Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park Introduce
While your search might be for "RV parks near me," we would like to introduce you to Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park, located at 950 Airport Rd SE, Albany, OR 97322, USA. It is important to understand that Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park is a residential community designed for long-term living in mobile homes, rather than providing temporary accommodations for recreational vehicles. If you are seeking a permanent or extended-stay housing option in the Albany, Oregon area, exploring mobile home communities like Sequoia Estates might be relevant to your needs.
The environment at Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park appears to be viewed differently by different residents, based on the limited feedback available. One long-term resident of two years expresses significant satisfaction, stating they "couldn’t be happier in a place to call home." This suggests that for some, the community provides a comfortable and welcoming living environment. The positive sentiment from a resident who has lived in Albany for a considerable time and is familiar with the park's history indicates that improvements have been made, contributing to a more positive atmosphere.
However, another review presents a starkly contrasting perspective, describing a situation that raises serious concerns about the community's environment and management approach. This review details an alleged lack of compassion towards a family who experienced a devastating house fire, claiming that an eviction notice was being issued despite the family having lost "literally everything" and not yet having a place to live. Such an account, if accurate, would suggest a potentially harsh and unsupportive environment for residents facing extreme hardship. This significant divergence in experiences underscores the importance of considering all available information and conducting thorough personal investigation when evaluating a residential community.
The services and management at Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park also receive contrasting feedback. One resident offers high praise for the manager, Jessica, describing her as "an amazing woman" who is "always available and always about what’s best for property and tenants." This reviewer, with extensive prior experience with property managers, states that Jessica is the best manager they have ever had, highlighting her caring attitude, her attentiveness to residents' concerns, and her effectiveness in resolving issues with kindness and respect. This positive portrayal suggests that for some residents, the management is a significant asset, contributing to a positive living experience.
In stark contrast, the review detailing the alleged eviction notice following a house fire paints a picture of management lacking compassion and prioritizing rules over the well-being of residents in crisis. If this account is accurate, it suggests a potentially significant issue with the management's approach to handling emergencies and showing empathy towards residents facing extreme loss. This discrepancy in perspectives makes it crucial for potential residents to seek further information and understand the management's policies and approach to resident relations, particularly in challenging circumstances.
The features of Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park that can be gleaned from the reviews are somewhat limited and contradictory. The positive review emphasizes the quality of the management, suggesting that a caring, accessible, and effective manager is a key feature of the community. The long-term resident's happiness and anticipation of living there for another 30 years implies a level of stability and satisfaction with the community as a whole, attributing positive changes to the current manager's efforts.
On the other hand, the negative review, while focused on a specific and extreme situation, raises concerns about the community's policies regarding residents who have suffered significant loss and the level of compassion demonstrated by the management in such circumstances. This suggests that while the community may offer a stable home for some, its approach to handling crises could be a significant drawback for others.
Information regarding typical mobile home park amenities, such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups for each site, common area maintenance, trash removal, or any community facilities, is not provided in the available reviews. To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the services and features offered at Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park, it is recommended to contact the management directly at (541) 926-6360 or +1 541-926-6360. Direct inquiry will provide the most accurate and complete information about what the community offers.
Regarding promotional information, the provided reviews do not contain any details about current promotions or incentives for new residents. If you are interested in learning about the availability of mobile home sites or homes for sale or rent within Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park, lot fees, or any special offers that may be in place, it is essential to contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers. They will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information to help you make an informed decision about joining their community.
In conclusion, Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park in Albany, OR, presents a mixed picture based on the limited available feedback. While one long-term resident expresses high satisfaction with the community and the manager, citing positive improvements over time, another review raises serious concerns about the management's compassion and policies in the face of a resident's catastrophic loss. This significant divergence in perspectives underscores the critical importance of conducting thorough research and seeking multiple viewpoints before considering residency at Sequoia Estates. Potential residents are strongly encouraged to contact the management directly to inquire about community policies, resident support in difficult situations, and the overall living environment, as well as to seek out additional feedback from current residents to gain a well-rounded understanding of what it is like to live in this community.

Sequoia Estates Mobile Home Park Reviews
I moved here 2 years ago and I couldn’t be happier in a place to call home. Jessica the manager is an amazing woman. She is always available an always about what’s best for property and tenants. I have never had a better manager than her, an I am old and had a few managers, lol. But seriously I think she goes unrecognized. To have a manager that cares, listens and resolves any issues with kindness and respect. I look forward to my next 30 years of calling this park my home. Trust me I lived in Albany long enough to know what this park once was. Jessica has made sure we aren’t that anymore, nor will be again. Thank you Jessica.
Mar 31, 2025 · Teena EdwardsI think it’s DISGUSTING that you are going to send an eviction notice when the home burned to the ground lat week! At the very least you should give them a grace period. No compassion whatsoever. This family lost literally everything and doesn’t even have a place to live yet.
Apr 10, 2025 · Jodi DutyJessica the manager is never available even during business hours she also doesn’t answer your phone calls. When a new tenant wants to move in she will only accept who she wants and makes it difficult to sell your trailer by owner. She requires an inspection which doesn’t make sense because you are selling by owner as is. I have tried looking for a phone number to contact corporate but no luck. I would not recommend living here she is not a good manager and there is a review about a deposit it is true this person never got his deposit she just told him that it never made it to the account after this person sent it.
Nov 29, 2024 · Jocelyn RodriguezWhat a crappy deal you have done! Charge a family rent when their home is burnt down. They are in crisis and you are NO help. Hope you reverse that charge. They can’t reverse the fire.
Apr 10, 2025 · Annette ToweryI arrived here because I was interested in renting a space. After reading all of the bad reviews, I decided to give this place a chance anyway. The office was locked even though it was during business hours. Jessica didn't even come to the door she told me through the sliding door that she's in a meeting and can't be interrupted right now. No hospitality, no customer service what so ever. If this was my business I would be embarrassed. No chance I would stay here under this type of management. When people decide on where they want to stay they should feel welcomed. This was horrible!!!!
