Concord Terrace Introduce
Are you looking for "RV parks near me" in the Concord, New Hampshire area? Consider Concord Terrace, a mobile home community situated at 73 Fisherville Rd, Concord, NH 03303, USA. While primarily serving as a residential mobile home park, it's possible that Concord Terrace also provides accommodations for recreational vehicles, offering a unique living arrangement within the capital city of New Hampshire. Given the limited specific details available online concerning RV-specific amenities and policies, this introduction will synthesize the available information to provide a comprehensive overview of its potential environment and characteristics as a possible option for RV stays.
Concord, the state capital of New Hampshire, offers a blend of historical significance, cultural attractions, and access to the natural beauty of the Merrimack River Valley. Choosing an "RV park near me" in this area provides a central location for exploring the state, with easy access to the White Mountains to the north, the Seacoast region to the east, and the Lakes Region. Fisherville Road, where Concord Terrace is located, is likely to offer a balance of accessibility to city amenities while potentially maintaining a more suburban or slightly removed setting. Its exact environment would need to be assessed upon direct inquiry or visit.
The limited customer reviews for Concord Terrace offer some insights into the community atmosphere. One reviewer highlights "very friendly neighbors," suggesting a positive social environment within the park. This can be a significant advantage for both long-term residents and short-term RV guests, fostering a sense of community and support. Another reviewer mentions that the park is "peaceful for the most part," and one resident who has lived there for two years finds it "quiet and peaceful," even stating it's the "best place I've ever lived." These comments indicate a generally tranquil living environment, which could be appealing to RVers seeking a quiet stay.
However, one review also raises concerns regarding the landlord's consistency in applying lease guidelines and mentions "many police visits in park." While the positive comments about neighbors and peacefulness seem to outweigh this particular negative feedback, it's an aspect that potential RV guests might want to inquire about further to understand the context and frequency of such incidents. It's important to note that this information is based on a single review and may not represent the overall experience of all residents or visitors.
When considering a mobile home park as a potential "RV park near me," the services and features available for RVs can vary. Typically, mobile home parks are designed for long-term residential use, but some may offer limited accommodations for RVs. Potential services and features that might be available at Concord Terrace for RVs could include:
- Spacious Lots: Mobile home lots are generally larger than typical RV sites, potentially offering ample space for RVs of various sizes.
- Utility Hookups: It's possible that some lots are equipped with water, electricity (likely with varying amperage), and sewer connections. However, it is crucial to verify if these hookups are available and suitable for RV use.
- Roadways: The internal roads within the community would need to be accessible for RVs to navigate to and from potential RV sites.
- Waste Disposal: Provisions for trash disposal would likely be in place for residents and might be accessible for RV guests as well.
It is less certain whether Concord Terrace would offer amenities commonly found in dedicated RV parks, such as:
- Dump Stations: A dedicated area for emptying RV black and gray water tanks.
- Restroom and Shower Facilities: Communal facilities specifically for transient guests.
- Laundry Facilities: On-site laundry rooms for residents and visitors.
- Recreational Amenities: Such as clubhouses, playgrounds, or organized activities.
- Wi-Fi Access: Internet connectivity for guests.

Very friendly neighbors.Landlord uses lease as guidelines for some tenants and law for others. Very inconsistent . Many police visits in park. All in all neighbors make up for this and it is peaceful for the most part.
