Country Village Mobile Park LLC Introduce
Located at 2670 Hayes St in Marne, MI 49435, Country Village Mobile Park LLC presents itself as a residential option in the Marne area. While the platform category is "rv parks near me," the name suggests a mobile home park, indicating a focus on long-term residential living rather than short-term accommodations for recreational vehicles. However, the extremely negative feedback from the limited available customer reviews paints a concerning picture of the park's environment, services, and management practices, which local users should be aware of.
Marne, Michigan, is a small community in Ottawa County, located northwest of Grand Rapids. The surrounding environment is likely characterized by a more rural setting. However, the internal environment of Country Village Mobile Park LLC, based on resident reviews, appears to be significantly compromised by neglect and mismanagement. One reviewer, claiming to be a current resident, details a multitude of serious issues. These include a "crumbling" and unfixed street, a "falling apart" park entrance sign, and allegedly "unsafe to drink (well water)" for which residents are still being charged. Further complaints include inadequate snow plowing in the winter. Despite these significant maintenance deficiencies, the reviewer states that "Rent continues to go up without any improvement to the park," suggesting a disconnect between the fees charged and the quality of the living environment.
Adding to these concerns, the reviewer alleges a dismissive attitude from the management, stating, "don't question them about ANYTHING, because you will ALWAYS be wrong (even when you are right). NOTHING is ever their problem!" This indicates a potentially adversarial relationship between the management and the residents, where concerns are not addressed, and residents feel unheard. The reviewer concludes with a strong condemnation of the owner as "Greedy" and "just out for the money!"
The second review, while from a former resident with family still living in the park, corroborates the negative portrayal of the management and raises serious ethical and potentially legal concerns. This reviewer awarded only one star, stating it was the minimum possible. A primary issue raised is the imposition of an additional $25 per week in rent on a homeowner within the park due to the presence of the reviewer's disabled aunt as a roommate. The reviewer emphasizes that there is "no written contract agreeing to extra funds for the OWNER of this home having a roommate." The management's alleged stance is that if this extra fee is not paid, the homeowner will have to leave. The reviewer strongly condemns this action as "taking advantage of these low income people who were struggling before the 'tax' you have added," labeling it "immoral" and suggesting it might be "illegal."
This second review also corroborates the issue of the "highly toxic undrinkable water that all these tenant's are charged for." This is an extremely serious allegation, raising significant health and safety concerns for all residents of Country Village Mobile Park LLC. Furthermore, the reviewer claims to have knowledge that other tenants are also being charged extra for having roommates, suggesting this might be a widespread and potentially unlawful practice within the park.
In response to these issues, the reviewer states having "taken it upon myself to have a discussion with my attorney to find out what crimes if any are being committed on all of these unfortunate residence." This indicates a serious escalation of the residents' grievances and the potential for legal action against the park's management. The reviewer's impassioned plea to the owner, referencing the potential vulnerability of their own family members, underscores the human impact of the alleged mismanagement and exploitation.
Given the severity of the allegations in these reviews, it is impossible to ascertain any positive services or features of Country Village Mobile Park LLC. The focus of the feedback is overwhelmingly negative, highlighting significant problems with maintenance, water quality, and management practices. Any standard services typically associated with a mobile home park, such as lot rentals and utility hookups, are overshadowed by these critical concerns.
Considering the platform category "rv parks near me," it is highly improbable that Country Village Mobile Park LLC would be a suitable option for short-term RV stays. The issues raised by residents suggest a community facing significant challenges in providing a safe and well-maintained living environment for its long-term residents, making it unlikely to cater to the needs of transient RV travelers. Individuals seeking temporary RV accommodations in the Marne area should undoubtedly look elsewhere.
Due to the complete absence of any positive feedback or promotional information, and the presence of serious allegations of neglect and potentially illegal practices, local users should approach Country Village Mobile Park LLC with extreme caution. The reviews serve as strong warnings about the potential living conditions and management style at this park. Any claims of a "Country Village" ambiance are severely contradicted by the residents' experiences.
For local users in the Marne area seeking long-term housing, it is strongly recommended to avoid Country Village Mobile Park LLC based on the current publicly available information. The reported issues of unsafe water, crumbling infrastructure, unfair rent increases, and questionable fees for roommates paint a picture of a community where residents are facing significant hardship and mismanagement. Engaging with the management directly might provide their perspective, but the consistency and severity of the complaints warrant serious concern.
In conclusion, Country Village Mobile Park LLC at 2670 Hayes St, Marne, MI, appears to be a mobile home park facing severe challenges related to maintenance, water safety, and management practices, according to the available resident reviews. The allegations include crumbling infrastructure, unsafe drinking water for which residents are charged, unfair rent increases without improvements, and questionable extra fees imposed on homeowners with roommates. These issues are serious and potentially indicative of a problematic living environment. Local users seeking housing in Marne should be extremely cautious and thoroughly investigate these allegations before considering residency at Country Village Mobile Park LLC. It is highly unlikely to be a suitable option for RV travelers seeking short-term stays.

Country Village Mobile Park LLC Reviews
The Current owner Doesn't maintain the park as it should be. The street is crumbling and not getting fixed. The park entrance sign is falling apart. The water is not safe to drink (well water), yet we are being charged for it. The road is never plowed properly in the winter... etc...... Yet our Rent continues to go up without any improvement to the park. OH, and don't question them about ANYTHING, because you will ALWAYS be wrong (even when you are right). NOTHING is ever their problem! Greedy Owner just out for the money!
Jul 20, 2018 · Heather BlissI gave 1 star only because i could not leave a review giving 0 stars.I no longer reside here and have not for some time. I do however have family here. Family that is disabled and unable to work. She lives with her friend whom has owned her trailer fo quit some time. The "land lord" has deemed it okay to add on an extra 25 a week to the owners rent due to my aunt staying there. Heres the thing. They have no written contract agreeing to extra funds for the OWNER of this home having a roommate. Says if they dont pay then she has to leave. First off shame on you for taking advantage of these low income people who were struggling before the "tax" you have added. Which by the way im pretty sure is illegal, not to mention immoral.Shall we talk about the highly toxic undrinkable water that all these tenant's are charged for. I also know as a matter of fact that these tenant's are not the only ones being taxed for having a roommate.I have taken it upon myself to have a discussion with my attorney to find out what crimes if any are being committed on all of these unfortunate residence.Luke what if you mother or aunt or any family members had no choice but to reside in such conditions. If nothing else i hope when you lay your head down at night that your conscious gives you better moral direction. After all these are humans that dont have any options and you in my opinion are committing at minimum 1 crime if not more. I assure you that the energy you put in to collecting you money, i will put the same energy into research and effort with an attorney.Thank you for your time. Have a great day.
Jan 13, 2019 · Jack BlissThe owner of this park likes to change his rules in the park to suit him his office girl is very unprofessional she will always try to talk over you and will never let you finish a sentence the park isnt kept up but they will charge a disabled person for having someone move in to help pay the extortion that they charge and when you have someone move in and they get approved they call them a guest and will charge you 25 dollars a week I would never recommend this park to anyone
