Crimson Hollow Residential Park Introduce
For local users seeking information about "RV parks near me," it's important to clarify that Crimson Hollow Residential Park, located at 299 Co Rd 299, Trinity, AL 35673, is a mobile home park, not an RV park. While both types of communities offer residential options, they typically cater to different needs and durations of stay. Mobile home parks are designed for longer-term or permanent residency, where residents often own their mobile homes and lease the land. RV parks, on the other hand, primarily accommodate recreational vehicles for shorter stays, offering amenities tailored to travelers. Therefore, while Crimson Hollow Residential Park might appear in a broad search for residential options, its focus is on providing a stable and quiet community for mobile homeowners.
Environment and Location: Crimson Hollow Residential Park is situated in Trinity, Alabama, and is described by residents as a "serene quiet location." This suggests a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of more urban areas, which can be a significant draw for those seeking a tranquil living space. The description of a "nice neighborhood" further implies a community-oriented atmosphere where residents may feel a sense of belonging. One resident specifically mentioned it as a "safe place to raise your kids or just a quiet life," highlighting the perceived safety and peacefulness of the community. This environment can be particularly appealing to families and individuals looking for a calm and stable residential setting.
However, it's crucial to address a significant environmental factor mentioned in the reviews: the presence of a large number of dogs. One reviewer stated encountering "8 to 12-14 dogs at once" when exiting their vehicle or going to the mailbox, also noting "lots of Pitbulls in neighborhood." This could be a concern for individuals who are not comfortable around a large number of dogs or specific breeds. Another resident clarified that the dog issue stems from an individual homeowner at the front of the property, and while the park owners have reportedly tried to address it, they have limited control over animals residing on privately-owned land within the park. Prospective residents should be aware of this situation and consider its potential impact on their daily life within the community.
Services and Amenities: One of the consistently praised aspects of Crimson Hollow Residential Park is the responsiveness and helpfulness of the owners. Multiple reviews highlight that the owners "handle any problems" and are "excellent providers." One long-term resident mentioned that "if anything went wrong all I had to do was call them," and they addressed issues without hesitation. This level of owner involvement and commitment to resident well-being is a significant positive for the community. The owners are also noted for their follow-through on improvements and commitments made to the residents, indicating a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing the park.
Regarding utilities, one recurring issue mentioned is "low water pressure." One resident noted that the water pressure is "a little rough just because it's Community shared with everybody," but also stated that it "never really was a nuisance." While this might be a minor inconvenience for some, prospective residents with specific water pressure needs should be aware of this potential limitation. The reviews do not provide information on other utilities such as electricity, sewer, or trash disposal, so it is advisable to inquire about these directly from the park management.
The mention of reasonable rent by a former resident suggests that Crimson Hollow Residential Park offers an affordable living option in the Trinity area. The park is described as "small and inclusive," which could indicate a close-knit community where residents feel connected. While specific amenities like playgrounds, clubhouses, or laundry facilities are not mentioned, the focus seems to be on providing a safe, quiet, and well-managed residential environment.
Features and Highlights: The key features of Crimson Hollow Residential Park appear to be its serene and quiet location, the responsiveness and helpfulness of the owners, and the sense of community among the residents. The park is recommended for those seeking a "safe place to raise your kids or just a quiet life away from the hustle and bustle," emphasizing its appeal to families and individuals prioritizing peace and safety. The small and inclusive nature of the park can foster a strong sense of belonging among its residents.
However, the significant presence of dogs, particularly Pitbulls, and the reported low water pressure are important factors that prospective residents should consider. While one resident explained the limitations the owners face regarding the dog issue due to private land ownership, it remains a potential concern for those who are not comfortable with a large number of dogs. The low water pressure, while not considered a major nuisance by one long-term resident, might still be a drawback for some.
Despite these caveats, the positive feedback regarding the owners' management, the reasonable rent, and the quiet and safe environment suggests that Crimson Hollow Residential Park offers a valuable living option for those seeking a mobile home community in the Trinity, Alabama area. The continued improvements made to the park further indicate a commitment by the owners to enhance the living experience for their residents.

Mar 17, 2024 · Joseph TownsendI had the pleasure of living at Crimson Hollow, for almost 3 years the owners are excellent providers, if anything went wrong all I had to do was call them. The rent was reasonable. And they never questioned if we had a problem. The water pressure is a little rough just because it's Community shared with everybody . But it never really was a nuisance. And the improvements that they continued to make after we moved in, was absolutely continued, and they never went back on their words on what was going to be done and how long it took. The dog problem, is out of their control all the animals belong to an individual who owns his home in the the very front of the property. Any kind of say so with the dogs are out of their hands ( and believe me they tried to fix it) because that individual owns that piece of land people need to understand that. This is a quiet community with great residents in it. If you want a safe place to raise your kids or just a quiet life away from the hustle and bustle I absolutely recommend this park. It's small and inclusive. And you wouldn't regret living here. If I could give it a hundred Stars I would.
