Twin Cedars Introduce
Are you searching for a long-term living option in Lebanon, Oregon, and perhaps initially considering "RV parks near me"? It's important to distinguish between the temporary nature of RV parks and the more permanent residential setting offered by mobile home parks like Twin Cedars. Located at 2796 S Main Rd, Lebanon, OR 97355, USA, Twin Cedars provides a community environment for individuals and families seeking a place to reside in their manufactured homes. You can reach us at (541) 405-4232 or +1 541-405-4232 to inquire about residency and learn more about our community.
Twin Cedars mobile home park offers a residential environment with a focus on long-term occupancy. Unlike RV parks, which typically cater to short-term travelers and recreational vehicles, Twin Cedars is designed for residents who own or rent manufactured homes on a more permanent basis. The community aims to provide a stable and neighborly atmosphere. According to a long-term resident of 14 years, the community has seen significant positive improvements with the recent change in management, indicating a commitment to creating a better living environment for its residents. This suggests a responsive and helpful approach to community management.
While specific details about the services and amenities at Twin Cedars are best confirmed by contacting the management directly, mobile home parks generally offer essential infrastructure for long-term living. This typically includes utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity for each lot. Residents are usually responsible for their own utility usage. Depending on the park, there may also be provisions for trash and recycling services. It's advisable to inquire about specific amenities such as laundry facilities, community areas, or any age restrictions that might apply to the community.
The features of Twin Cedars as a mobile home park are geared towards providing a framework for residents to establish their homes and lives within the community. Lot sizes are designed to accommodate manufactured homes, and residents often have the opportunity to personalize their spaces with landscaping and other improvements, in accordance with park guidelines. The emphasis is on creating a sense of home and belonging for long-term residents. This differs from RV parks, where the focus is typically on providing temporary sites for recreational vehicles with less emphasis on permanent landscaping or personal customization of the space.
When comparing mobile home parks like Twin Cedars to "RV parks near me" for long-term living, several key distinctions emerge. RV parks are primarily designed for short-term stays and often cater to travelers with amenities such as recreational facilities, short-term hookups, and a transient community. Mobile home parks, on the other hand, are designed for permanent or semi-permanent residency, with infrastructure and community features tailored to this lifestyle. Twin Cedars offers a more stable and community-focused living environment compared to the typical RV park setting.
Based on the customer reviews, a significant feature of Twin Cedars is the positive impact of the new management. One reviewer, a long-term resident, explicitly stated that it is now a "100% better place to live" under the new management. Another review highlights the exceptional helpfulness and accommodation of the management in a sensitive situation involving a resident's personal belongings. This positive feedback underscores a responsive and caring management team that is willing to go the extra mile for residents and their concerns. This level of management support is a significant feature that contributes to the overall quality of life within the community.
However, one review also mentions a potential drawback: "the space rent is the highest in our little town," which is reportedly "detouring possible buyers to buy homes in our community." This suggests that while the living environment and management may be positive, the cost of lot rental could be a significant factor for potential residents to consider. It is advisable to inquire about the current space rent and any associated fees to understand the overall cost of living in Twin Cedars.
Promotional information for Twin Cedars is not explicitly provided in the reviews. Typically, mobile home parks might offer incentives for new residents, such as reduced lot rent for a certain period or assistance with the moving or setup of a manufactured home. To obtain the most current information on any promotions or available homes within Twin Cedars, it is recommended to contact the management directly at (541) 405-4232 or +1 541-405-4232. You can inquire about any special offers for new residents or any available listings for homes within the park.

Twin Cedars Reviews
I have lived here for 14 years. We recently have gotten a new manager, it is a 100% better place to live. Unfortunately, the space rent is the highest in our little town, that is detouring possible buyers to buy homes in our community.
Mar 14, 2025 · Betty GoldyI have a friend who recently became unable to care for herself was put into a home and while this was happening her husband went Mia so all her personal belongings were left in her home to be just discarded. We'll I was told that no one would be allowed back into the residence.Well, I contacted management, and they were so helpful. Every conversation I had with them regarding my friends' property was a positive event. They were so accommodating that they even thought they didn't have to they are allowing us to retrieve as much property as we could on a specific day.Well, they didn't have to give me the time of day, but they worked with me to come to a resolution that would work well for all. Now, if I owned a trailer in a court, I would want someone just like management here is running the show. They went out of their way to help, and i much appreciated that to no end. If I had a trailer, this is where I'd put it if it was to go In a park. Kudos to management here at Twin Cedars Trailer Court... Thank you so much.

Mar 26, 2025 · Car BuyingI have lived here for 10 years. The new managers are lazy. He only goes out to drive around park, she is never open. They took 1 1/2 years to do a remodel on clubhouse. The floor have bumps at door. Fire hazard behind the fence. Not to mention manager’s apartment. He is suppose to keep weed down, behind fences. Clean up.Not one thing done since they have been here. You can not get ahold of anyone. Not a place you want to live. Rent go’s up ever year.
Jul 23, 2023 · deeIts a lovely park. I found several homes I was interested in viewing, until I learned the rent is $1100. a month!I feel bad for the seniors who have to pay this.
