Bradshaw Mobile Home Park Reviews
Our family has felt safe here, though I don’t like walking at night through the park or any area of Sacramento. Everyone watches out for each other, and the clubhouse activities are fun.
Jan 06, 2025 · Margie RennerNice Mobile Home Park. A friend of mine lives there. Staff is good and grounds are well taken care of.

Dec 21, 2024 · Stephanie ClausonIt's a nice park, lived there 7 years or so. One big problem though is there is a certain percentage of a very bad element in the park that ruins it for all the folks that actually work for a living or would be considered a normal element.Weed out the crack junkies and it'd be a wonderful place. It really is a nice park.
Aug 21, 2016 · Starbuck66I use to live there when Shelley was a manager, to make a long story short they are very dishonest and are thief's, reason being they stole my mobile home I purchased for $45,000 and the reason I say this is because I was told if I didn't get rid of my boyfriend they would find away to evict me, and they were not joking! I had to take care of some personal matters and was gone for a month and a half a d that's when they decided they weren't gonna take the rent from my boyfriend while I was gone, there excuse was he was not on my lease, well they had taken it from him all the other times, so why not now! Well I will tell you why , the manager Shelley was a control freak her assistant/ grounds keeper was a drunk, and they both were liars, and very dishonest that's why she 2as fired for embezzling money from the park like I said they were thief's. Anyways by the time I got back it was to late in the eviction process I ended up going to court and lost cause I was not prepared but the judge ruled I could have my place I just had to move it to another park, and needless to say I was unable to do that cause it cost $15,000 to do so! So he ruled that the park was to sell it and they were suppose to notify me when they put it up for auction, which they did not i found out by an old friend going there to look for me and someone else answered my door and told my friend the bought the place so i did some investigation and found out it went up for auction on July 12 and the announcement read as follows....... double wide for auction , when purchased must move to a different park can not stay in Bradshaw mobile home park, well of course no one showed up so that ment the park could keep it so what did these dishonest peoe do they sold it and allowed whom ever bought it to keep it in the park, well i was suppose to get anything over $16,000 cause that's what they said i owed after i had to pay for the 3 months rent they refuse to take all the court fees and their attorneys plane to let back and fourth from orange county first class tickets round trip 3x , t
