Clover Leaf Farms Introduce
Are you currently searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring mobile home parks in the Brooksville, Florida area? Clover Leaf Farms, situated at 900 N Broad St, Brooksville, FL 34601, USA, presents itself as a residential option with a notable array of amenities. This introduction aims to provide local users with a detailed and objective overview of Clover Leaf Farms, drawing upon publicly available information, including recent customer reviews, to help you make an informed decision.
Clover Leaf Farms boasts a significant advantage with its natural environment, featuring two lakes that are home to local wildlife. This picturesque setting offers residents the potential for enjoying waterfront views and observing nature within their community. For those who appreciate natural surroundings and the tranquility that lakes can provide, this feature could be particularly appealing. The presence of wildlife further enhances the natural charm of the location, offering opportunities for passive recreation and appreciation of the local ecosystem.
One positive aspect highlighted in the reviews is the availability of newer, beautiful homes within the community. This suggests that Clover Leaf Farms offers options for those seeking modern and well-maintained residences. The experience of one reviewer who purchased such a home indicates that there are attractive properties available within the park.
However, alongside these positive aspects, it is crucial to consider some significant concerns raised by recent residents. One reviewer described the community as a "strange place" and reported issues with "a lot of drinking and drugs." This is a serious concern that potential residents should be aware of and consider in relation to their desired living environment. The same reviewer also mentioned that "a lot of residents have guns," which may be a point of consideration for individuals with specific comfort levels regarding firearms in their community.
Another critical point of feedback pertains to the management of Clover Leaf Farms. According to one review, the management was described as "not helpful at all." This lack of support can be a significant drawback for residents who may require assistance with community-related issues or have concerns that need to be addressed. Effective and responsive management is often a key factor in ensuring a positive living experience within a mobile home park or RV community.
Financial considerations are also important. One former resident reported a substantial rent increase, from $760.00 to $819.00 in a single year. When inquiring about the reason for this increase, the management reportedly stated that it was due to "market rate." While rent increases are not uncommon, a significant jump within a short period can impact affordability and should be factored into a potential resident's budget and expectations.
The review also mentioned encountering some "nice people" within the community, indicating that there is a social aspect to living at Clover Leaf Farms. However, the reviewer ultimately concluded that the positive social interactions were "not worth the money and living in a environment like that," referring to the other negative aspects they experienced.
Safety concerns were also raised by a former resident, who recounted instances of cars not being mindful of pedestrians, particularly while walking a small dog. This suggests potential issues with traffic awareness or enforcement of speed limits within the park, which could be a safety hazard for residents and their pets.
Furthermore, the quality of local water was cited as a concern, with the reviewer describing it as "horrible with strong chemicals and very hard." While this is a regional issue that may affect areas beyond Clover Leaf Farms, it is a practical consideration for potential residents regarding their daily living and potential need for water filtration systems.
The issue of free-roaming and potentially uncared-for cats was also mentioned, along with the perceived lack of effective intervention from animal control. This may be a concern for animal lovers or those with allergies.
Finally, the reviewer expressed broader dissatisfaction with Florida in general, citing traffic congestion and difficulties in accessing timely medical care. While these are external factors not specific to Clover Leaf Farms, they reflect the overall experience of this particular individual living in the region.
Considering the "RV parks near me" category, Clover Leaf Farms might offer spaces for recreational vehicles. However, the reviews primarily focus on the experiences of mobile home residents and raise concerns that potential long-term RV residents should also take into account. The reported issues with community environment and management could impact the overall living experience for anyone considering residing in the park, regardless of their housing type.

Located at 900 N Broad St, Brooksville, FL 34601, USA, Clover Leaf Farms offers a location within Brooksville, which provides access to local services and amenities. However, potential residents should weigh the reported benefits, such as the lakes and newer homes, against the significant concerns raised in the reviews regarding the community environment, management, safety, and cost increases.
In conclusion, Clover Leaf Farms in Brooksville, Florida, offers the appeal of two lakes and the availability of newer homes. However, potential residents should be aware of the serious concerns raised by former residents regarding drug and alcohol issues, the presence of firearms, unhelpful management, significant rent increases, pedestrian safety, water quality, and issues with domestic animals. It is strongly recommended that individuals considering living at Clover Leaf Farms conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the property, speaking with current residents (if possible), and directly addressing the concerns raised in the reviews with the management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current living conditions before making a decision.

Clover Leaf Farms Reviews
Great place to live! A lot of amenities, including 2 lakes, with wildlife too.
Apr 18, 2025 · Gayle LakesBought a newer beautiful home. Lucky we sold it and lost money. It's a strange place with a lot of drinking and drugs. A lot of residents have guns. The management not helpful at all. Our rent went up from 760.00 to 819.00 in one year. Asked the manager why it went up so much? All they said.. it's market rate. Met some nice people, but not worth the money and living in a environment like that. Our realtor was awesome and worked very hard with Sun Reality. We had to walk our little dog and cars don't care and almost got hit. The water in Florida is horrible with strong chemicals and very hard. People have cats and let them run free and felt sorry for them because they didn't care for them. Animal control wasn't any help. We are grateful we are not there anymore. Florida is too busy and traffic. Can't get in to see a medical doctor for routine labs and it was 7 to 8 months to see someone. It might be for you, but not us.
Nov 19, 2024 · AnnaI came here years ago to retire, what a mistake! Clover Leaf Farms is not a retirement community. E.L.S. has made life here unbearable. A garbage dump site has been placed in the Maintenance Yard near the center of community. Sanitation Trucks arrive at 5:30 in the morning to empty the open dumpsters, with little regard to the adjacent homes. This site is not maintained and garbage is strewn about the ground. The smell from the area reeks of garbage. The value of homes surrounding this site has been made worthless, can't stay and can't sell. Do Not Come Here....
Mar 13, 2025 · William DukeI can’t thank Brandy enough for her exceptional help! Even though we didn’t have a schedule meeting, she took the time to educate me on the community and show me everything available, from older homes to new. I’m working with a couple selling their property, and Brandy went above and beyond in educating me on the community. Her willingness to help, even without immediate benefit, speaks volumes. Thank you, Brandy, for being so reliable and caring—it made a world of difference and I am certain they will purchase in this community.
Sep 09, 2024 · Tanya RiveraI am a contractor that did some some extensive work in the community. The residents were great. The property manager truly disgusted me, after dealing with her for 2 minutes I had to get out of that toxic environment.I truly hope someone from the management company reaches out. Accountability needs to be held
