Based on recent customer reviews, it's important for potential residents to be aware of several concerns raised about the Silverstone mobile home park. Multiple reviews paint a negative picture of the management and the overall living experience.
One reviewer describes the staff as "horrible," alleging that they inadequately perform their duties while still expecting payment. This review further claims that the staff often seem uninformed and are dishonest. A particularly concerning accusation is that the management purportedly evicts people during cold weather, with one staff member allegedly showing a lack of empathy towards this practice. The reviewer also mentions that the mailboxes have been broken since they moved in, and they were wrongly charged for other people's trash disposal. Additionally, a change in the trash company occurred without prior notification to the residents.
Another resident strongly advises against renting or buying property in Silverstone, referring to them as "overpriced pieces of junk." This reviewer details issues with their driveway flooding during rain, creating a lake that persists until it dries or freezes into ice, hindering their ability to commute. They also mention that mini bikes, quads, three-wheelers, and dirt bikes frequently drive up and down the streets at all hours, suggesting a lack of regulation regarding such activities.
The same review casts doubt on the office's claim of having two off-duty officers present. Furthermore, porch piracy is described as "rampant," and the condition of the mailboxes is so poor that package delivery is no longer possible, requiring residents to collect their mail from the office during its operating hours, which may be inconvenient for those working until 5 PM. The community pool is also criticized as being "a joke," rarely open, and having limited hours, including being closed on Sundays.
The overall appearance of the park is also a point of concern, with residents' lots described as looking like "trash," indicating a potential lack of community-wide upkeep or enforcement of standards. The reviewer notes a high turnover of new residents and reports loud music at all hours, contributing to a generally unpleasant atmosphere. This resident explicitly states they are "ashamed" to live there and would not recommend the place under any circumstances. A final, alarming comment mentions the bug exterminator as a "crackhead," raising concerns about the caliber of individuals entering residents' homes.
Considering these detailed and largely negative reviews, potential individuals searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Silverstone for either short-term or long-term stays should proceed with significant caution. While the basic amenities of a mobile home park, such as a physical address and contact information, are available, the reported environment and management practices appear to be major drawbacks.
As a platform for finding "RV parks near me," our aim is to present an unbiased picture based on available information. In the case of Silverstone, the overwhelming sentiment from the provided reviews is negative, highlighting issues with management, infrastructure (mailboxes, drainage), community environment (noise, upkeep), and even safety/security (porch piracy). There is no promotional information or positive feedback to counterbalance these concerns within the provided text.
Therefore, if you are looking for "RV parks near me" in Indianapolis, it would be prudent to thoroughly investigate Silverstone, perhaps by visiting the location yourself (if possible) and potentially speaking with current residents to gain a more comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the conditions. The significant issues raised in the reviews suggest that this location may not be suitable for individuals seeking a well-managed and peaceful living environment.
In conclusion, Silverstone in Indianapolis has received overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding its management, infrastructure, community environment, and safety. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" should carefully consider these concerns before making any decisions regarding this property. We recommend exploring other options in the Indianapolis area to ensure a more positive and comfortable living experience.

Silverstone Reviews
Horrible stuff. Half ass do their jobs but want you to pay them. They don’t even know what they are doing have the time. And they lie like no other. Also they get a kick out of kicking People out during the cold. The lady damn near chuckled about it. “Like yeah we usually do this during the cold” you can hear the smirk. Mail boxes been broken since we moved here. They tried to charge us for other people dumping. Changed the trash company and didn’t tell anyone until 12pm after the people came to switch out trash.
Mar 17, 2025 · Donya LangstonWhatever you do, don't rent or God forbid buy one of these overpriced pieces of junk. I signed a 3 year lease, so so regretted it every day. If it rains my driveway is a lake and it doesn't go away until the sun dries it or in winter it turns to ice and my car gets stuck and I can't go to work.Mini bikes, quads, 3 wheelers and dirst bikes are welcome to fly up and down the streets at all hours. The office claims they have 2 off duty officers in here but...Porch pirating is rampant. Our mailboxs are a joke and now we can't get packages so we have to go to the office during office hours!! So if you work til 5 sorry bout ya.The pool is a joke, rarely open and the hours are also office hours hell, it's closed on Sundays!!People's lots look like trash, nobody cares or has any respect. The new move ins are in and out and in and out. Loud banging music all hours. It's just ugly.I'm ashamed to say I live here and would not recommend this place if they paid me.Oh and the bug guy is a crackhead! That's the caliber of folks in your home.Do not do it cause I will say, I told you so dummy.
Dec 06, 2024 · trisha nealThe complete lack of humanity and decency is unbelievable. I lived in this community for over ten years. Put time, friendship, pride, money, compassion, and trust into this neighborhood. I was not alone. We built neighborhood watches and calling trees to protect each other and our families. Cut fallen trees, shoveled piles of over plowed snow for the elderly, took community cats to clinics so we didn’t get over populated. All of this we did with support from our Amazing management Dawn and Nicole. Once they were fired the shit show began. This place brought in drug dealers, prostitution, gangs, the list is endless and verified. The amount of black mold in my home made me so sick it was awful. They refused to replace my inside unit running the AC. Four years without AC and heat. Unacceptable. All because I was month to month. Roof not repaired. Windows all sealed dry rotted. And molded. They came back on all tenants asking for a per pet deposit and pet rent. Denied rent if net paid in full. No notice. This was almost as much as a full month rent. Now eviction. We were grandfathered in with a zero pet deposit when the property was sold. These people cannot be trusted and will not keep their word. Buyers and renters beware
