Country Haven Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" that also encompass mobile home living options in the Nesbit, Mississippi area? Consider Country Haven, located at 1151 US-51, Nesbit, MS 38651, USA. While primarily a mobile home park, such communities can sometimes accommodate long-term RV stays, making them relevant for those browsing "RV parks near me" for extended residency. Country Haven has received varied feedback from its residents, indicating a shift in the community experience over time. It is important for prospective residents, whether in mobile homes or considering long-term RV stays if permitted, to be aware of this feedback to make an informed decision.
Country Haven was once described as a well-managed community under previous leadership, with positive comments regarding cleanliness and responsiveness. However, recent reviews suggest a decline in these areas following a change in management. While one review still notes it as a "quiet place to live," another provides a detailed account of significant concerns regarding noise, cleanliness, water quality, and management responsiveness. For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" that offer a stable, long-term living situation within a mobile home park setting, it is crucial to carefully evaluate the current conditions and management practices at Country Haven based on the most recent resident experiences.
Our Environment: A Mix of Quiet Potential and Reported Issues
One resident describes Country Haven as a "quiet place to live," suggesting that the environment has the potential for peaceful long-term residency. This positive aspect could be appealing to those looking for "RV parks near me" that offer a more settled and less transient atmosphere. However, another detailed review paints a contrasting picture, alleging issues with noise from neighbors' music being audible inside residents' homes at all hours, despite park rules. This inconsistency in the reported environment highlights the importance of seeking current perspectives from multiple sources if considering Country Haven for long-term living, whether in a mobile home or an extended RV stay (if allowed).
Furthermore, the serious allegation of "brown water" affecting all residents, despite management's purported dismissal of it as individual pipe issues, raises significant concerns about the basic living conditions within the park. Clean water is a fundamental expectation for any residential community, including "RV parks near me" offering long-term sites. The need for residents to purchase drinking water and ice due to water quality issues is a severe drawback that potential residents should carefully consider.
Services and Features: Discrepancies in Resident Experiences
Based on the contrasting reviews, the services and features at Country Haven appear to have experienced a change in quality or effectiveness over time:
- Potential for a Quiet Environment: As mentioned by one reviewer, the park has the potential to be a "quiet place to live," which could be attractive to those seeking a peaceful long-term setting within "RV parks near me."
- Previous Good Management: Historical reviews indicate that past management (Richard and Samantha) was effective in maintaining cleanliness and addressing issues. This suggests that the park has the capacity for good management, but current residents report a decline.
- Reported Lack of Enforcement of Park Rules: The complaint about loud music from neighbors being consistently audible, despite a rule against it, suggests a lack of enforcement of community guidelines by the current management. This can significantly impact the quality of life for residents in both mobile homes and potentially long-term RV sites within "RV parks near me."
- Cleanliness Concerns: The reviewer who strongly discourages moving to Country Haven mentions having to regularly pick up other people's trash from their yard, indicating a potential issue with overall park cleanliness.
- Serious Water Quality Issues: The repeated and concerning claim of "brown water" affecting all residents is a significant issue that needs to be verified by potential residents. Access to clean water is a fundamental requirement for any living situation, including "RV parks near me" offering long-term stays.
- Traffic Concerns: A separate reviewer mentioned traffic and a perceived lack of law enforcement regarding speeding as a negative aspect of the surrounding area, though not directly related to the park's internal management.
The stark contrast between the positive recollections of past management and the serious current complaints underscores the need for prospective residents to seek the most up-to-date information and potentially speak with current residents to gain an accurate understanding of the current living conditions at Country Haven, especially if considering it as one of their "RV parks near me" for long-term residency.

Customer Experiences: A Cautionary Tale
The recent customer review that strongly discourages moving to Country Haven paints a concerning picture of the current living conditions, citing issues with noise, cleanliness, water quality, and a perceived lack of effective management. This feedback should be taken seriously by anyone considering Country Haven for long-term residency, whether in a mobile home or as an extended-stay RVer looking at "RV parks near me." The stark contrast with the positive recollections of past management suggests a significant shift in the community experience.
