Cordovan Mobile Home Estates Introduce
For those searching for 'RV parks near me' in Sacramento, California, Cordovan Mobile Home Estates, located at 10035 Mills Station Rd, Sacramento, CA 95827, USA, presents itself as a potentially attractive option, particularly for families. While primarily a mobile home estate, the amenities and environment described in customer reviews suggest it may also accommodate RVs and offer a welcoming atmosphere for short-term visitors seeking a safe and community-oriented place to stay in the Sacramento area.
One of the primary advantages highlighted by residents of Cordovan Mobile Home Estates is its safety, especially for families with children. One reviewer notes, "Aside from loud noises at night at times it's a safe place to live with kids." This indicates that, despite occasional noise disturbances, the overall environment is considered secure for raising children. Safety is a paramount concern for many families when choosing a place to live or stay, and this positive feedback suggests that Cordovan Mobile Home Estates provides a level of security that residents appreciate.
The sense of community is another significant positive aspect mentioned in the reviews. The same reviewer also points out having "friendly neighbors," which contributes to a welcoming and supportive living environment. A strong sense of community can greatly enhance the quality of life in any residential setting, fostering a feeling of belonging and mutual support among residents. This friendly atmosphere could also extend to RV visitors, making them feel more integrated into the park during their stay.
Cordovan Mobile Home Estates also boasts several appealing amenities. One reviewer mentions a "great clubhouse for parties," suggesting a communal space where residents can gather for social events and celebrations. This type of facility fosters community interaction and provides a venue for residents to connect with one another. Additionally, the presence of a "nice pool and spa" is highlighted. These recreational facilities offer opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment, adding to the overall quality of life for residents and potentially providing leisure options for RV guests as well.
The financial aspect of living in Cordovan Mobile Home Estates is also touched upon in one review. It is mentioned that "if you can afford to buy a mobile home then your rent will be much lower than an apartment." While this primarily pertains to long-term residents, it suggests that the overall cost of living within the estate can be more affordable for those who invest in a mobile home. For RV owners considering a longer stay, understanding the financial structure for mobile home residents might provide some context about the park's general affordability and value.
However, it's important to note that one reviewer mentions an increase in rent, stating, "sadly rent went up." While the reviewer attributes this to government factors, it is a reminder that costs associated with living in the estate, whether for mobile home owners or potentially for RV site rentals, can be subject to change. Prospective residents or visitors should inquire about current rental rates and any potential for future increases to factor this into their decision-making process.
The environment of Cordovan Mobile Home Estates is described as being "away from the outside dangers of the world," further emphasizing the sense of safety and security. The reviewer also notes that "kids can move around within more safely for their well-being," reinforcing the park's family-friendly nature. This suggests that the layout and management of the estate prioritize the safety and freedom of children, which can be a significant draw for families looking for a secure environment for their kids to play and grow.
While the reviews provide valuable insights into the safety, community, and amenities of Cordovan Mobile Home Estates, specific details about the services typically offered at RV parks are not extensively covered. These usually include hookups for water, electricity, and sewage at each site. Depending on the park, other amenities might include restroom and shower facilities, laundry rooms, and Wi-Fi access. Given the presence of a clubhouse, pool, and spa, it is reasonable to assume that the basic necessities for RV stays are likely available. However, potential RV visitors should contact the park directly at (916) 362-1158 or +1 916-362-1158 to confirm the availability and specifics of these amenities.

Cordovan Mobile Home Estates Reviews
Aside from loud noises at night at times it's a safe place to live with kids. Friendly neighbors, sadly rent went up, but I thank the government for that.
Feb 07, 2024 · GiichiThis is a great place to live especially if you have kids. It's away from the outside dangers of the world and kids can move around within more safely for their well-being. It has a great clubhouse for parties and nice pool andspa♨ if you can afford to buy a mobile home then your rent will be much lower than an apartment.
Feb 23, 2017 · RyanI have lived better and have lived in worse. It's the people who come through the hedges and drugs and the rent goes up every year by 4% which by now my rent has doubled since I moved in. Not a great place for seniors because they have raised the rent more than SSI benefits so people have to work when we should be retired. Now the health department has closed the pool and hot tub they said it was temporary but it's going on 1 month now. And it's the middle of Summer.well that was 2 year's that the pool was shut down. Finally pool opened but is now closed for the season.
Jan 16, 2023 · BELINDA HAMMONSIf I could have continued and not given a star...I would of.I lived in the park for approx 18 years. Saw many different management teams come and go. J & M (initials) were the worst. They took the park from being spotless and clean..to destroyed. And stole their whole time there.Do not move into that park. You will lose the short off you back trying to get out.Do not...do not...buy there
Nov 26, 2018 · Dr ParscaleI’ve been so impressed with this mobile home park. The management is awesome. I’m sure that it isn’t the easiest job. However, they are dedicated to keeping the community safe and orderly. This could be a great place for a family or retired people. I’m thankful to have bought a home here!
