It’s very quiet. Nice and well maintained in some parts. They do what they can to make you feel welcome. The down side is that I just got a 92$ water bill and my kids have been gone all summer .. I have been here since April 21 with myself and two children 6/15 and pay a higher water bill than my friends that live in houses and they all have more than 3 people and they never pay more than 65$ with sewer . I work hard without government assistance and to pay for someone else’s water is ridiculous. My electricity bill was only 122$ . So a 30$ difference. - Malinda Mann
