Jan 26, 2024 · Kay PReasonably priced lot rentals. Pool and rec hall are very well maintained for an older facility. The folks are hit or miss but there is always someone waving hi. The population has a large percentage of snow birds but almost every block has a few homes with year round residents. If you are social they do have group activities to keep you occupied, many at no or little cost.
