Seminole Springs MHP, Inc. Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" that offer a unique blend of rural tranquility and convenient access to urban amenities, particularly the allure of Malibu and the connectivity of the 101 freeway? Seminole Springs MHP, Inc., located in Cornell, California, presents an interesting option to consider. While primarily a mobile home park, it offers notable features, including excellent RV storage and communal facilities, which may appeal to RV owners seeking a base in this desirable area.
One reviewer highlights the strategic location of Seminole Springs MHP, Inc., describing it as a "lovely location with easy access to beach and 101 freeway in a rural haven." This description paints a picture of a community that benefits from the peace and quiet of a rural setting while still being within convenient reach of the famous Malibu coastline and the major transportation artery of the 101 freeway. This accessibility could be particularly attractive for those who enjoy coastal activities or need to commute to areas served by the 101.
The reviewer also provides insights into the nature of the mobile homes within the park, noting that they range "from decent to lovely" and are generally "well kept up." This suggests a community where residents take pride in their homes and maintain a certain standard of appearance. While this primarily refers to the mobile homes, it often reflects a broader sense of care and community pride that can extend to the overall environment of the park, potentially benefiting RV owners utilizing the facilities.
A significant draw of Seminole Springs MHP, Inc. appears to be its "good communal facilities." The reviewer specifically mentions a "pool, fitness, lake, etc." These amenities offer residents opportunities for recreation, exercise, and relaxation within the community itself. A pool can be a refreshing escape during the warmer California months, a fitness facility supports an active lifestyle, and the presence of a lake could offer scenic views or even recreational activities, depending on its size and features. These communal facilities can enhance the quality of life for anyone residing within the park, including those storing their RVs or potentially staying for longer periods if permitted.
Of particular interest to RV owners is the mention of "excellent storage for RVs." This is a significant feature that sets Seminole Springs MHP, Inc. apart. Finding secure and well-maintained storage for RVs can often be a challenge, and the positive feedback suggests that this park offers a high-quality solution. Whether you are a local resident needing a place to store your RV when not in use, or someone considering the area as a base for your travels, the availability of excellent RV storage is a valuable asset.
However, it is crucial to acknowledge a significant piece of information from the review: "unfortunately many of the upper level homes were destroyed by the recent fire but reconstruction underway." This indicates that the community has been impacted by a recent fire event, and while recovery efforts are in progress, there may still be visible effects of the damage. For those considering this location, it would be wise to inquire about the current state of the park, the progress of the reconstruction, and any potential impact on the RV storage or communal facilities.
The first review offers a more localized perspective, suggesting that Seminole Springs MHP, Inc. might be an option for those who desire to live near Malibu but find the prices in Malibu itself prohibitive. This implies that Cornell, while still offering proximity to Malibu, might provide a more affordable living situation. For RV owners looking for a base near this desirable coastal area, Seminole Springs MHP, Inc., with its RV storage, could be a strategic choice.
Given that the platform category is "RV parks near me," it is important to ascertain the specific policies of Seminole Springs MHP, Inc. regarding RV stays. While excellent RV storage is mentioned, the reviews do not explicitly state whether the park offers temporary or long-term RV living spaces with hookups. To determine if you can reside in your RV within the park, even for an extended period, you would need to contact the management directly. Inquire about the availability of RV sites, the types of hookups offered (water, electricity, sewer), any size restrictions for RVs, and the terms and conditions for staying in your RV.
Cornell is a small, unincorporated community in Los Angeles County, situated in a more rural area between the coast and the San Fernando Valley. Living or storing your RV here would offer a different lifestyle compared to being directly in a more urbanized area. The "rural haven" aspect mentioned in the review suggests a quieter, more natural environment.
To obtain comprehensive information about Seminole Springs MHP, Inc. and its suitability for your RV needs, it is essential to contact them directly. Unfortunately, a phone number is not provided in the information. You would need to search online for the contact details of Seminole Springs MHP, Inc. in Cornell, CA, to inquire about their RV storage options, any possibilities for RV living, the current status of the reconstruction after the fire, the availability and condition of the communal facilities, and any associated costs or terms.
In conclusion, Seminole Springs MHP, Inc. in Cornell offers a potentially attractive option for those seeking RV storage near Malibu and convenient access to the 101 freeway, all within a described "rural haven." The park boasts good communal facilities and well-kept mobile homes. However, it is crucial to be aware of the impact of the recent fire and the ongoing reconstruction efforts. For RV owners specifically looking for living accommodations, direct inquiry with the park management is necessary to determine if RV stays are permitted and what amenities are available. Finding the contact information and reaching out to Seminole Springs MHP, Inc. will provide the detailed information needed to assess if this location meets your requirements for an "RV park near me" in the Cornell/Malibu area.

If you're a Malibu kid who can't afford Malibu prices, well this ain't too far away.
Dec 20, 2023 · Mr. G. Rhoadeslovely location with easy access to beach and 101 freeway in a rural haven, mobile homes ranging from decent to lovely, well kept up, with good communal facilities (pool, fitness, lake, etc) for those who live there, excellent storage for RVs; unfortunately many of the upper level homes were destroyed by the recent fire but reconstruction underway.
Jul 10, 2019 · Robert HoffmanNice and quite community to live at. They have a pool, club house, and even their own lake where you can walk your dog at. Too bad it recently got affected by the fire, about half of the houses burnt down:(
Jun 20, 2019 · JuliaI and several others volunteered time to help those burnt out in the recent Woolsey fire get their paperwork together to apply for FEMA loans to rebuild. We didn't actually have anyone come in during my shift, but residents and owners have been coming in for help the rest of the time.It was very informative to see the extent of the damage and see how people were being helped.
May 07, 2019 · William FunkNow, this is a very good place to live in just by looking on the outside from the ouside looking in so to speak. This is a controlled environment. And it is very quite and clean. It's smack into Sylmar hills but to me this is a well manage mobile home park. Maybe you can come and visit and stop by the sales office and see what they have available.
