A1A Condo Park Introduce
A1A Condo Park, situated at 2780 S Hwy A1A, Melbourne Beach, FL 32951, USA, offers a unique living environment that may appeal to those searching within the "RV parks near me" category, particularly those interested in coastal access and a specific community setting. The park can be contacted at (321) 723-3472 or +1 321-723-3472 for inquiries.
The environment of A1A Condo Park presents a mix of appealing features and certain restrictions. One resident enthusiastically shares their love for A1A, highlighting its friendly atmosphere and convenient location near the Spessard Holland golf course. A significant advantage mentioned is the deeded access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River, offering residents and potentially RV guests unparalleled opportunities for beach activities, fishing, and enjoying the waterfront lifestyle. The presence of "nicely scalloped yards" suggests an effort towards maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance within the park.
However, another review provides a contrasting perspective on the environment and community feel. This reviewer notes several restrictive rules indicated by "very big block red lettering signs exclaiming no bikes no golf carts no pets no ... No. .. No..." These numerous prohibitions might deter individuals or families who enjoy these activities or travel with pets. Specifically, the strict "no dogs allowed. No cats" policy is explicitly mentioned as "weird" by the reviewer, which is an important consideration for pet owners seeking "RV parks near me."
The same reviewer also describes the physical layout as "mostly asphalt" with "rock pavers," potentially indicating a less green or spacious environment compared to some other RV parks. The feeling of being "very tight between each lot" and "very very claustrophobic" is also expressed, suggesting that RV spaces might be close together, which could impact privacy and the overall sense of openness. This is a crucial factor for RVers who often value outdoor space and a less crowded setting.
In terms of services and features, A1A Condo Park offers "their own pier with picnic tables." This is a significant amenity, providing a dedicated space for residents and potentially RV guests to enjoy the waterfront views and engage in recreational activities. However, the reviewer also notes that there is "no parking" at the pier, which could present logistical challenges for those wanting to utilize this amenity. The deeded access to the ocean and the Indian River can also be considered a primary feature, offering direct pathways to these natural attractions.
The age restriction is another notable feature mentioned. While "suppose to be 55+," one reviewer observed younger individuals residing in the park, which might be a point of clarification for those specifically seeking a 55+ community for their RV or mobile home living. The observation of "blue collar grungy looking men" is subjective but contributes to the reviewer's overall impression of a "non very welcoming looking place."
Promotional information is somewhat limited and mixed based on the reviews. The positive aspect highlighted by one resident is the friendly community, proximity to the golf course, and the valuable deeded access to both the ocean and the river. These are strong selling points for those prioritizing location and recreational opportunities. The well-maintained yards also contribute to a positive visual impression.
On the other hand, the numerous restrictions (no pets, bikes, golf carts), the perceived lack of spaciousness, and the observation of potential inconsistencies with the 55+ age requirement could be seen as negative aspects for some. The reviewer's feeling of a "non very welcoming looking place" might also deter potential residents or RVers who prioritize a more relaxed and less rule-oriented environment.
The final comment, "giving 3 stars because they probably keep a tight ship.. probably nothing happening in here they don't know about. And the scalloped yards," suggests that while the strict rules might create a sense of order and security, they also contribute to a less welcoming atmosphere for this particular reviewer. This implies that the management likely enforces the rules diligently, which could be a positive for those seeking a quiet and controlled environment but a negative for those desiring more freedom and flexibility in their "RV park near me."
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Melbourne Beach, FL, A1A Condo Park offers a location with direct access to both the ocean and the Indian River, a significant draw for water enthusiasts. Its proximity to the Spessard Holland golf course is another advantage for golfers. However, potential residents and RVers must carefully consider the strict pet policy, the numerous prohibitions on activities like biking and golf cart use, the potentially cramped living spaces, and the reported unwelcoming atmosphere due to these rules. The 55+ age requirement may also need further clarification for those who do not fit this demographic.
Prospective residents or RVers are strongly encouraged to contact A1A Condo Park directly to clarify the rules and regulations, inquire about the size and layout of RV spaces, and understand the community's demographics. Visiting the park in person would be beneficial to assess the environment, the proximity of the lots, and the overall atmosphere. Understanding the specific terms and conditions related to the deeded access to the ocean and river, as well as the parking situation at the pier, is also crucial.
In conclusion, A1A Condo Park in Melbourne Beach, FL, presents a unique option for those seeking "RV parks near me" with direct coastal access and proximity to a golf course. However, the strict rules regarding pets and activities, the potentially tight living spaces, and the reported unwelcoming atmosphere are significant considerations. Local users should weigh these factors carefully against the advantages of the location and amenities before making a decision.

A1A Condo Park Reviews
Love A1A! Friendly folks, located close to Spessard Holland golf course, and deeded access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Indian river!🌴
Mar 20, 2023 · Brian RoyNo dogs allowed. No cats. Weird. Suppose to be 55+ but watched a couple of 30+ blue collar grungy looking men get out of two work trucks change out of their clothes to go inside their home ? .. nicely scalloped yards when you see them. Mostly asphalt . Rock pavers. Very big block red lettering signs exclaiming no bikes no golf carts no pets no ... No. .. No... A non very welcoming looking place. They have their own pier with picnic tables and no parking. So tight between each lot. I'm surprised.. it's a very very claustrophobic feeling. I live in an RV Park that has more room.. .. giving 3 stars because they probably keep a tight ship.. probably nothing happening in here they don't know about. And the scalloped yards

Jul 12, 2023 · Kyle CominoThis place looks great but the biggest issue is no pets allowed. This is the first age restricted community I have looked at in Florida that did not allow pets. Almost every retiree I know enjoys the company of a pet.
May 18, 2023 · Sandra GagnonWhat is not to love! Great people/ beautiful beach & amazing amenities! Love A1A condo Park! I can't wait to visit again!
