Breezy Palms RV Park, situated at 5150 Dixie Hwy NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905, USA, might be just what you need. While described as a "bare bones park," Breezy Palms offers essential amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, particularly appealing to those prioritizing price and location.
Breezy Palms RV Park can be contacted directly at (321) 724-1639 or +1 321-724-1639 for the most up-to-date information and booking inquiries. Based on recent customer reviews, we can provide a detailed overview of the park's environment, services, and features to help you decide if it's the right fit for your RV travel needs.
Environment and Atmosphere:
Located in Palm Bay, Breezy Palms RV Park benefits from its proximity to local conveniences and the general attractions of the Space Coast. One reviewer highlighted the park's convenient location, noting easy access to shopping, drug stores, grocery stores, and auto needs. This makes it a practical choice for travelers who appreciate having essential services nearby.
The atmosphere within the park is described as friendly, with one guest mentioning that the residents were helpful. This sense of community can be a significant draw for RVers who value interaction and a welcoming environment during their travels. However, another reviewer noted some traffic noise, which is something to consider based on your preferences for peace and quiet.
While the campsites are acknowledged as "not huge," one guest found them "perfect for what we needed," suggesting they are adequate for many RV setups. However, it's important to note that another reviewer described the area as "tight to negotiate with a bigger rig" and mentioned that the sites are not level, consisting of a mixture of weeds, grass, and sand. Prospective guests with larger RVs should inquire specifically about site sizes and accessibility.
Despite the natural ground cover, the presence of a "poured concrete patio" at each site is a notable feature, offering a clean and stable outdoor living space.
Services and Amenities:
Breezy Palms RV Park appears to focus on providing essential services rather than an extensive list of amenities. Based on the customer reviews, the following can be noted:
- Clean Bathrooms and Refreshing Showers: This is a significant positive aspect highlighted by one reviewer, indicating a commitment to basic hygiene and comfort.
- Water and Electric Hookups: As a standard offering for RV parks, these essential utilities are expected to be available at each campsite.
- Sewer Hookups: While not explicitly mentioned, sewer hookups are typically a standard service in RV parks, especially for longer stays. It would be wise to confirm this when booking.
- Cable TV: It's important to note that cable TV is reportedly "only offered to long-term residents," which may be a consideration for short-term visitors.
- Wi-Fi: While Wi-Fi is available, one reviewer found it "too slow to bother with," suggesting that the internet service might not be suitable for heavy usage or streaming.
The park is described as "bare bones" with "no amenities otherwise," implying the absence of features like a swimming pool, laundry facilities, clubhouse, or organized activities. Travelers who prioritize these types of amenities may need to look at other options in the area.
The positive comment about the campground being "well maintained" suggests that while the amenities might be basic, the overall upkeep of the park is satisfactory.
Features and Benefits of Staying at Breezy Palms RV Park:
Despite being a more basic RV park, Breezy Palms offers several potential benefits:
- Affordability: The price is mentioned as a significant advantage, with one reviewer stating, "you can't beat their prices!" This makes it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers.
- Convenient Location: Its proximity to shopping, dining, and other essential services in Palm Bay is a major plus for those who value accessibility.
- Friendly Residents: The welcoming nature of the long-term residents can contribute to a pleasant and community-oriented atmosphere.
- Clean Restroom Facilities: The availability of clean bathrooms with refreshing showers ensures a basic level of comfort.
- Concrete Patios: The poured concrete patio at each site provides a clean and functional outdoor space.
- Accommodating Management: Although one reviewer didn't meet the owners or management in person, they were described as "accommodating over the phone," suggesting good customer service.
However, potential drawbacks to consider include:
- Tight Spaces for Large Rigs: Maneuvering larger RVs might be challenging, and it's crucial to inquire about suitable site availability.
- Uneven Campsites: The unlevel nature of the sites might require extra effort for leveling your RV.
- Limited Amenities: The lack of additional amenities like a pool, laundry, or strong Wi-Fi might be a drawback for some travelers.
- No Short-Term Cable TV: Cable television is not available for short-term stays.
- Potentially Slow Wi-Fi: The internet service may not meet the needs of all users.
- Traffic Noise: Some noise from nearby traffic might be noticeable.

- Specific Site Details: Ask about the levelness and size of available sites to ensure they meet your needs.
- Reservation Policies: Understand their booking procedures and any cancellation policies.
Given the contrasting experiences regarding site conditions and amenities, it might be beneficial to ask for more detailed descriptions of available sites or even request to see pictures if available before making a reservation, especially if you have a larger RV or specific site requirements.
Breezy Palms RV Park in Palm Bay, Florida, offers a budget-friendly and conveniently located option for RV travelers. Its friendly residents and clean facilities are positive aspects. However, the bare-bones nature of the park, potentially unlevel sites, and limited amenities might make it more suitable for travelers who prioritize affordability and location over extensive features. Breezy Palms RV Park Reviews
My son and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The residents are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean with refreshing showers. The campsites aren't huge, but perfect for what we needed and you can't beat their prices! I did not get the opportunity to meet the owners or management, but they were accommodating over the phone, and the campground was well maintained!
Jul 07, 2024 · Kristen PiccioloBare bones park. Convenient location. Decent price for the area (no discount programs allowed). Tight area to negotiate with a bigger rig. Sites are not level and are a mixture of weeds, grass and sand (see my pictures) but there is a poured concrete patio. Cable only offered to long-term residents (and most are long-term). Wifi too slow to bother with. No amenities otherwise. Some traffic noise but not overwhelming.
Dec 11, 2020 · Michael MillerBreezy Palms RV Park is a great place. There is wifi here, a clubhouse, two open bathroom/shower rooms and laundry. Some sites are lived on all year but most are not. There is no pool here. People come here for the quiet. Its busy here for the winter months so reserve early for that.
Jan 05, 2019 · Tony ClancyBeware of this park. Management is absolutely horrible. If you google public showers you will find google displays this park as having public showers. My water pipe burst and I had just got done mending it under a mobile home. I was so hot and dirty. I looked for a public shower as I had no water. Found this park. Proceeded to take a shower. This lady scared the crap out of me. While naked, she comes barreling in, curtain to shower was flipping up from the hurricane outside. here comes her husband. Meanwhile still naked. They called cops, I explained, still yelling, cursing to leave. No consideration or empathy. Rude n disgusting behavior.
Sep 27, 2024 · Aileen SullivanAvoid this park at all costs. The female park manager is an absolute hag, she's rude, menacing and one of the most disrespectful old ladies I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. She will illegally "evict" long term residents for mildly inconveniencing her, and will force you out with threats of towing your property without any ACTUAL LEGAL PAPERWORK. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. The bathrooms haven't been remodeled since the day they were built in the 80s. The lots are dry crab grass and sand, and completely off level. The concrete patios are cracked and unlevel. The only thing this park has going good, is the other residents. Never have any issues with them, however for a "55+ community" it's quite odd that the owner is allowing her 40 something year old son live in the "property management" housing at the back of the park, while her and her puppy dog husband live somewhere off property (pretty sure one or both are supposed to be present at all times). Worst park in Brevard, possibly the entire state.
