricing. The park's positive reviews serve as its most compelling promotional tool, with past residents eagerly stating, "If we end up there again, we will for sure stay there." The phone number, (336) 260-1530 or +1 336-260-1530, is readily available for inquiries regarding current rates, availability, and to discuss specific long-term needs. While no explicit discount codes or seasonal promotions are mentioned, the inherent value provided by the long-term contract rates acts as a significant draw. The park's reputation for being "quiet and peaceful" while still offering convenient access to local amenities like grocery stores and shopping centers would be key elements in any promotional messaging, appealing to those seeking both serenity and practicality in their RV living experience.

Wishing Well RV Park Reviews
My husband, dog, and I travel for a living and this RV park was amazing. People who stay there are super friendly, the lots are huge, and they have actual addresses that take you directly to your campsite and they are able to get packages delivered directly. It is kind of pricey because they only allow you to do weekly ($400 everything included/ $1600 a month) unless you sign a 6 month contract they cut it into half ($200 weekly / $800 monthly and you pay for electric). I would have totally stayed there and did the 6 month if we could have. It looks like a lot of people just live there full time. No one bothers you, and it’s like your own oasis. You feel secluded, safe, and relaxed when in reality you’re only mins down the road from many things, weathers it’s a grocery store, local meat market (Kenyans, AMAZING local meat and produce shop), or a Tanger Outlet mall. I could keep going on and on. If we end up there again, we will for sure stay there.
Oct 29, 2024 · Sophie ParkerManagement is easy to work with, very efficient and accommodating. Lots are very large, easy to set up and connect in, plus plenty of space for any activities. While short term (weekenders, couple of week stays) will surely be accommodated this is a perfect RV park for long term - contract workers. Quiet and peaceful but very friendly residents! While the park doesn't offer typical campground amenities, the rates are very reasonable. Would most definitely stay here again.
Jul 10, 2020 · Colton GilmoreStaff was the only one out of four (4) RV parks were n the Greensboro NC to Graham NC to answer the phone. So guess what...they got my business.Prices are fair market value and the lots are 30/50 amp with sewer and water hookups. Saw tenters here as well. All in all an excellent experience that will no doubt be remembered when we come back to this area again.Max and his father are doing a bang up job in getting this park up and running. Picnic table have arrived and fire rings are on the way they say.OUTSTANDING!
Jul 13, 2020 · ERIK RUNNERSTROMWe did not have reservations & we were tired. Jones RV park offered this and another park Spring Hill, which seemed too far off Hwy. for one night just passing through when we r self contained. This is gravel & a bit awkward to locate ( please enter from Farrell Road & Ruby ( its curvy from Wishing well lane). Not totally level FHU 50 amp. sites but we chose to stay hooked up to our truck. Huge sites , spacious , quiet except for occasional Rooster . Well worth the $. It’s $10 less to pay cash. No office , no host on site. Contact via text & calls, someone came to our site to collect cash otherwise credit card over the phone. Very basic but restfully quiet night’s sleep. One critique! Needs signage from Farrell Road , missed turn .
Apr 14, 2024 · Mah Jong ObsessedIf you are looking for the most private, largest sites, quiet, out in the country wooded place to stay with your camper, you just found it. There is no office here with supplies and food, no playground, no hay rides and things like that, just HUGE campsites, full hook ups, with the best electric service we have ever had the pleasure of connecting to, and the water is drinkable with little to no after taste. The biggest issue we have had with camping is the electric service. Many do not have the proper power which if you don't have a device checking the power for you continually, you will in time burn up the A/C, Microwave, and other units in your RV. We use a device that plugs into their outlet checking the service for anything wrong, we plug this in first before setting up so if it detects an issue, we bring it to the owners attention before setting up. The voltage and amperage here is outstanding. 123 volts when not drawing power, 120 when pulling 28 amps. We have been to places that when my wife would dry her hair would trip our device stating low voltage. We never have any issues like that here. The water hook up is the most impressive freeze pro We have never camped anywhere up and down the east coast that has such huge sites and spaced out campers. The nearest one to us is at least 100 feet away. The owner Max stopped by to make sure we were happy with out site when we first arrived, and was kind enough to suggest several businesses we were in need of, which all of them were great. Thank you Max for your kindness. I was not paid for this add, nor am I personal friends with anyone in this company. If you want privacy, and the best service ever, come stay here for a while, you wont be disappointed.
