My Place at Old Towne Village Introduce
For local users in the Smyrna, Tennessee area who are searching for "RV parks near me," My Place at Old Towne Village, situated at 205 Hazelwood Dr LOT 9, Smyrna, TN 37167, presents a residential option. While it is listed as a mobile home park, such communities can sometimes accommodate long-term RV stays as well. It is important to note that the publicly available reviews for this location are overwhelmingly negative, specifically concerning the management and overall living experience. Potential residents should carefully consider this feedback when evaluating My Place at Old Towne Village as a potential long-term living situation for either a mobile home or an RV. They can be contacted at (615) 543-8815 or +1 615-543-8815 for any direct inquiries.
The environment of My Place at Old Towne Village, based on the limited information and the strong negative reviews, is difficult to objectively assess. The address on Hazelwood Drive in Smyrna suggests a location within a specific neighborhood or area of the town. Typically, mobile home parks offer a community setting with individual lots arranged along roadways within the park. The landscaping and overall upkeep can vary significantly from one park to another. However, the provided reviews do not offer any positive descriptions of the physical environment. Instead, they focus on negative interactions with the management, which could indirectly impact a resident's perception of the overall living environment. Factors such as noise levels, the condition of common areas, and the sense of community are usually important aspects of a mobile home park environment, but the reviews do not provide insights into these areas, overshadowed by the negative experiences with management.
Information regarding the specific services offered at My Place at Old Towne Village is not detailed in the provided reviews. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential utility hookups for residents, including water, electricity, and sewage connections. For those considering long-term RV stays, the availability and capacity of these hookups (e.g., electrical amperage) would be important considerations. Standard services often also include waste management (trash disposal) and basic maintenance of communal areas and roadways within the park. However, given the strong negative feedback concerning the administration, there is a potential concern that the provision and quality of these services might also be subpar. Prospective residents should specifically inquire about the services included in the lot rental fee, the procedures for maintenance requests, and the availability of any additional amenities such as laundry facilities or community rooms.
The features of My Place at Old Towne Village are also not positively highlighted in the reviews. Mobile home parks generally feature individual lots for residents to place their mobile homes or park their RVs for extended periods. The size and layout of these lots can vary. Potential features could include parking spaces, small yard areas, and the aforementioned utility hookups. However, without positive feedback or specific details, it is challenging to describe the features objectively. The negative review from a visitor who inquired about renting and was met with what they described as "uncomfortable and aggressive conversation" and had their license plate photographed, suggests a potentially unwelcoming environment for prospective residents and their visitors alike. This interaction raises concerns about the overall atmosphere and the way residents and inquiries are treated within the community.
There is no promotional information available for My Place at Old Towne Village in the provided data. Given the severely negative reviews, it is unlikely that there are any active promotions being advertised publicly through this channel. Local users who are still considering this location based on other factors would need to contact the management directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about current rental rates, lot availability, security deposits, and lease terms. It would be prudent to ask very specific questions about the management's policies, procedures for addressing resident concerns, and the overall expectations for residents living in the community. Any potential promotional offers would likely be communicated directly during such an inquiry.
The overwhelmingly negative feedback from multiple reviewers paints a concerning picture of My Place at Old Towne Village, primarily focusing on the unprofessional and rude behavior of the management. One reviewer stated it was "the worst place in my entire life" where they had lived, emphasizing a profoundly negative experience. Others echoed this sentiment, describing the community manager as "extremely rude and gross," lacking education and being unfriendly. The incident with the visitor who felt "uncomfortable" and "aggressive" treatment further underscores these concerns about the management's conduct and the overall atmosphere of the park. This consistent negative feedback is a critical piece of information for any local user searching for "RV parks near me" or considering My Place at Old Towne Village for long-term residency. It strongly suggests a potentially unpleasant living experience due to management issues.
In conclusion, while My Place at Old Towne Village in Smyrna, Tennessee, is an option that appears when considering "RV parks near me," the available information, particularly the direct feedback from individuals who have interacted with the property or lived there, is overwhelmingly negative. The strong and consistent criticism of the management's rudeness, lack of professionalism, and the overall negative living experience should be a significant warning to potential residents. Local users are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and to thoroughly investigate these concerns before considering My Place at Old Towne Village as a place to live, whether in a mobile home or an RV for an extended stay. Direct contact with the management to address these serious allegations and a visit to the property to personally assess the environment and management style would be essential, despite the negative signals from the reviews.

My Place at Old Towne Village Reviews
This is the worst place in my entire life where I have lived. If you are a good person and you want to live in a quiet place where the administration of the place treats you with dignity, respect and education, then never in your life will you live there.Never before has a community manager been so extremely rude and gross to me and my entire family. This person has no education, he is not friendly, he is the worst thing I have seen, and I really would love if what happened to me and my family in that place would happen to no one else.
Dec 29, 2021 · Yuri BaldemiraHad a very uncomfortable and aggressive conversation with management when I went to visit a friend, and inquired about renting and she took a photo of my license plate and asked me to leave property. Unprofessional and I feel uncomfortable visiting.
