These contact numbers can provide valuable information regarding potential lot availability, specific age restrictions, community guidelines, and any services or features tailored to the 55+ demographic.
Based on the available customer reviews, we can gain contrasting perspectives on the living experience at Cedar Grove Park. One resident describes the park as "clean & quiet, perfect for those who prefer peace." They highlight the friendly yet non-intrusive neighbors and appreciate the ownership model where residents own their homes and pay an association fee for the lot. This reviewer also mentions the allowance for a shed and the freedom to personalize their lot, suggesting a degree of autonomy and community spirit. Furthermore, this resident praises the manager, Dave, as "very nice," indicating positive interactions with the community's leadership and expresses overall happiness living there.
However, another review presents a significant concern regarding the park management's responsiveness and communication during a utility disruption. This resident reports a two-day, approximately 15-hour water shutdown for which they claim they received no notification. The reviewer expresses particular frustration because the park manager reportedly lives nearby. This incident raises questions about the park's emergency communication protocols and the attentiveness of management to resident needs during service interruptions.
Considering these differing experiences, it is essential for anyone considering Cedar Grove Park as a potential "RV park near me" for senior living or as a permanent mobile home residence to conduct a thorough investigation. This should involve direct communication with the park management to address the concerns raised in the negative review and to gain a comprehensive understanding of the community's environment, services, and features.
When you contact Cedar Grove Park, be sure to ask detailed questions about the following aspects to form a well-rounded understanding of the community, keeping in mind its 55+ designation:

When considering mobile home parks, especially those designated for the 55+ community, in the context of "RV parks near me," it's important to recognize that while both offer community living, they cater to different housing needs. Senior-focused mobile home parks like Cedar Grove Park provide a permanent or long-term residential option with a focus on creating a peaceful and supportive environment for retirees. While some seniors may choose to live in RVs long-term, 55+ mobile home parks typically involve owning a manufactured home on a leased lot, offering a different type of stability and community structure compared to traditional RV parks.
In conclusion, Cedar Grove Park in Mantua Township, NJ, presents a potentially clean, quiet, and friendly 55+ mobile home community that may appeal to seniors seeking a long-term residential option similar to an extended stay at a senior-focused "RV park near me." Direct communication with the park management is crucial to address these concerns and to gather comprehensive information about the community's environment, services, features, and any potential benefits for senior living.

Cedar Grove Park Reviews
Poor management! The water was shut down last week, two days, about 15 hours.I was never notified! The park manager lives across the street from me. This is not how you treat neighbors, especially if it's your job!
Nov 27, 2024 · Linda HarperFirst, Cedar Grove Park is not an apartment building, it’s a very nice 55+ Mobile Home Park. It’s clean & quiet, perfect for those who prefer peace. The neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. You own your home & pay an association fee for the lot. There’s room for a shed & you can decorate your lot any way you like. The manager, Dave is very nice. My husband & I are very happy here.
Sep 19, 2018 · Donna SkaggsThey had a nice party. Plenty of food. Julie and Mary did a great job DJing and singing. They also did karaoke. Great job. A nice crowd of people. Door prizes too. Who could ask for anything more?
