Dallas Mobile Home Village Introduce
Dallas Mobile Home Village, situated at 573 E Ellendale Ave, Dallas, OR 97338, USA, presents itself as a potential option for individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the Dallas, Oregon area. While specific details regarding the park's environment, services, and features are limited in readily available online information, including customer reviews, it is important to consider all perspectives when evaluating this community.
The provided customer reviews offer a glimpse into the experiences of some individuals at Dallas Mobile Home Village. One review humorously describes the density of the park, particularly at the upper section, stating, "Home of the human sardines. Especially at the top of the park. All stuffed in there so close you hear your neighbors fart lol." This comment suggests a potentially close proximity between living spaces in certain areas of the community.
Another review raises more serious concerns, alleging "worse things going on behind closed doors. Especially the on site manger home.. The middle still to this day are found in that front bathroom and they take money go hold spots its illegal actions happening there and its only a matter if time befor everyone finds out." These are significant allegations that potential residents should be aware of. It is important to note that these are individual opinions and experiences shared online and may not represent the entirety of the community's environment or management practices.
Given the limited positive or descriptive information available online about Dallas Mobile Home Village, it becomes challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of its environment, services, and features in line with typical "RV parks near me" introductions. However, based on the nature of mobile home and RV parks generally, we can infer some potential aspects that might be present, while acknowledging that specific details for Dallas Mobile Home Village are not confirmed.
Typically, mobile home and RV parks offer spaces or lots for accommodating mobile homes and recreational vehicles. These sites usually include basic utility hookups, such as water, electricity, and possibly sewer connections, to ensure the functionality of the living units. The layout and size of these sites can vary, potentially leading to different levels of spacing and privacy within the park, as suggested by the "human sardines" comment.
Waste management services are generally provided in such communities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. The presence of common areas, such as green spaces or communal facilities, is also a possibility in many mobile home and RV parks, although no specific information is available for Dallas Mobile Home Village.
Laundry facilities are often considered a necessary amenity for long-term residents and travelers in RV parks, offering a convenient way to manage laundry needs. Again, whether these facilities are available at Dallas Mobile Home Village is not explicitly stated in the provided information.
Management is typically on-site or readily available to handle the day-to-day operations of the park, address resident inquiries, and oversee maintenance. However, the second customer review raises serious allegations regarding the on-site manager, which would warrant careful consideration for prospective residents.
The location of Dallas Mobile Home Village in Dallas, Oregon, might offer certain advantages. Dallas is a small city in the Willamette Valley, known for its historical charm and proximity to agricultural areas. Residents of the mobile home village might have access to local amenities, shops, and services within the city. However, for individuals specifically searching for "RV parks near me" that offer a certain level of comfort, space, and management integrity, the limited and concerning feedback available for Dallas Mobile Home Village suggests the need for thorough due diligence. Potential residents should consider visiting the site in person, if possible, to assess the conditions and speak with current residents (beyond online reviews) to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the community.
Given the lack of positive descriptions and the presence of serious allegations in the provided reviews, it is impossible to objectively highlight attractive features or promotional information for Dallas Mobile Home Village based solely on this data. The available information paints a picture that necessitates caution and further investigation from anyone considering residing there.
For those interested in learning more about Dallas Mobile Home Village, the provided phone numbers, (503) 831-3904 and +1 503-831-3904, can be used to contact the management directly. In conclusion, Dallas Mobile Home Village in Dallas, Oregon, is presented as a potential option for those searching within the "RV parks near me" category. However, the limited information available online, including concerning customer reviews regarding density and alleged illegal activities, suggests that prospective residents should exercise significant caution and conduct thorough independent research before making any decisions. A personal visit and direct engagement with the management and potentially current residents would be advisable to gain a more accurate understanding of the community and its living conditions.

Mar 17, 2019 · Corene DevargasThere really is no structure or organization for what this property has on it. There are a variety of mobile homes, RV's and motor homes, all mixed together randomly. Some of the existing mobile homes appear to be abandoned, empty, broken, missing parts, or just still standing by some random miracle. The sign/name is misleading due to all of the non- mobile homes apparently resting throughout permanently.I walked around a "new" mobile home being installed in what was a vacant lot. It was labeled as over 40 years old. The smell of exposed sewer was string along the back side, where the drinking water line is located.I do not know the costs for the space, so cannot comment on that.
Aug 20, 2019 · Brady H (Vadersdad)A little run down but friendly place, good drugs as weed is legal in Oregon but my alcoholic wife, Linny; mean, vindictive, a true "Grifter" lives there moving product of sorts, powders and rippin' people off, a true man hater as she caught her dad cheating on her mother thus thought all men were that way and treated them that way, very insecure...
