Devencrest RV Sales & Services Introduce
Are you looking for a comprehensive RV solution in the Albany, Georgia area? Devencrest RV Sales & Services, located at 1833 Liberty Expy, Albany, GA 31705, USA, aims to be your local hub for all things RV. While direct user reviews online present some significant concerns regarding management practices and facility conditions, it's important for local users to be aware of the information available as they consider their options for RV services and potential residency.
Based on its name and address, Devencrest RV Sales & Services indicates a dual focus: the sale of recreational vehicles and the provision of services for RV owners. For local residents interested in purchasing an RV, Devencrest may offer a selection of new and/or used models. Visiting their physical location or contacting them directly would be the best way to ascertain their current inventory, pricing, and financing options. As an RV sales center, they might cater to various needs, from first-time buyers looking for entry-level campers to experienced travelers seeking larger, more luxurious motorhomes.
In addition to sales, the "Services" part of their name suggests that Devencrest RV Sales & Services offers maintenance and repair for recreational vehicles. This could include routine servicing such as oil changes, tire rotations, and appliance checks, as well as more complex repairs to engines, transmissions, electrical systems, plumbing, and bodywork. For local RV owners, having a nearby service center can be invaluable for ensuring their vehicles are in top condition for travel and comfortable living.
The reviews available online, however, paint a concerning picture regarding the management and living conditions at the RV park aspect of this business. One reviewer, claiming to be a tenant of a year, expresses disappointment over the lack of advertised security features like gates, surveillance, and good lighting. This raises questions about the safety and security measures in place for residents.
The same reviewer also alleges discriminatory behavior by the multi-site community manager, Nekesha Davis, citing instances of selective enforcement of parking rules based on race. These are serious accusations that potential tenants should be aware of. The review further mentions the acceptance of rental vouchers (Section 8 housing), which might signal a shift in the community's demographic and potentially its amenities and regulations. The reviewer details a dispute over a late rent payment, alleging unfair handling and what they perceive as harassment, especially considering their disability. They also mention contacting government entities and legal counsel regarding these issues.
Another review from individuals claiming to have lived at 23 Mark Dr. for a year describes the location as "the worst place that you could possibly ever live at." They recount incidents involving the towing of a visitor's car and allegations of harassment and intimidation by the management, including an alleged threat involving a firearm. This review also raises concerns about the safety and treatment of residents and their guests.
Furthermore, the second reviewer mentions a serious potential safety hazard: "raw septic waste and septic pipe with clean out and no cover buried with power lines." If accurate, this poses significant health and safety risks that would be of serious concern to any potential resident or visitor. The reviewer indicates they would be notifying the building inspector about this issue.
Given these publicly available reviews, local users considering Devencrest RV Sales & Services for either purchasing an RV or as a place to reside should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. If you are considering purchasing an RV from this location, it would be wise to inspect the vehicle thoroughly and understand the terms of any warranty or service agreements. If you are considering living at the RV park, it is strongly recommended that you visit the site in person, if possible, at different times of day and night to assess the environment, security, and overall atmosphere. Speaking with current residents (if possible) could provide further insight into the living conditions and management practices.
It is important to note that online reviews can be subjective and may not always represent the complete picture. However, the consistency and seriousness of the issues raised in these reviews warrant careful consideration. Local users might also want to check with local consumer protection agencies or the Better Business Bureau for any further information or complaints filed against Devencrest RV Sales & Services.
As this introduction is based solely on the provided information, including the concerning customer reviews, it cannot offer any positive promotional information or highlight specific features beyond the potential for RV sales and services implied by the name. The strong negative feedback regarding the RV park environment and management practices overshadow any potential benefits that might otherwise be advertised. Local users are advised to proceed with caution and seek additional information before making any decisions regarding Devencrest RV Sales & Services.
For local RV enthusiasts seeking RV parks near Albany, GA, it would be prudent to research other options in the area and compare their amenities, security measures, management reputations, and resident feedback. Visiting multiple locations and speaking with staff and residents can help in making an informed decision that aligns with your needs and expectations for a comfortable and safe RV living experience.

