The Wandering Path

Christmas Tree Rd, Milton, FL 32570, USA

4.0
The Wandering Path is a sanctuary. It’s a place for those who need a safe place in nature to think, heal, have fun with friends, and feel the true beauty of being away from the fast life. Amanda is a perfect host, she made us feel more than welcome, safe, and accommodated in every way. We have been 2 years in a row now, and both times in early March. Very few bugs, cold but clean and stunning water in the creek, working hot showers, clean bathrooms, and a great outdoor kitchen with amenities. Yurt #2 is a lovely stay as well as primitive site #8, which is much more secluded (and a bit of a walk with camping gear) but absolutely gorgeous with direct access to water. Highly recommend Coldwater Creek country store nearby for breakfast, meals, and snacks! We live a 13 hour drive away and we will continue to come back every year. Much love to this spot forever! - Liz Rimmer
