Bruno RV Park Introduce
If you are a local resident in the Dripping Springs, Texas, area searching for "RV parks near me," Bruno RV Park, located at 404 Kothmann Rd, Dripping Springs, TX 78620, USA, presents itself as a potential option. To provide an objective introduction, it's essential to consider the available feedback from recent customers regarding the park's environment, services, and features. This information can help you determine if Bruno RV Park aligns with your needs and expectations for an RV stay.
One positive aspect of Bruno RV Park's environment, as mentioned by a reviewer, is its quiet setting and potentially scenic views. This customer noted a "perfect" view of the surrounding hills from their RV, suggesting a peaceful and visually appealing location. The park's distance from a main road was also cited as a positive attribute by another reviewer, contributing to a potentially quieter atmosphere away from heavy traffic.
However, it's crucial to consider some significant concerns raised by another recent customer regarding the park's services and environment. This reviewer expressed strong dissatisfaction, citing several issues that prospective guests should be aware of:
- Water Quality Concerns: A serious allegation was made regarding the potability of the water. The reviewer claimed the water was "not drinkable" and described a practice of the owner adding "gallons of bleach" to the water tank for shock treatment without apparent concern for the safety of guests. This is a significant health and safety concern that potential visitors should investigate further by directly contacting the park management and potentially seeking information from local health authorities.
- Laundry Facilities Issues: The functionality of the laundry facilities was also criticized. The reviewer stated that the washers did not drain completely and that the dryers were excessively expensive, reportedly costing "nearly $10 to dry a load of laundry." This could be an important consideration for guests planning longer stays who rely on on-site laundry services.
- Accessibility Challenges: The park's access was described as potentially problematic. The reviewer mentioned that the only way in and out of the park is via "a steep hill," and that "every other road is a dead end." This could pose challenges for larger RVs or for guests who have mobility issues or concerns about navigating steep inclines.
- Management Concerns: The reviewer also raised concerns about the owner's conduct, alleging assumptions about visiting vehicles and expressing a lack of care for guest safety regarding the water issue. These are serious accusations that warrant careful consideration.
- Surrounding Area Concerns: The immediate surroundings of the RV park were also described negatively. The reviewer mentioned a "meth community" across the road with "multiple rvs and trailers with broken down vehicles out front and loud noise most the night." This perception of the neighboring area could impact the overall experience and sense of security for some guests.
- Value for Money: The reviewer explicitly stated that the park was "not even close to worth $600 a month," suggesting that the perceived quality and services do not justify the cost.
Given these contrasting reviews, it is difficult to provide a definitive assessment of the environment, services, and features of Bruno RV Park without further objective information. The positive review highlights the potential for a quiet location with nice views, while the negative review raises significant red flags concerning water quality, laundry facilities, accessibility, management practices, and the surrounding area.

- Laundry Facilities: Ask about the current condition and cost of using the washers and dryers.
- Accessibility: Inquire about the steep hill and the layout of the roads within the park to assess if it will be suitable for your RV and comfort level.
- Park Management: Seek to speak with the owner or manager to understand their policies and address the concerns raised in the negative review.
- Surrounding Area: While the park management may not be directly responsible for the neighboring properties, you can inquire about the general environment and any security measures in place at the RV park itself.
- Site Amenities: Ask about the specific amenities offered at each RV site, such as electrical hookups (amperage), water pressure, and sewer connections. Inquire about Wi-Fi availability and any other on-site facilities.
- Pricing and Policies: Confirm the current rates for daily, weekly, or monthly stays, as well as any deposit requirements or cancellation policies.
It would also be beneficial to look for additional reviews of Bruno RV Park on other online platforms to get a broader range of perspectives. Keep in mind that individual experiences can vary, but recurring themes in reviews can provide valuable insights.
In conclusion, while Bruno RV Park may offer a quiet location with potentially scenic views near Dripping Springs, TX, serious concerns have been raised by at least one recent customer regarding water quality, laundry facilities, accessibility, management, and the surrounding area. Bruno RV Park Reviews
I love this RV park it is quiet the view from my RV is perfect I can see all the hills around me the owners are wonderful people
Nov 05, 2024 · Chef Debra HarveyI'd give this 0 Stars if I could, it's far away from a main road which is the only best part about it, the water was not drinkable, and the owner dumps gallons of bleach in the water tank to shock it and that's it, doesn't care about poisoning or killing their guests! Washers don't drain completely and dryers takes nearly 10$ to dry a load of laundry! Only way to get to the RV park is the only way out, a steep hill to drive up and down every other road is a dead end!Stay away from this park! They see one new vehicle in that's visiting you or left in your spot to go off doing something he assumes you are letting random people stay there, the people across the road are most likely a meth community with multiple rvs and trailers with broken down vehicles out front and loud noise most the night!! Not even close to worth $600 a month!
Oct 02, 2023 · Caleb ZartucheBest owners I've ever met. Accommodating, laid back, attentive , and welcoming. Quiet park, well laid out park.As for the the person complaining about it should be an adult rv park; 🙄🙄 maybe you should find a park exclusively for adults and stop telling people what they should do with their own property. Entitled much? I think so. Money talks all the same .
Nov 10, 2020 · Britnie BreauxWe really like it here. Its gated with a security gate. Its small with 8 spots. Looks like long stay kind of people. Good sized spots that are all different.
Dec 15, 2022 · Jack DanielsBruno is a great guy. And the park only has a few slots.
