Dellwood Mobile Home Court Introduce
For those exploring housing options under broad categories such as "RV Parks Near Me" or more specifically mobile home communities, Dellwood Mobile Home Court in Reedsburg, WI, at E9450 Dellwood Ct, Reedsburg, WI 53959, USA, is a residential community that warrants consideration. While primarily a mobile home park for long-term residency, such communities are occasionally found in broader searches for extended stay or alternative housing solutions. For inquiries, Dellwood Mobile Home Court can be reached at (608) 254-6363 or +1 608-254-6363.
The environment at Dellwood Mobile Home Court is described with contrasting views by residents. One long-term resident, after a decade, characterizes it as "really quiet and homie." This suggests a comfortable, settled, and peaceful atmosphere, typical of a well-established residential community where neighbors are familiar and there's a sense of belonging. Such an environment would appeal to individuals or families seeking a stable and calm place to live, away from the immediate hustle of more densely populated areas. The address itself, E9450 Dellwood Ct, suggests a court or cul-de-sac setting, which often inherently contributes to a quieter, more contained environment with less through traffic. Being in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, the park likely benefits from the general rural or semi-rural character of the area, offering a more tranquil backdrop than a bustling city. Manufactured home communities often have a uniform appearance, contributing to a neat and orderly streetscape. However, it's crucial to acknowledge another review that starkly contrasts this positive impression, stating, "It's not a good place to live. Drug dealers night and day in that area." This review introduces significant concerns about safety and community well-being, suggesting a varying or possibly deteriorating environmental quality. It's important for prospective residents to investigate such claims thoroughly, as a "quiet and homie" environment is fundamentally undermined by concerns about illicit activity. The reality of the environment may, therefore, be subject to individual experience and specific timing, or could reflect changes over time. An objective view must present both perspectives for a complete picture.
Regarding services, mobile home parks like Dellwood Mobile Home Court typically offer lot rentals for privately owned manufactured homes. This means residents own their homes but lease the land they sit on. Essential services usually include water, sewer, and trash collection, often bundled into the monthly lot rent. Individual utilities such as electricity and possibly natural gas or propane would be the responsibility of the homeowner. While specific on-site amenities for Dellwood Mobile Home Court are not detailed in the provided information, manufactured home communities generally provide services such as off-street parking. Given its designation as a "mobile home court," it suggests a community designed for long-term residential living rather than transient RV stays, meaning services are geared towards daily living. If there is on-site management, they would typically handle maintenance of common areas, enforcement of community rules, and resident relations. For those considering living in such a community, understanding the terms of the lot lease, including any park rules and regulations, is a vital service that the park management would provide. However, without further specific information, it's difficult to elaborate on additional services beyond standard utility connections and lot management.
Features of Dellwood Mobile Home Court, based on the limited information, revolve around its core offering as a residential mobile home park. The primary feature is the provision of permanent living spaces within a community setting. The "homie" aspect mentioned in one review suggests a sense of established neighborhood and potentially a close-knit community among residents. The quiet nature of the park, if consistently true, is a significant feature for those seeking a peaceful living environment. The park's location in Reedsburg, WI, implies proximity to local amenities such as schools, shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and potentially recreational opportunities in the wider Reedsburg area. Manufactured homes themselves offer a range of features, often including multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, modern kitchens, and open-concept living spaces, providing an affordable alternative to traditional stick-built homes. The specific features of individual homes within the court would vary depending on the home itself. While the term "mobile home court" might sometimes be associated with older models, many modern manufactured homes are built to high standards and offer comfortable living. The stark contrast in reviews, however, highlights that while some experience a homey and quiet environment, others perceive significant issues related to safety and illicit activities, which would fundamentally alter the "features" of the living experience. For any potential resident, the social and safety environment of the park is a critical feature to evaluate.
Promotional information for Dellwood Mobile Home Court, without explicit marketing materials, would typically center on its appeal as an affordable and stable housing option in Reedsburg. The phrase "quiet and homie" would be a strong selling point, emphasizing a desirable living environment. For potential residents searching for a long-term solution on platforms like "RV Parks Near Me" that might list such communities, the park would promote itself as a place to establish roots, offering a sense of community and the benefits of homeownership without the land purchase. The affordability of manufactured housing, combined with lower monthly lot rents compared to traditional property taxes and mortgages, often serves as a key promotional angle. While the negative review poses a challenge to a purely positive promotional narrative, an objective introduction must acknowledge both sides. Therefore, any general promotion of Dellwood Mobile Home Court would ideally focus on its potential to provide a peaceful, established community for long-term residents seeking an accessible and economical housing solution in the Reedsburg area. It would likely appeal to those prioritizing a stable living environment over extensive on-site recreational amenities, common in RV resorts. However, given the conflicting public feedback, potential residents would be strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the property and speaking with current residents, to assess the current environment and determine if it aligns with their expectations for a safe and comfortable home.

I've lived here for 10 years now.really quiet n homie.
Aug 22, 2024 · Joe SigafusIt's not a good place to live. Drug dealers night and day in that area.
Aug 16, 2024 · LOVEMYCOUNTRYWent there to help someone with their car so it seemed like a cozy place although had a hell of a time finding the right lot number since it's not exactly marked clearly on the streets or the homes. Emergency personnel with the same issue may not get to someone in time and I certainly wouldn't live there for that reason alone.
