Heritage Estates Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is important to clarify that Heritage Estates, located at 3438 Gordon Terry Pkwy, Trinity, AL 35673, is a mobile home park designed for long-term residential living, rather than a recreational vehicle park for temporary stays. While both offer community living, mobile home parks typically involve residents owning or renting their homes and leasing the land, whereas RV parks cater to travelers with recreational vehicles. Therefore, while Heritage Estates might appear in a broad online search, its services and environment are tailored for permanent or semi-permanent residents seeking a stable community.
Environment and Location: Heritage Estates is situated in Trinity, Alabama, and based on resident feedback, it offers a "super quiet and peaceful" environment. This suggests that the community provides a tranquil setting, potentially appealing to those seeking a calm living space away from busier areas. One resident explicitly stated they have been "100% been left alone," which could be interpreted positively as valuing privacy and a lack of unnecessary interference. This quiet and peaceful atmosphere is a significant aspect of the environment at Heritage Estates, potentially making it an attractive option for individuals and families who prioritize a serene living space.
However, it is crucial to acknowledge contrasting feedback regarding the property management's presence and interaction with residents. One reviewer expressed significant concerns about the office staff, stating that "the lady in office is never there" and "doesn’t answer phone when I call." This lack of accessibility could be a considerable drawback for residents needing assistance or information. The same reviewer also alleged observing the office staff's vehicle frequently at a private residence within the park or at a building that was previously the office, suggesting a perceived lack of attention to on-site management duties. These allegations, if accurate, could impact the overall living experience for residents who require timely communication and support from the management.
Furthermore, the negative review included a serious accusation regarding parking, claiming that the management "gets your car towed for sitting in your driveway." Such a policy, if enforced, could create significant inconvenience and financial burden for residents and warrants careful consideration. The reviewer also described the office staff as "rude to everyone," which, if a consistent experience, would negatively affect the community atmosphere and resident satisfaction. The involvement of the manager's boyfriend in groundskeeping duties was also noted, with the reviewer implying this contributed to the manager's absence from the office.
In contrast, another reviewer reported having "nothing but a great experience," emphasizing the quiet and peaceful nature of the park and the positive interactions with the "awesome" park manager. This starkly different perspective suggests that individual experiences at Heritage Estates may vary significantly. The positive reviewer attributed any negative feedback to individuals who do not adhere to community rules, implying that residents who "do what you are suppose to do" will likely have a problem-free experience. This highlights the potential for a positive living experience for residents who value quiet and follow community guidelines.
Services and Amenities: Information regarding specific services and amenities at Heritage Estates is limited in the provided reviews. Typically, mobile home parks offer basic infrastructure such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups for each lot. They may also provide trash removal services and maintain common areas. The contrasting reviews do not offer details about the quality or reliability of these essential services. The mention of potential towing issues suggests that parking regulations are in place, but the fairness and clarity of these regulations are questioned by one reviewer.
The positive reviewer's satisfaction with the "whole process" of moving in and their love for their "new home" imply that the basic requirements for establishing residency are met. However, the lack of specific details about amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community buildings makes it difficult to provide a comprehensive overview of what Heritage Estates offers beyond the individual mobile home lots and the overall environment.
The starkly different experiences reported by residents underscore the importance of prospective residents seeking detailed information about the park's services, rules, and management practices directly from the park administration and, if possible, from current residents.
Features and Highlights: The primary highlight of Heritage Estates, according to one positive review, is its quiet and peaceful atmosphere. This can be a significant draw for those seeking a tranquil residential environment. The sense of being "left alone" might appeal to individuals who value privacy and independence within a community setting. The positive reviewer's overall happiness and recommendation of the park to "normal humans" who follow rules suggest that for some, Heritage Estates provides a satisfactory living experience.
However, the serious allegations raised in the negative review regarding the inaccessibility and behavior of the office staff, as well as the alleged towing practices, present significant potential drawbacks. These issues could severely impact resident satisfaction and the overall sense of community. The discrepancy between the two reviews suggests that prospective residents should exercise caution and seek multiple perspectives before making a decision.

Feb 28, 2025 · Juan HernandezHave had nothing but a great experience! Super quiet and peaceful, 100% been left alone. Idk where all these other reviews came from, but the park manager has been nothing but awesome! If you are a normal human, and do what you are suppose to do, you will literally have no problems here! I couldn't be happier with the whole process, and I absolutely love my new home!
Apr 09, 2025 · Kat SueThey will fine you for everything! The lady upfront is rude they will cut your water off with out giving you any notices I called and asked why are they not giving out any notices and was told because she can and it’s her property and she can turn it off when ever she wants that right there just lets you know the type of person she is YOU have families living here, can you not take that into consideration people with kids! Families period.
Nov 22, 2024 · Jasmine MunozAll these "new" reviews are funny ! The park manager must of either wrote them herself or had others write them. The owners hide behind the Park manager. Never tends to the tenants just let's his park manager do his dirty work. They will fine you for every little thing. You can't go to sleep or work without worrying if they will have your vehicle towed because you have a flat tire or you just took the tag off and going to move it on the weekend when youre off work. If you have a flat you aren't supposed to do any "major repairs " in the park so you need to figure out how to drive it off site and fix it. Not a place to live because you are constantly getting harassed no matter how good of a tenant you are ! The rent is always going up . The park manager is rude and condensing. As well as a liar . Yes there is updates but with the "updates" comes lot rent increasing. The lot rent has increased 3 times since I have been here .
Apr 05, 2024 · JoJo BrazwellVery nice and quiet place to live . I’ve been here going on two months . If there is any problems going on they make sure they handle it . I couldn’t have asked for a better home to live in or neighborhood! Kid friendly and elderly friendly neighborhood .