Devencrest RV Sales & Services Reviews
First off I have been a tenant for the past year and still can't find the security gates, servalance or the good lighting they claim to have and advertise and the multi site community manager Nekesha Davis is racist in my eyes cars parked on the grass all over the community but I'm the only one that was warned about parking on grass, and now there accepting rental vouchers which falls under section 8 housing and this is the way she treats tenants with disabilities and only a few tenants manly the white race and Latino race , she don't say or do anything to the black race here and this is the latest thing which I say is harassmentAs I consulted with my attorney as to what I should do and contacted s.s.i about this matter and a couple more government entities and all said the same thing if you have til the 5th of the month before considered late by the lease agreement signed quote (LATE CHARGES. Tenant agrees to pay a late charge of $50.00 for Rent not received by or delivered to Landlord atthe above address on or before the fifth day of the month. Any charges listed here will be deemed to be Rentand will be collectable as Rent. If Tenant is late for three months, Landlord may charge a late fee of $100.00 thefourth time Rent is not received by the fifth day of the month).the pictures of the money orders dated the 4th day of April and then where I was putting the money orders in a envelope into the Dropbox at office on the 5th day of April technically is not considered late until the end of day on the 6th of April because your office is not open on Saturday and Sunday but strange how you was there on Saturday and posted the rent by 5:40 pm on Saturday and in the year that I have been here never have you or any other office help posted rent on a Saturday regardless if was the 5th of the month and I have my copy of my payment history and shows on more than one occasion that was received on the 6th of the month and no late fee or sent back as partial payment but without informing the tenants the month of April you decide to do that and now fall under the guidelines of low income housing seeing you are now taking rental vouchers which is section 8 housing and you have it advertised on your website.and then give a 3 days to pay or vacate the property by hand and asked you what it was but sent rent back certified mail and then don't give complete tracking number knowing on a fixed income and that's my rent , but as I stated it's all documented with proper government entitys and attorney, and regional managers boss from either north or south Carolina during our recorded conversation with her she stated that they contacted there attorney to draw up paperwork to take possession of the property back in 30 days from receiving the paperwork from mail.without filing for eviction in the courts.so as I was informed by all parties I contacted about this matter and seeing I'm disabled is harassment.so if have to pursue further action against Nekesha Davis and the managers over her need to think about it and straighten it out before the government entitys take it and file actions accordingly.and also will be notifying you building inspector about raw septic waste and septic pipe with clean out and no cover buried with power lines .Thanks23 Mark dr.albany ga 31705.
Apr 12, 2025 · Tom HutchinsonWe have been living here for a year me and my husband at 23 mark dr and I have to say it is the worst place that you could possible ever live at they came here a couple of times and my mom and brother visit us which he came from iowa and they have came here 2 times already to tow his car and they informed my husband that I couldn't be here or they couldn't be here and like I told theme I ain't going anywhere and the second time they came to tow his car neicksha Davis had her son with her in the car and it is stated no weapons allowed but yet she has a gun in her car and was gonna pull it out on my brother but then all that is OK for her to do that imagine if he would of got out of her car they would of shot my brother and still would of been ok to do that these people haress us all the time and my husband just had open heart surgery and they tell him that we can't be here they need to get real and then tell him that when they come in the house there better not be anyone clothes in the closet but his no women's clothes it is the rudest place that anyone could ever live at.
Apr 14, 2025 · Angelina HutchinsonMy daughter and her husband live here. The place is nice enough, but the mgt is severely lacking. My kid was told they could not park on the grass and would have to park in the street (mind you, these are not county roads but 1 lane pavement strips). Anyway, they dropped their notice the morning of my departure. As I was leaving, I drove around the park and photographed 27 similar violations. I have to say, none of the neighbors on her street had received violation notices because we asked them. Here’s the kicker: they are the only white family within a couple of blocks. Is this prejudice or not? Makes me wonder.
Feb 13, 2024 · Tenia “Tia” Bullock SmithWas visiting a friend who is staying monthly at the park. It's very quiet. Clean. They do have facilities such as showers. I've not used them but walked through just to take a peak. They would have satisfied My needs had I needed to use them . My friend has been happy with her stay here and when I've visited I'd say I would stay there as well if I needed a place to park a camper. I personally have not dealt with staff but my friend has had positive experiences with her dealings.
Aug 03, 2022 · Jami LaurenMe and my husband used to live here back in 2018. We were there for about a year. Paid like we were supposed to and everything was fine til we were moving. The manager there is awful and she should not work anywhere. She has no people skills and doesn’t know how to talk to people. She is very rude too. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Campground or mobile home part. Plus there are tons of people out there doing drugs and they don’t want to do anything about it. The cops are always out there too everytime you turn around about either someone stealing or someone getting in a fight. Not a place for family at all.
