Countryside Village Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Are you currently searching for "mobile home parks near me" in the Jacksonville, Florida area? Countryside Village Manufactured Home Community, located at 10960 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32246, USA, presents itself as a local housing option. For those interested in learning more about this community, they can be contacted at the phone numbers (904) 641-2800 or +1 904-641-2800.
Based on the limited information available from online reviews, perspectives on Countryside Village Manufactured Home Community appear to be mixed, highlighting both positive aspects related to the staff and potential drawbacks concerning costs, regulations, and the overall environment. One reviewer offers high praise for the staff members, Romey and Tammy. They are described as "Amazing" and "very professional," with the reviewer noting their consistent availability when contacted. This positive feedback emphasizes the staff's respect for tenants and their dedication to providing excellent service and maintaining a safe and clean environment within the community.
However, another review presents several concerns regarding living in Countryside Village. This reviewer states that the "rent is too much" and expresses feeling overly scrutinized by the management regarding the upkeep of their trailer and surrounding lot. Specific examples include being cited for uncut grass or having supplies outside. Furthermore, this reviewer reports persistent issues with the water supply, describing it as "always messed up." They also mention the presence of "a lot of stray cats" within the community and express dissatisfaction with the apparent lack of consistent enforcement of rules regarding what residents are allowed to keep outside their homes, even if it is considered "upsetting."
Considering these contrasting viewpoints, it is evident that while some residents may have positive experiences, particularly concerning the professionalism and helpfulness of specific staff members, others have encountered significant challenges related to the cost of living, management regulations, infrastructure issues (water), and the general environment of the community (stray animals, inconsistent enforcement of rules). These are important factors for potential residents to consider when evaluating Countryside Village Manufactured Home Community as a possible housing option.
For local users searching for "mobile home parks near me" in Jacksonville, Florida, Countryside Village is a community to be aware of. The positive feedback regarding the staff, Romey and Tammy, suggests that residents can expect professional and helpful interactions with these individuals. This can be a significant factor in fostering a positive living experience and addressing any concerns that may arise.
However, the negative feedback regarding high rent, strict enforcement of minor aesthetic rules, recurring water problems, and the presence of stray cats paints a less favorable picture of the overall living experience. The inconsistency in enforcing rules about outdoor items is also a point of concern, as it can lead to an unkempt or undesirable environment for some residents.
When considering a move to a manufactured home community, several factors typically come into play for prospective residents. These often include:
- **Cost of Living:** Rent or lot fees, along with utility costs, are primary considerations. The review suggesting that the rent is "too much" indicates a potential affordability issue for some.
- **Community Rules and Regulations:** While some level of rules is expected in any community, the perception of being overly scrutinized for minor aesthetic issues can be a deterrent for some individuals seeking a more relaxed living environment.
- **Infrastructure and Maintenance:** Reliable utilities, such as water supply, are essential. The report of the water being "always messed up" is a significant concern regarding the basic living conditions within the community.
- **Environmental Factors:** The presence of stray animals can be a nuisance for some residents and may raise concerns about hygiene and safety. Similarly, inconsistent enforcement of community appearance standards can impact the overall quality of life within the park.
- **Management and Staff:** The positive feedback about Romey and Tammy is a significant asset. Professional and helpful staff can greatly enhance the resident experience by addressing concerns effectively and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
Given the mixed reviews, it is crucial for potential residents to conduct their own thorough investigation of Countryside Village Manufactured Home Community. This should include contacting the management directly using the provided phone numbers to inquire about current rental rates, community rules, the status of the water system, and any policies regarding pets and the upkeep of individual lots. A visit to the community to observe the overall environment, the condition of the homes and grounds, and any visible presence of stray animals would also be highly beneficial. If possible, speaking with current residents (beyond those who have left online reviews) can provide additional insights into the day-to-day living experience within Countryside Village.
In the context of the platform category "rv parks near me," it is important to reiterate that Countryside Village is a manufactured home community, offering a more permanent residential option rather than temporary RV parking. While some mobile home communities may occasionally accommodate RVs on a longer-term basis, the primary focus is typically on manufactured homes. Therefore, individuals specifically seeking short-term or transient RV parking would need to look at dedicated RV parks in the Jacksonville area.
In conclusion, Countryside Village Manufactured Home Community in Jacksonville, Florida, presents a mixed picture based on the limited online reviews. While the professionalism and helpfulness of specific staff members are commendable, concerns regarding the cost of rent, strict enforcement of minor rules, unreliable water supply, and the presence of stray animals should be carefully considered by prospective residents. For local users searching for "mobile home parks near me," thorough due diligence, including direct contact with the management and a visit to the community, is strongly recommended to determine if Countryside Village aligns with their individual housing needs and preferences.

Countryside Village Manufactured Home Community Reviews
The staff Romey and Tammy are Amazing, very professional and have always been available when I call. They show their tenants respect and always strive to provide excellent service and a safe clean environment.
Apr 02, 2025 · William Sizemorerent is too much , they get on you for everything about your trailer like if the grass isn’t cut or if u have supplies outside, the water is so always messed up , a lot of stray cats , they also let anyone put anything outside even if it’s upsetting.
Nov 08, 2023 · Karen melendrezThe only good thing is that is close to everything after that it is ...not so great. They write citations but some how the guy a couple lots down does not get any and his place is in worse shape, I placed my car in the storage area with the office permission for one night and still got it towed but this two cars are still there after two nights. I will update on how many nights and by the looks it isn’t going to be towed any time soon!
Feb 13, 2020 · Victor GaleanaThe office staff are condescending and rude to their inhabitants. The lot fees are ridiculously high and continue to go up for tiny spots of land. There are pot holes that will rip up your vehicle due to the poor drainage system. The pool is never open on time. There are next to no sidewalks for safe walking within the community or to the entrance. There is no security guard in the guard house, the arms are broken almost every single day on the gate lowering our sense of security. We’ve lived here almost 3 years and when we moved into the home, it was infested with German cockroaches. We’ve had to spend hundreds of our own dollars to remedy the problem. We’ve had to replace multiple appliances since the ones that came with our unit stopped working within 2 years of moving in. The AC for the unit doesn’t work half the time, causing us to invest in window ACs and raising our electric bill just to survive the Florida heat.Overall, don’t move here unless you want to be constantly stressed and harassed by the office workers for your yard being a few inches high due to rain and hurricanes.
Oct 11, 2024 · Lexi LoveThe roads are in terrible condition and seem to never get fixed, which is a major inconvenience. Not only just the entrance but all around the neighborhood. Additionally, the gate is a serious hazard as it has fallen on cars multiple times even after putting in the correct code and hearing the chime. To top it off, the office staff is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive to these issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The gentleman in golf carts have been helpful but the office staff is absolutely HORRENDOUS.
