The environment at Cassidy Hills RV Park is consistently praised for its beauty and tranquility. Situated at 3241 NC-54, the park offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, while still maintaining convenient access to local areas. A key characteristic of the park's environment is its origin as a former mobile home park, which has translated into "large lots" for RVs. This spaciousness is a significant advantage, providing ample room for residents and contributing to the overall sense of openness and privacy. The landscape is described as "beautiful" and "peaceful," with residents frequently enjoying the presence of nature. Reviewers have highlighted the opportunity to "enjoy the birds and squirrels" and "watch the deer" and "see the owls," underscoring the rich local wildlife that thrives within and around the park. This natural setting creates a calming atmosphere, ideal for those who appreciate quiet mornings and evenings. The well-kept nature of the park is also a recurring theme, with mentions of "clean and well kept" grounds and meticulous attention to "properties lawns and trimmings," suggesting a commitment to maintaining a high standard of appearance and natural beauty. The quietness of the park is a major draw, allowing residents to truly relax and enjoy their surroundings without excessive noise.
Cassidy Hills RV Park provides a range of services designed to ensure a comfortable and secure long-term stay for its residents. While specific details on the exact types of RV hookups (e.g., 30-amp, 50-amp, water, sewer) are not explicitly outlined in available public information, it is standard for a long-term RV park of this caliber to offer full utility hookups at each site, ensuring residents have access to electricity, water, and sewer connections for their RVs. A standout service repeatedly highlighted by residents is the exceptional management. The management team receives a "10 from us" from one long-term resident, with praise for being "on top of all properties lawns and trimmings" and generally providing a high level of attentiveness. The presence of an "on-site caretaker" contributes significantly to the park's efficient operation and residents' peace of mind. While not explicitly detailed, the upkeep of the grounds implies services such as landscaping and waste management are consistently handled. For any inquiries or needs, the park can be reached via phone at (336) 525-2011 or mobile at +1 336-525-2011, indicating direct and accessible communication channels for current and prospective residents. The commitment to cleanliness, as noted by residents who "see where your rent go," suggests that the park invests in maintaining its facilities and grounds, providing value for residents' investment.
Several key features make Cassidy Hills RV Park a compelling choice within the "RV Parks Near Me" category. Perhaps most prominent among these is the emphasis on security. With an "on site caretaker and security cameras," residents consistently express feeling "safe here." This proactive approach to security provides a crucial sense of protection and peace of mind, which is particularly valuable for long-term residents. The "large lots," resulting from its previous life as a mobile home park, are a significant advantage, offering more space than many typical RV park sites. This extra room allows for greater privacy and comfort, making it feel more like a permanent residence. The park's quiet nature is another highly valued feature, allowing residents to enjoy a tranquil environment. The strong sense of community is also subtly conveyed through reviews, with residents noting "nice people" and families enjoying visits from grandchildren, suggesting a welcoming atmosphere. The natural elements – birds, squirrels, deer, and owls – offer a unique feature that connects residents with the local ecosystem, providing a peaceful backdrop to daily life. While amenities such as clubhouses, pools, or laundry facilities are not specifically mentioned in the available reviews, the focus on spacious, well-maintained lots and strong management indicates a primary commitment to providing a solid foundation for long-term RV living rather than transient recreational facilities. The ability to "live here in our RV for over a year" as mentioned by a resident, speaks to the park's suitability for extended stays and even permanent residency in an RV.
As a key offering in the "RV Parks Near Me" category, Cassidy Hills RV Park primarily appeals to individuals and families seeking a stable, secure, and serene location for their RV for an extended period. While specific promotional "goods for sale" beyond the rental of RV lots are not detailed in the provided information, the park's reputation for excellent management and a well-maintained environment serves as its primary selling point. Interested parties are encouraged to contact Cassidy Hills RV Park directly at (336) 525-2011 to inquire about current lot availability, rental rates, lease terms, and any specific requirements for RVs. Given the positive feedback on cleanliness and upkeep, potential residents can expect a well-managed property where their rent contributes to a pleasant living experience. The park's emphasis on safety, with security cameras and an on-site caretaker, is a significant draw for those prioritizing security in their long-term RV living arrangements. Cassidy Hills RV Park Reviews
Beautiful, peaceful RV park with large lots because this was once a mobile home park. With an on site caretaker and security cameras I feel safe here. Quiet enough to enjoy the birds and squirrels, and our grandchildren love to visit.
Nov 19, 2024 · Debra ParmleyI loved being here. My husband and I lived here in our RV for over a year. And let me tell you it is so quite and the best place I have stayed in. We watch the deer and we see the owls and listen to the birds in the morning. Oh and let’s not forget you see where your rent go. It is clean and well kept. Management gets a 10 from us. They are on top of all properties lawns and trimmings. Security is everywhere so your protected. Thank you Randy for making our stay the best.
Sep 02, 2022 · dionne cooperThis is easily the best campground I've ever stayed in, and as a fulltime RVer, Ive stayed in many. The sites are huge, wooded, and private, and you feel far removed but are actually close to everything. Somehow this campground has attracted the friendliest people. The owner clearly takes great pride in this place. If they ever have a site open, TAKE IT. You won't regret it.
