Country Meadows Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Antioch, Tennessee area and are considering long-term residential options beyond traditional recreational vehicle parks, mobile home communities like Country Meadows, located at 75B Waikiki Blvd, Antioch, TN 37013, USA, might be of interest. You can reach their management at (615) 832-8887 or via mobile at +1 615-832-8887 for inquiries about residency.
While the platform category focuses on RV parks, it can serve as an entry point for individuals seeking stable, long-term housing in a manufactured home setting. Country Meadows is a mobile home park, and the limited online reviews provide some initial insights into the community, although they also raise potential areas of concern for prospective residents.
One resident offers a somewhat neutral assessment, stating, "It’s not that bad but not the best place to live I feel like they need to get there on a leash and the manager is really mean she should get fired because we as residents of the country meadows should get respected period…………" This review suggests that while the community might offer a basic standard of living ("not that bad"), there are significant issues that detract from it being an ideal place to reside ("not the best place to live"). The specific concerns raised include the need for stricter enforcement of leash rules for pets and a negative perception of the community manager's demeanor and treatment of residents, with a direct call for her termination due to a perceived lack of respect towards the residents.
Another resident expresses a specific concern related to the number of pets in the community, stating, "Too many dogs ,I can’t even take a walk anymore." This review indicates a potential issue with the pet population within Country Meadows, suggesting that the number of dogs might be impacting the quality of life for some residents, possibly due to noise, lack of adherence to pet policies, or concerns about safety and cleanliness in common areas.
Based on these limited reviews, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the positive aspects of the environment, services, and features at Country Meadows. However, in a general context, mobile home parks typically offer certain basic services and features for long-term residents:
- Basic Utilities Infrastructure: Residents would typically expect connections for essential utilities such as electricity, water, and sewer for their mobile homes. Individual usage is usually billed to the resident.
- Waste Management Services: Standard trash collection services are generally provided for residents within the community.
- Road Access: Internal roads within the park ensure access to individual mobile home lots.
- Management Office: An on-site management office serves as a point of contact for residents' inquiries and concerns. However, the negative review regarding the manager's behavior suggests potential issues with the effectiveness and resident relations of the management at Country Meadows.
In a typical mobile home park, one might also expect to find features such as:
- Individual lots for placing manufactured homes.
- Designated parking spaces for residents' vehicles.
- Potentially some common areas or basic amenities, although these are not mentioned in the provided negative reviews. These could include green spaces or basic recreational facilities.
Given the concerns raised in the reviews regarding pet management and the behavior of the community manager, the environment at Country Meadows might be a point of consideration for potential residents. The perception of "too many dogs" could indicate issues with noise, cleanliness, or a feeling of discomfort for those who are not fond of or comfortable around a large number of pets. Similarly, a manager perceived as "mean" and disrespectful could negatively impact the overall community atmosphere and residents' satisfaction.
There is no promotional information available in the provided data. In light of the negative feedback concerning management and pet issues, any potential promotions would need to be weighed against these significant concerns.
Conclusion:
If your search for "RV parks near me" in the Antioch, TN area has led you to consider long-term residential options like mobile home parks, Country Meadows is one such community located at 75B Waikiki Blvd. However, the limited online reviews available present potential areas of concern. Residents have mentioned issues related to the number of dogs in the community and negative experiences with the community manager, including allegations of disrespectful behavior. While the reviews do not provide a comprehensive picture of all aspects of Country Meadows, these specific concerns should be carefully considered by potential residents. It is strongly recommended that anyone interested in residing at Country Meadows conduct thorough due diligence. This should include visiting the community in person, observing the environment and pet situation, and attempting to speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the living conditions and management practices. The limited positive information in the reviews makes it difficult to recommend Country Meadows without further investigation and a more comprehensive understanding of the community's environment, services, and features beyond these initial negative indicators. Potential residents should prioritize their comfort and well-being and ensure that the community's management and living environment meet their expectations.

Jun 21, 2024 · Felix LopezThis place is really low-key if you don't like Hispanic music this is not the place for you because you constantly hear that other than that I love it here ,except my child got hit by a train 2 years ago because there's no fence separating the tracks from the mobile home park nor is there a fence between the creek in the mobile home park so it's really dangerous for little children I think they need to put up a fence it should be mandatory My child was special needs and went out the door before I knew it he had been hit by a train,
