I moved in last week. I was originally supposed to move in at the beginning of the month. It has been the biggest nightmare I have EVER experienced. When we first got our keys, there was no water. I had to call the leasing office to get them to turn the water on. I get a call a couple of days later, that we had a water leak and that it created a big mess. Having to cut into the walls, change the flooring out, removing the insulation, cabinets had water damage, etc. I had people working in my trailer coming in and out. We had been trying to keep communication with the office and it looks like they were lost too. I had a contractor GOING THROUGH MY PERSONAL ITEMS when I was at work. Nobody claimed that they were going through my personal belongings, but I have pictures to prove it. I now have a $300 electric bill since they had construction fans on for a week straight trying to dry everything. I had people coming in and out all week stressing out my two ESA dogs. These subcontractors would talk so much shit about me saying that IT IS MY FAULT that we had a leak to begin with. Talking in Spanish when they would assume that I don’t understand. I speak Spanish, I have my entire life, I understand every nasty word they had to say. Almost wish we didn’t sign here. They are not taking responsibility for the emotional damage and the financial costs that we are facing.3/31/25 I'm still waiting for a office response regarding my electric bill. They never answer email that we send, I have to call them for any type of update. There really fast to answer my review but not my emails. There more worried about covering there ass at this point. - liliana becerra

Creeks Crossing Introduce

If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Kyle, Texas area, Creeks Crossing, located at 129 Pineland Ave, Kyle, TX 78640, USA, is a mobile home park that has recently received some concerning feedback from individuals who have either moved in or attempted to do so. It is crucial for potential residents to be aware of these experiences as they consider their options for long-term RV living in the area.

Within the platform category of "RV parks near me," it is essential to look beyond just the location and consider the overall living experience, including the condition of the property, the responsiveness of management, and the way residents are treated. Recent reviews of Creeks Crossing paint a picture of significant challenges and frustrations for some individuals.

One new resident who moved in recently described their experience as "the biggest nightmare I have EVER experienced." This individual detailed a series of problems that began immediately upon receiving their keys, starting with a lack of water in their unit, requiring them to contact the leasing office to have it turned on. This initial inconvenience was followed by a more substantial issue: a water leak that caused significant damage to the property, including the need to cut into walls, replace flooring, remove insulation, and address water damage to cabinets. This necessitated a period of ongoing construction and repair work within the resident's trailer.

Adding to the distress, the resident reported a lack of clear communication from the office during this disruptive period. They stated that it seemed as though the office was "lost too" in managing the situation. A particularly concerning incident involved a contractor allegedly going through the resident's personal items while they were at work. Despite photographic evidence, no one from the management claimed responsibility for this intrusion, raising serious concerns about the privacy and security of residents' belongings.

The repair process also resulted in unexpected financial burdens for the new resident. They reported receiving a $300 electric bill due to construction fans running continuously for a week to dry the affected areas. The resident felt that they should not be solely responsible for this cost, given that the issue stemmed from a water leak that occurred prior to or shortly after their move-in.

Furthermore, the ongoing presence of subcontractors in and out of the resident's trailer caused significant stress to their two Emotional Support Animals (ESA dogs). The resident also alleged that these subcontractors made negative comments about them, including speaking in Spanish and assuming the resident did not understand. However, the resident clarified that they do speak Spanish and understood the derogatory remarks, adding to the emotional distress of the situation. The resident expressed significant regret about signing a lease at Creeks Crossing, feeling that the management was not taking responsibility for the emotional and financial costs they were facing.

Adding to these concerns, a follow-up comment from the same resident approximately three weeks later indicated ongoing issues with communication and unresolved financial matters. They stated they were still awaiting a response from the office regarding their electric bill and that the management was unresponsive to emails, requiring phone calls for any updates. The resident also noted a perceived discrepancy in the management's responsiveness to online reviews versus direct communication, suggesting a prioritization of public image over addressing resident concerns.

Another review from a different individual strongly advises potential residents to "Don't bother wasting your time with these people." This reviewer alleges that Creeks Crossing "stole $150 from us in application fees" despite knowing about a previously broken lease that had since been paid off and was no longer on their credit report. This individual characterizes the management as "money hungry" and urges others with a paid-off broken lease to avoid applying, as they believe the application fee will be taken with no intention of approval. This accusation raises serious questions about the fairness and transparency of the application process at Creeks Crossing.

Considering these recent and detailed negative reviews, individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in Kyle, Texas, should exercise significant caution when considering Creeks Crossing. The reported issues range from move-in complications and property damage to concerns about contractor conduct, unexpected financial burdens, poor communication from management, and questionable application fee practices. These are serious red flags that potential residents should carefully evaluate in light of their own needs and expectations for a long-term living situation.

While the provided information does not offer any positive aspects or counter-narratives from other residents or the management, the severity and detail of the negative experiences shared warrant thorough investigation by anyone considering residing at Creeks Crossing. It would be prudent to contact the management directly at (737) 286-8230 or +1 737-286-8230 to inquire about these issues and to understand their perspective and any steps being taken to address these concerns. Asking specific questions about their move-in procedures, maintenance protocols, contractor oversight, utility billing practices, and application fee policies would be essential.

Furthermore, if possible, potential residents should consider visiting the property in person to assess the general condition of the park and any visible signs of the issues raised in the reviews. Observing the responsiveness of the office staff and perhaps speaking with current residents (if opportunities arise) could provide additional insights into the living environment at Creeks Crossing.

Kyle, Texas, is a growing city in the Austin metropolitan area, offering various amenities and attractions. However, the negative experiences reported at Creeks Crossing suggest that the living environment within this particular mobile home park may not align with the expectations of all individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the area. It is crucial to prioritize a community that is well-managed, maintains its properties effectively, communicates transparently with residents, and treats potential applicants fairly.

In conclusion, while Creeks Crossing is an option to consider when searching for "RV parks near me" in Kyle, Texas, recent reviews highlight significant issues that potential residents must be aware of.
