Alpine Meadows Introduce
Located at 3800 Fruit Ridge Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49544, USA, Alpine Meadows is a mobile home park that may appeal to individuals searching for "RV parks near me" with an interest in long-term residency within a mobile home community. While the platform category suggests a focus on recreational vehicle parks, some users may consider mobile home parks like Alpine Meadows as a potential housing option offering a different style of community living.
It is crucial to approach an evaluation of Alpine Meadows with objectivity, particularly in light of the limited but strongly negative feedback available from online reviews. One former resident, who reportedly lived in the park for approximately three years, explicitly states, "I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!" This individual cites several significant concerns regarding the staff and management, describing them as "very unhelpful, unfair, and rude." The reviewer also alleges that the management exhibits favoritism among residents, which can contribute to an uneven and potentially negative living experience for some.
A particularly troubling aspect of this review involves the former resident's experience attempting to sell their mobile home. Despite claiming their home was among the "top 5 nicest looking trailers in the park," they encountered significant obstacles from the management. The reviewer states that they were informed they could not sell their home in its current condition, a directive they found "absolutely insane" considering the condition of the majority of other trailers within the park. This account raises serious questions about the park's regulations regarding the sale of privately-owned mobile homes and the fairness of their enforcement.
Furthermore, the former resident indicates that their difficulties in selling their trailer were not due to a lack of communication. They claim to have provided the park with "several notices" about their intention to sell, offering the management the opportunity to inspect the home or make an offer. According to the review, these attempts were "completely ignored on every occasion." It was only after the sale was completed that the management reportedly raised objections, leading the former resident to conclude that the issue stemmed from the "park staff/management" rather than themselves. The reviewer also disputes the management's claim of offering "reasonable resources to address the issues."
Adding to the negative commentary is a separate observation from an individual who was visiting a friend within the park. This visitor expressed significant concern about the upkeep of a specific property, located at 3799 Casper. They reported observing a substantial amount of "trash on the lawn," leading them to believe that the homeowners "don't care about their neighbors or anyone." This observation raises concerns about the overall standards of property maintenance within the park and the potential impact on the aesthetic environment and the quality of life for other residents. The visitor's strong negative reaction, advising others to "Find another park," underscores the severity of their impression.
Considering the available information, which consists solely of negative customer reviews, it is challenging to provide a balanced introduction to Alpine Meadows. The absence of any positive feedback or information regarding specific amenities, services, or community features necessitates a cautious and objective approach based solely on the criticisms raised. Potential local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering Alpine Meadows for long-term mobile home living should be aware of these reported issues.
The lack of information regarding the park's environment, specific services offered (such as on-site maintenance, community facilities, pet policies, or rules and regulations), and any promotional information prevents a comprehensive introduction. The negative reviews, however, highlight potential areas of concern that prospective residents should investigate thoroughly before making any decisions. These concerns include management's helpfulness and fairness, consistency in the enforcement of park rules, and the overall maintenance standards within the community.
Given the serious allegations made in the reviews, it would be prudent for anyone considering Alpine Meadows to conduct thorough due diligence. This could involve attempting to contact current residents for their perspectives, visiting the park to observe the conditions firsthand (while respecting residents' privacy), and directly engaging with the park management to understand their policies and address the concerns raised in the online feedback. It is important to note that online reviews represent individual experiences and may not reflect the entirety of the community. However, the strength and specificity of the negative feedback warrant careful consideration.
In conclusion, based on the limited information available, Alpine Meadows mobile home park in Grand Rapids, MI, has received significant negative feedback regarding its management and park conditions. Potential residents searching within the "RV parks near me" category for a long-term living situation should be aware of these concerns and conduct thorough research to determine if Alpine Meadows aligns with their needs and expectations. Without further positive information or specific details about the park's offerings, it is impossible to provide a more encouraging introduction. Interested parties are strongly advised to contact the park directly at (616) 784-1606 or +1 616-784-1606 for more information and to form their own informed opinion.

Alpine Meadows Reviews
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I lived here about 3 years and do not have 1 good thing to say about the staff/management, very unhelpful, unfair and rude. They definitely play favorites with the residents. I owned my trailer and they made it a nightmare trying to sell it...my home was probably in the top 5 nicest looking trailers in the park and they told me that i was not able to sell it in the condition it was in, it was absolutely insane to me given the conditions of 95% of the other trailers in the park. This is just 1 of several unpleasant experiences i have encountered with the staff. 100% do not recommend. In response to the response I got...I gave the park several notices that I was selling my trailer so they could come see if they wanted to offer me a price/inspect it but was completely ignored on every occasion, so I went ahead and sold it and that is when they finally made it an issue, this is not a me issue, this is a park staff/management issue. And no they absolutely did not offer reasonable resources to address the issues.
Apr 12, 2025 · holly mulderWas driving around the park visiting a friend and came across 3799 Casper. Can't believe the park let's people have all that trash on the lawn. Those owners don't care about their neighbors or anyone. Feel bad for their kids. You know the inside is just toast. Find another park.
Jan 08, 2025 · Jason DykmanI own my mobile but the rent is still outrageous 4A mobile Court.Rent is cheaper at other mobile courts. Every year it's raised $35 to $40 or so. I'm old ,so I'm trying to find a senior place to live that the rent depends on your income.
Jun 26, 2024 · Carolyn BachanGreat place to host a shower or medium sized gathering! My cousin's baby shower was here, and about 40 people were able to comfortably sit at round tables. They had 2 rectangle tables and 2 square tables for food and deserts, along with a small bar/counter area for beverages, which opened up to a small kitchen for dishes and clean-up. It was really nice!
Nov 12, 2023 · tarafarah7People don't watch their kids, they just go around harassing other kids, trying to fight them, the park does nothing about it, not a safe place to live if you have kids
