We are from Texas; my husband is working near Tanner, Alabama, and he discovered a suitable, pleasant little spot that is an affordable RV park. Mr. Ken, a courteous individual, manages the facility. I highly recommend this establishment.
Mar 25, 2025 · Maribella Padilla-ChavezLong term option was a great price. Close to a bar, and train tracks nearby rumble at night in a nice way.
Apr 06, 2025 · Nathan N.Edit for response to owner:You understood very well that we all work from home via internet, it was explained in full and you swore up and down that internet is available there. Not only did you take our money, you also caused three people to lose 3 weeks of income!Crooked and dishonest-go somewhere else y'all!!The owner/operator is crooked and a thief. He lied to multiple guests about internet availability, and also refused to refund the $100 "security deposit" he (Ken) requires. He allows construction crews to burn trash, tires and everything else directly next to the lots, and burnt tire isn't a great smell lemme tell ya.Rented two lots in June, 2022, under the promise that internet is available there- after several weeks and many phone calls to Comcast we were told by Comcast that Ken had been lying to us the entire time.He only accepts cash... Very sorry individual, and very poor maintenance upkeep and standards.
Jul 29, 2022 · James PaulI mixed this place up with another at first. A friend I know, stays here and they seem to like it well. My car did sink a tad in the gravel..but that'll settle over time. It looks well kept and nice.
