Country Star RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Foster, Oregon area? Country Star RV Park, located at 6281 US-20, Foster, OR 97345, USA, is one option to consider. However, it's crucial for potential guests to be aware of recent reviews that raise significant concerns about the park's management and policies, alongside a single positive comment regarding cleanliness.
One reviewer had a profoundly negative pre-arrival interaction with the park's management. They described both the manager and the owner as "very judgmental of people" who do not "believe in giving someone a chance to show who they are in person." This individual felt that the management prioritized avoiding potential financial risk over genuinely assisting people in need of an RV spot to rent. Furthermore, this reviewer found the physical appearance of the park to be "run down and not taken care of," directly contradicting the later positive comment about cleanliness. This discrepancy suggests a potential inconsistency in the park's upkeep or differing perspectives among visitors.
Another guest recounted a negative experience upon arrival and during their stay. This reviewer described the "Man at the desk" as "very short" and "rude" when they attempted to add another vehicle to their existing reservation. The manager's dismissive response ("well you should have done that when you made the reservation") was deemed inappropriate, especially considering the reviewer's explanation that they were unaware the additional vehicle would be arriving the next day. This interaction highlights a lack of flexibility and potentially poor customer service.
Adding to this negative encounter, the reviewer noted a discrepancy in the fee for additional vehicles. While it was stated as $5, they were charged $10. This inconsistency suggests a potential issue with transparency or adherence to stated policies. The payment process was also problematic, as the manager initially claimed to have no cash for a $20 bill but then found some. This created an unnecessary inconvenience for the guest.
The negative experience extended beyond check-in. The reviewer reported that their "over 18 yr. Old kids" were "Harassed" at the pool by park staff who apparently did not believe they were guests, even though one of them was the individual who paid for the extra vehicle pass. This incident indicates a lack of communication or potentially unwarranted suspicion and poor treatment of guests' family members.
The reviewer concluded their detailed account by sarcastically commenting on the manager's demeanor, stating, "Just because your a big man with a handle bar mustache does not mean you have to be a a**." This personal remark underscores the significant level of dissatisfaction and negative impression left by the park's management.
In stark contrast to these negative experiences, one reviewer offered a brief positive note: "On the plus side it was a clean, well kept RV park." This suggests that, at least for this individual, the physical condition of the park was satisfactory. However, they followed this positive comment with a sarcastic remark about the "Nazi park attendant," implying that the cleanliness might be attributed to an overly strict or unpleasant staff member, further reinforcing the concerns about management style.
Considering these reviews collectively, potential guests searching for "RV parks near me" in Foster, Oregon, face a complex decision regarding Country Star RV Park. While one account suggests a clean and well-kept environment, multiple other reviews highlight significant issues with rude, judgmental, and unhelpful management. Inconsistent policies regarding additional vehicle fees and the alleged harassment of guests' family members at the pool are also serious concerns.
The discrepancy between the "run down" appearance reported by one reviewer and the "clean, well kept" description by another could indicate variations in the park's maintenance over time or differing standards of cleanliness. However, the consistent theme of negative interactions with the management is a significant red flag that prospective guests should not ignore.
Due to the lack of information regarding specific amenities such as hookups, restrooms, laundry facilities, or recreational areas in the provided reviews, it is impossible to provide an objective assessment of these aspects of Country Star RV Park. Individuals considering a stay here would need to seek this information independently, perhaps by contacting the park directly at (541) 401-3293 or their mobile number +1 541-401-3293.
When contacting the park, potential guests should be prepared to ask detailed questions about the park's policies regarding additional vehicles and guests, the expected behavior of staff, and the general upkeep and cleanliness of the facilities. It might also be beneficial to inquire about management's response to the negative reviews and any steps taken to address the concerns raised.
In conclusion, while Country Star RV Park in Foster, Oregon, may offer a clean physical environment according to one review, the overwhelming sentiment from other guests points to significant problems with the park's management, characterized as rude, judgmental, and inconsistent. These negative experiences, including alleged harassment of guests' family members and discrepancies in fees, should give potential visitors serious pause. Thoroughly investigating the current management practices and available amenities is strongly recommended before making a reservation at this RV park.

Country Star RV Park Reviews
The manager and the owner that he works for are very judgmental of people and don’t believe in giving someone a chance to show who they are in person plus the place looks run down and not taken care of but the most important thing is they are so damn judgement of people and more worry about losing money than really helping people to get a Rv spot to rent
Dec 05, 2024 · jerry caskeyMan at the desk was very short with me, and rude when I said I needed to add another vehicle to my already set reservation. His response (well you should have done that when you made the reservation). I did not know he was going to have to drive down the next day. Also it stated $5 for additional vehicles, then asked me for $10. (I saw this after the fact) Then he said only take cash, he did not any cash for a $20, then he did. Harassed my over 18 yr. Old kids at pool, thought they weren't guest , even though one was the one paying for the extra car pass. Just because your a big man with a handle bar mustache does not mean you have to be a a**.On the plus side it was a clean, well kept RV park. Probably because of the Nazi park attendant.
Aug 01, 2019 · Staci J-BI would avoid this place at all costs. Nasty filthy bathrooms, the country star rv park is right behind the Inn. The rent to felons, drug addicts, and sex offenders. The owners are dishonest, and rude.I had to call the health dept, and complain about these guys. The wife is the one who claimed to take care for the RV park shower house. if that is any example of the cleanliness, and dbl standard of how they treat the rv tenants, then that says allot about the owners. Oh stay at our clean INN, meanwhile a trailer slum exists. Leaky trailer septic tanks ..... These guys should be shut down. SEE ATTACHED PHOTO`S OF FILTHY SHOWER, AND FLOORThe assistant managers son lives on the property, he also does maintenance, obviously on Soc Sec for mental issue`s, he walks around praising the god of Halo, and talks to himself, we heard him across at the lake yelling at the lake, praising satan. Um yeah... and it gets freakier.I would say this place is the laughing stock of Sweet Home / Foster Lake Oregon. you would be better off staying at another place. Hidden mold issue`s, just nasty. being a 12 hr guest, and posting a nice experience, does not mean you know the owners, or how this place is ran. The residents of Foster / Sweet Home know the truth. Heck, call the sweet home police, ask them ;)SEE ATTACHED PHOTO`S OF FILTHY SHOWER, AND FLOOR