While another reviewer mentions it being a "quiet place to live," this seems to be an older or isolated perspective that contradicts the more detailed and critical recent feedback. Therefore, potential residents should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence to ascertain the current reality of living at Country Haven before committing to moving in, especially if their priorities include peace, quiet, cleanliness, and reliable basic utilities like clean water when searching for "RV parks near me" that offer long-term options.
Why Consider Country Haven? A Need for Thorough Investigation
Country Haven may have once been a well-regarded mobile home park, and it is still described by one reviewer as having the potential for a quiet living environment. For individuals seeking long-term residency in the Nesbit, MS area, and potentially those looking at "RV parks near me" for extended stays within a mobile home community setting (if permitted), Country Haven warrants consideration. However, the serious concerns raised in a recent detailed review regarding management, noise, cleanliness, and, most critically, water quality, necessitate a thorough investigation by any prospective resident.
Before making any decisions, it is strongly recommended to contact Country Haven directly at (662) 429-9626 or +1 662-429-9626 to inquire about the current status of these issues and to seek assurances about the living conditions. Additionally, attempting to speak with current residents independently could provide a more comprehensive and unbiased understanding of the community today. Only after such due diligence can an informed decision be made about whether Country Haven meets the requirements for a comfortable and satisfactory long-term living experience when exploring "RV parks near me" that include mobile home park options.

Country Haven Reviews
If you are looking for a trailer park, I would strongly discourage you from moving here. I noticed that the good reviews are from a few years back when we had good management. Richard and Samantha were wonderful. They cleaned this place and stayed on top of things. The owner of this property was extremely foolish to ever let them go. Now that we have a different manager, this place is rapidly going downhill. The negative reviews seem to start right about the time she took over. There is a sign in the front of the park that clearly says your music shouldn't be heard outside of your car. However, we constantly have to listen to whatever the neighbors are listening to. We can't even hear our own TV because of it. But, nothing ever gets done about it. I constantly have to pick up other people's trash out of my yard. The water is brown. BROWN!! Yet, our wonderful manager thinks we're stupid. She's good to tell you, "It's your pipes." I know better. Every person that I talk to here says they have brown water. There's even another review on here that talks about the brown water. We have to buy ice and drinking water now. I've never had to do that in my 45 years on this Earth. But, I do now. All I have ever asked for from a neighbor is quiet and cleanliness. But, that's too much to ask for here. The majority of the people here are the most trifling people I've ever seen. If you want to live in peace and quiet and not have your intelligence insulted, this is definitely not the place for you. But, if you like filth, Mexican music blasting every afternoon and all day on weekends, being stuck in a completely miserable experience, and a manager who does nothing for the good of the neighborhood telling you that all your problems are your fault and it's not at all any of their responsibility (when you know better), then by all means come on down. You'll absolutely love it here. By the way, I only mentioned some of the problems. I would be typing all night to mention them all. I'm sorry that I can't give it 0 stars. I had to give it one more than it deserves.
Jun 22, 2024 · Matt McEntyreThis is not just a mobile home park. This is a quiet place to live. The only thing I can complain about is traffic. Law enforcement has lost the ability to do any policing so speeding and wreckless drivers just do what they want.
Jul 26, 2024 · Dwana TaylorWe absolutely love the community! We moved in a year ago and do not have any complaints. The manager and her husband are great to work with. Always willing to help you. I appreciate and notice all the positive changes throughout the park. If you are looking for a park; give Country Haven a look. Best part.....respectable and quiet!
Dec 07, 2020 · Renee CulleyI am new to Country Haven. Richard and Samantha are always available when you have questions or need them. Most of the time you will hear the 4 Wheeler before you see them. They will stop and speak to you or wave. I totally appreciate that they are involved with the park. They had a Christmas Parade and residents of the park got to see them as Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Lots of fun. Gave residents containers of popcorn for Christmas. Very involved with park!
