One detailed review provides valuable insights into the community dynamics at King's Row Mobile Home Park. The reviewer addresses two one-star reviews, clarifying that they originated from the same household. This is an important context to consider when evaluating online feedback, as it suggests a singular negative experience rather than multiple independent issues. The reviewer then describes disruptive behavior from these former neighbors, including alleged unsafe barbecuing practices, non-payment of rent, late-night partying, loud arguments, and threats. This paints a picture of a situation that was detrimental to the peace and safety of other residents.
Crucially, the reviewer, who identifies as a long-term resident, emphasizes that these issues were not representative of King's Row Mobile Home Park itself. They explicitly state, "...it had nothing to do with Kings row this is a peaceful environment and they came in and disrupted it that's why they were evicted..." This strong affirmation from a long-standing resident suggests that the park generally maintains a tranquil atmosphere, and disruptive behavior is not tolerated by either the management or the community. This is a significant positive aspect for prospective residents seeking a quiet and stable living environment within the "mobile home parks near me" category.
Further bolstering the positive image of King's Row Mobile Home Park is the enthusiastic feedback regarding the new management. Another reviewer highlights the significant improvements brought about by the new manager of two months, stating, "The new manager of two months has done more than the old one did in a year." This speaks volumes about the positive impact of the current leadership. The reviewer describes the new manager as "kind, considerate and caring," indicating a resident-focused approach. Furthermore, the manager "shows all tenants the same respect and courtesy" and addresses requests "in an extremely timely manner." This responsiveness and positive interpersonal approach to management are crucial factors in creating a harmonious and well-functioning mobile home park community. Residents can feel more secure and valued when they know their concerns will be addressed promptly and respectfully.
Considering these reviews, King's Row Mobile Home Park appears to be a community that prioritizes a peaceful living environment, and the new management is actively working to maintain and enhance this atmosphere. King's Row Mobile Home Park Reviews
So I see here that there are two one star reviews ironically both of those one star reviews came from the same household they're making it seem like it was two different renters and it was not and as far as they're so-called barbecuing the barbecuing wasn't barbecuing they almost set my back porch on fire as well as their front porch they didn't pay rent they parties until all hours of the day and night I'm talking three four in the morning would be up arguing at 6:00 a.m. that could be heard from inside other resident's house threatening to shoot each other so yeah if I'm a Karen so be it for keeping my household safe and a livable environment free of all the stress drama of the neighbors who wanted to fight and try to catch things on fire or constantly have the cops out here... I've been here longer than some of the reviews so I've seen quite a bit and those were the worst neighbors to have it had nothing to do with Kings row this is a peaceful environment and they came in and disrupted it that's why they were evicted...
Dec 26, 2023 · Christina MikeskaThe new manager of two months has done more than the old one did in a year. She's kind, considerate and caring. She shows all tenants the same respect and courtesy. And gets request done in an extremely timely manner.
Mar 31, 2023 · Cyndy JonesI wouldn't move here. They show favoritism to the ones buying. They are evicting me and my special needs child because of so called complaints from a (one) neighbor. The rest of my neighbors are wonderful and sweet as always. Don't trust the rules they change they do not stay the same. The maintenance guy is wonderful but seems to be one of the few allowed to have a fire in an actual fire pit as well as a barbecue pit (yes we were even told we couldn't have our barbecue pit uncovered to even transfer food. Smh. Defiantly consider other options before going here they are crooked sorry people that are heartless, I have money for rent but one sorry Karen of a Neighbor gets to complain And me and my special needs child are now kicked out I'm now having to go to court to fight for her rights and the wrong doing of the so called complaints. the rules change every time they get a complaint
Jan 19, 2022 · Stephanie HardyDon't move here the rules always change. I couldn't even see my family for a small barbecue before cerfue, if a buyer has complaints then there wants are more important than a nice family barbecue on the weekend at 6-8pm i mean come on kings row sucks!
