Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC Introduce
Located at 1400 Crescent Blvd, Gloucester City, NJ 08030, USA, Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC offers a residential community that may also appeal to individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Gloucester City area. While primarily a mobile home park, it's common for such communities to accommodate recreational vehicles, particularly for longer-term stays. Interested individuals can contact the park directly at (856) 475-6979 or +1 856-475-6979 to inquire about the availability of RV sites, hookup facilities, and any specific regulations pertaining to RVs.
The environment of Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC in Gloucester City provides a suburban setting within close proximity to Philadelphia. Gloucester City offers a blend of residential and commercial areas, potentially providing residents with convenient access to local amenities such as shopping centers, restaurants, and essential services. The exact ambiance within the park itself would be best assessed through a visit, but mobile home parks typically offer a more settled and community-oriented atmosphere compared to transient RV resorts. The tree-lined Crescent Boulevard suggests a potentially pleasant and accessible location for the park.
Information regarding the specific services and features of Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC is somewhat mixed based on available customer reviews. One long-term resident highlights positive community initiatives such as a monthly food bank, summer lunches for children, free breakfasts and sandwiches, and even free family portraits at Christmas. These initiatives suggest a management that is involved in fostering a sense of community and providing support to its residents. Such community-oriented features can be a significant draw for individuals seeking a welcoming and supportive living environment, whether in a mobile home or an RV for an extended period.
However, another review presents a contrasting perspective, mentioning a significant yearly rent increase and comparing the park unfavorably to "nicer parks that charge less and have pools and other nice features." This suggests that Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC might focus on providing basic infrastructure and a community setting rather than extensive recreational amenities. For those specifically searching for "RV parks near me" with resort-style features like swimming pools, clubhouses, or organized activities, Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC may not fully meet those expectations. However, for individuals prioritizing a location in Gloucester City and a potentially more affordable long-term option with a community feel, it remains a possibility worth exploring.
The negative review also mentions several rules and regulations, including restrictions on children's toys being left outside and the inability to put up fences. While rules are common in mobile home parks to maintain order and aesthetics, the perceived strictness and the lack of certain freedoms (like fences for yard privacy) might be a consideration for potential residents. The review also points out a requirement for vehicle registration to the resident's address and mentions the observation of numerous vehicles with out-of-state (PA) tags, suggesting a potential inconsistency in enforcement or adherence to this rule. Furthermore, the mention of pet fees and a requirement for pet insurance indicates that while pets may be allowed, there are additional costs and responsibilities associated with them.
Considering the "RV parks near me" category, potential RV residents at Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC should inquire specifically about the park's policies regarding RVs. This includes the availability and type of hookups (electrical, water, sewer), the size and type of RVs permitted, any restrictions on parking or exterior setup, and the duration of stay allowed for RVs. Understanding these regulations is crucial for RVers to determine if the park can accommodate their needs and lifestyle.
Promotional information for Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC is not explicitly available in the provided data. To learn about current lot availability, rental rates for both mobile home spaces and potential RV sites, and any special offers, it is essential to contact the park management directly via the provided phone numbers: (856) 475-6979 or +1 856-475-6979. A direct conversation will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to help prospective residents make an informed decision.
In summary, Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC in Gloucester City, NJ, offers a mobile home community that may also provide options for those seeking "RV parks near me." While it appears to foster a sense of community with some helpful initiatives for residents, potential residents should be aware of potentially strict rules and a lack of extensive recreational amenities compared to some dedicated RV resorts. Direct communication with the park management is crucial to ascertain the availability and suitability of RV sites, understand all applicable rules and fees (including pet-related costs), and inquire about current pricing and availability. Visiting the park in person and speaking with current residents, if possible, could also provide valuable insights into the living experience at Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC.

Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC Reviews
This place is ridiculous. We just got our yearly rent increase letter and they’re increasing it by $75. They act like this is some high end trailer park. There’s way nicer parks that charge less and have pools and other nice features for their tenants. You can’t have your kids toys outside. They have all these rules and will violate you for anything. You can’t put up fences so people are free to just walk through your yard whenever they want. They want you to have your vehicles registered to your address but it’s funny how many you see with PA tags on them. They charge fees to have pets which is ridiculous bc they make money off of you having them when they are in your trailer that you own and require you to have pet insurance on them. Once my kid graduates I’m selling my trailer and getting the hell out of this rundown park.
Dec 19, 2024 · AnonymousI've lived here for over 15 years and for the most part the other residents are friendly and the office has a food bank once a month, provides lunches for kids during the summer, and does other things to help out the community, like free breakfasts and sandwiches. At Christmas they offered free family portraits.
Sep 27, 2024 · Teresa DeRenzoI helped my girl move her stuff back in after they fixed up the whole place not even a week later they gave her a violation stating I’m not on the lease which I’m not, but I don’t live here so they’re giving her a violation for no reason. Now again a week later still helping her fix everything around the house. Put things where they need to go and they give her another violation for the same thing.
