Parkview Manufactured Housing & RV Community offers a setting for individuals and families seeking a place to call home or a comfortable base while exploring the region. Situated in Trainer, PA, the community benefits from its location within reach of local conveniences, amenities, and transportation links. While specific details about the park's immediate surroundings and natural environment are not explicitly available in the provided information, mobile home and RV parks often prioritize accessibility to essential services and a sense of community among residents.
Based on the limited information, it's challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of all services and features. However, we can infer that as a manufactured housing and RV community, Parkview likely offers essential utilities such as water and electricity hookups for its residents. For long-term residents in manufactured homes, the community typically provides a framework for establishing a more permanent living situation, including lot rentals and potentially access to community-wide services. For RVers, the focus is usually on providing necessary infrastructure for comfortable stays, which might include varying sizes of RV sites to accommodate different types of recreational vehicles.
One of the most insightful pieces of information comes from the customer reviews. It's important to acknowledge both positive and negative feedback to gain a balanced perspective. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction, alleging issues with mold in the homes, concerns about management practices, and high utility charges. This feedback raises important questions for potential residents to consider and investigate further.
Conversely, another recent review offers a more positive outlook. This customer, who stayed at the park for a few months, noted positive changes and praised the current manager, Laura, for her helpfulness and dedication to improving the community. This review suggests that the park may be undergoing positive developments and that the current management is focused on creating a better living environment for residents. The reviewer highlighted a perceived difference in management style compared to previous managers, indicating a potential shift towards a more caring and proactive approach.
Considering these contrasting viewpoints, it's crucial for prospective residents to conduct their own due diligence. Visiting the Parkview Manufactured Housing & RV Community, if possible, and speaking with current residents and management directly would be highly beneficial. This would allow individuals to assess the current environment, the condition of the properties, and the overall atmosphere of the community firsthand.
When searching for "RV parks near me," individuals often prioritize factors such as the availability of full hookups (water, electricity, and sewer), the size and layout of the RV sites, and any additional amenities offered. These amenities can range from laundry facilities and restrooms to recreational areas like playgrounds or communal gathering spaces. For those considering manufactured housing, the focus shifts towards the quality and availability of homes, the terms of lot rental agreements, and the sense of community within the park.
Given the limited official information available online and the contrasting customer reviews, it's difficult to definitively outline all the features of Parkview Manufactured Housing & RV Community. However, based on the name and typical offerings of similar communities, potential features could include:
- Individual lots for manufactured homes with utility connections.
- RV sites of varying sizes, potentially with full or partial hookups.
- Basic utilities such as water and electricity. (The negative review suggests potential concerns about billing for these services, which warrants further investigation.)
- Potentially, communal areas or facilities, though these are not explicitly mentioned.
- On-site management. (The positive review highlights the current manager, Laura.)

Parkview Manufactured Housing & RV Community Reviews
Do not live here…. Save your money Laura is just going to sell you a house full of mold every house has mold in it when you bring up to her she brushes it off and doesn’t care, she also will harass you and treat the neighborhood as a prison. Feb 08, 2024 · MannyI recently stayed with a family member for a few months at this park. the whole time i was there i noticed a lot of good changes happening. I bumped into the manager Laura who was very nice and helpful. I praised her on the great job she was doing and hope to someday have my own place there. From what i heard the past managers were safe to say "clowns who didn't care". From what i can see Laura cares about cleaning up this place like she lived their herself. Thank you owners for finally finding a caring manager!
Aug 08, 2023 · rick jI've been trying to move in there for about a yr. Now and I'm always told that there isn't anything available
Dec 24, 2024 · Kimberly RussellThe owners have no idea what they're doing. They charge you for pets even if you don't have any. The park is a dump even with the stupid Flintstones gimmick they're trying to pull off. Laura Commisso is the manager and we never had a problem until she showed up. Your best bet is to keep driving of your looking for a place to stay. As you can see they cut our deck in half and walled up our back door without our permission or knowledge. We can't wait to move.
Sep 19, 2022 · Jimmy FaustNever mind all of the negative reviews. If your responsible, have some respect for yourself and others... you'll find this is a peaceful place to be. Its reasonable, also a convenient location. I've lived here over a year, yet through all of my personal experiences with Kurt I've always been treated right. The guy has been more than fair and that's honorable. I love my neighbors and together we create a community.Nothing bad to say about my time here at parkview. I recommend this place to anyone looking. To the owners and management...Thank you all.
