Daniels Creek Village Introduce
For local residents in the Collinsville, Virginia area who may be exploring long-term housing options and encountering Daniels Creek Village, potentially listed under platforms that include "RV Parks Near Me," it is crucial to provide an objective introduction based on publicly available feedback. Located on South Daniels Creek Rd, Collinsville, VA 24078, USA, and reachable by phone at (866) 563-8777 or +1 866-563-8777, Daniels Creek Village functions as a mobile home park offering rental lots for long-term occupancy. However, it is essential to note that recent reviews from individuals claiming to be tenants or visitors paint a concerning picture regarding the property's maintenance, management responsiveness, and overall living conditions. This introduction aims to present an unbiased summary of the information available to help prospective residents make informed decisions.
Based on the limited but strongly negative review information, the environment within Daniels Creek Village appears to be a significant area of concern for some individuals. One reviewer mentions the presence of "old and boarded up abandoned trailers all throughout the property," suggesting a potential issue with the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of the community. Another review details a "huge hole" on the side of a driveway that allegedly caused damage to a vehicle, indicating potential safety hazards and neglect of common areas. Furthermore, the presence of black mold within at least one of the mobile homes, reportedly resulting from an unaddressed leak, raises serious concerns about the health and safety of the living environment. These descriptions paint a picture of a property where maintenance and overall upkeep may be lacking, potentially impacting the quality of life for residents.
The services and responsiveness of the management at Daniels Creek Village, according to the provided reviews, appear to be severely lacking. Multiple issues raised by tenants allegedly went unaddressed for extended periods. One reviewer stated that a kitchen floor coming up was never replaced despite promises, and a bedroom floor that was "farthing through" took a year and a half to be repaired, ultimately revealing a leak and black mold. The same reviewer also claims that management did not assist with snow removal, leaving tenants to clear their own paths. Additionally, there are allegations of doors falling off hinges due to crumbling frames, with tenants being blamed for the damage. The second review echoes these concerns, stating that issues within a tenant's trailer were reported to owners and maintenance "numerous times" with no action taken. The owners are described as not living in the area and thus not witnessing the conditions firsthand. This feedback suggests a significant disconnect between management and the needs of the tenants, raising serious questions about the level of service provided.
The features of Daniels Creek Village, as perceived through the lens of the available reviews, are overwhelmingly negative. The alleged lack of maintenance, including unrepaired structural issues, potential safety hazards like the hole in the driveway, and the presence of abandoned trailers, detract significantly from any positive features the park might otherwise offer. The apparent failure to address serious issues like leaks and black mold raises habitability concerns. The lack of assistance with snow removal could be a significant inconvenience for residents during winter months. The positive aspects typically associated with mobile home park living, such as well-maintained common areas and timely repairs, seem to be absent based on the provided feedback. The only potential feature that could be inferred is the availability of rental lots for mobile homes, but the negative conditions and management issues appear to overshadow this basic function.
Given the overwhelmingly negative nature of the available reviews, providing any form of positive "promotional information" for Daniels Creek Village would be highly misleading and irresponsible. Instead, it is crucial to highlight the serious concerns raised by individuals claiming to be associated with the property. Prospective residents searching under "RV Parks Near Me" (if Daniels Creek Village is listed there) should be aware of the allegations of neglect, lack of maintenance, and poor management responsiveness. There is no objective information available in the provided text to suggest any positive promotional angles. In fact, the feedback strongly suggests that potential tenants should exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate the current conditions and management practices before considering residency at Daniels Creek Village.
It is important to reiterate that while Daniels Creek Village may be listed under a platform that includes "RV Parks Near Me," its function is that of a mobile home park offering long-term rental lots. The experiences shared by reviewers, if accurate, indicate a significant disparity between the expected standards of property management and the reality faced by some tenants. The allegations of uninhabitable living conditions, safety hazards, and a lack of responsiveness from management are serious and should not be ignored by anyone considering moving into the community. The stark contrast between the expectation of a safe and well-maintained living environment and the reported conditions at Daniels Creek Village warrants careful consideration and further investigation.
In conclusion, based on the limited but strongly negative feedback available, Daniels Creek Village in Collinsville, VA, appears to be a mobile home park with significant issues related to maintenance and management responsiveness. Prospective residents searching for long-term housing options, potentially finding this listing under "RV Parks Near Me," should be aware of the allegations of unrepaired structural damage, safety hazards, the presence of abandoned trailers, and a lack of assistance with essential services like snow removal. The serious claims regarding black mold and uninhabitable living conditions necessitate extreme caution and thorough due diligence before considering Daniels Creek Village as a potential place of residence.

Daniels Creek Village Reviews
If I could leave less than a star I would. When first moving in the kitchen floor was coming up and I was told it would be replaced after it got worse and it was never replaced. They do not help with snow removal, the tenants had to dig their way out of the mobile home park while the rental manager drove by and watched. They do not fix a thing. Had a bedroom floor farthing through for over a year and it took a year and a half to fix it. Come to find out it was due to a leak. Which caused black mold all throughout the home. Was told the home was inhabitable and they would not find a place for us to stay while it was fixed. Door frames crumbing apart to the point so the doors won’t stay up and then blamed for the doors falling off the hinges. Old and boarded up abandoned trailers all throughout the property. On one side of the driveway there is a huge hole that could easily tear apart someone’s motor ( messed up my sisters motor ).
Jul 05, 2023 · KaylaHorrible place...owners don't live around this area and don't see firsthand how things are..anyway we visit a tenant there..knew 2 others but they been gone..anyway 2 issues in the trailer been told to owners & maintenance numerous times and nothing has been done yet..1 issue is pretty bad.. if were me living there it would be fixed or they could put me somewhere else or I would go to county , better business bureau & the media..some people don't know the laws and get taken advantage of..it's not right.
Jul 25, 2024 · Lakin SpencerThe trailer park owners don't care. I go here to visit my cousin. The driveway is one big pothole and her driveway got dug up because of a burst water pipe and all the mud is still just piled up there. She can hardly get in and out of her driveway. It's ridiculous but they're not worried about it! They don't care about the properties or the tenants. All about that almighty dollar! If I ever see improvements I'll update but for now I give it one star.
Jan 11, 2019 · MandyEmpty dilapidated mobile homes with broken windows and half demolished mobile homes. Entrance and exit are horrific, potholes everywhere. Not appealing in the slightest.
