Dove Canyon Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that Dove Canyon, located at 903 Maguire Rd, Noble, OK 73068, USA, is identified as a mobile home park, not an RV park. While both types of communities provide spaces for residents, they typically cater to different needs and offer varying amenities and terms of residency. Mobile home parks are generally designed for long-term or permanent living in manufactured homes, whereas RV parks usually accommodate recreational vehicles for shorter stays. Therefore, if your search is specifically for an RV park for temporary lodging, Dove Canyon might not be the appropriate option.
However, if you are a local user in the Noble, Oklahoma area looking for a mobile home park to potentially reside in, Dove Canyon presents a community with certain characteristics, as indicated by the limited available reviews. You can contact them at (405) 872-5795 or their mobile number +1 405-872-5795 for further information and to verify the current status and offerings of the park.
One of the aspects highlighted in the customer reviews is the quiet environment of Dove Canyon. For individuals who prioritize peace and tranquility in their living situation, this could be a significant advantage. The review also mentions "good neighbors that mind their business," suggesting a community where residents generally respect each other's privacy and maintain a low-key atmosphere. This can contribute to a sense of personal space and a more relaxed living environment.
However, the reviews also raise some concerns that potential residents should carefully consider. One recurring issue is the perception that the "lot fees are too high for the minimal services provided." This suggests a potential discrepancy between the cost of renting a lot and the value received in terms of amenities and maintenance. It would be prudent for prospective residents to inquire in detail about the specific services included in the lot fees and assess whether they align with their expectations and budget.
Another significant point of concern raised by a reviewer is the lack of lawn maintenance. The comment "No lawn maint." implies that residents may be responsible for maintaining their own lot's landscaping, which could be an added responsibility and expense. For individuals who prefer a community with groundskeeping services included, this could be a notable drawback.
Furthermore, one review includes a critical comment about the management, stating that the "Manager can be an asshole." While this is a subjective opinion based on a single experience, it does raise a potential issue regarding the quality of management and resident relations. Prospective residents might want to try to interact with the management to form their own impression and understand the park's policies and procedures.
Another concerning review describes the park as "basically a shantytown" and mentions "no upkeep of the grounds" along with continued increases in lot rent. This paints a picture of a community that may be facing challenges in terms of overall maintenance and aesthetic appeal. The combination of rising lot fees and a perceived lack of upkeep could be a significant deterrent for those seeking a well-maintained and visually appealing living environment.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not reflect the current state of the park entirely. However, they provide valuable insights into potential strengths and weaknesses that should be considered when evaluating Dove Canyon as a place to live. Local users considering this mobile home park should conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the property, speaking with current residents (if possible), and having detailed discussions with the management regarding lot fees, services provided, maintenance responsibilities, and community rules.
Given the information available, there is no mention of any specific promotional offers or incentives at Dove Canyon. It would be advisable to inquire directly with the management about any current promotions for new residents or any special terms that may be available. Understanding the full cost of residency, including lot fees, utility charges, and any other associated expenses, is crucial for making an informed decision.
In conclusion, for local users in Noble, Oklahoma, who are specifically looking for a mobile home park (and not an RV park for temporary stays), Dove Canyon offers a potentially quiet living environment with neighbors who respect privacy. However, the available reviews highlight significant concerns regarding the high lot fees relative to the perceived minimal services, the lack of lawn maintenance, and negative feedback about the management and overall upkeep of the grounds. Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to conduct a thorough personal inspection and seek detailed information from the management and possibly current residents before making a decision about residing at Dove Canyon.

Dove Canyon Reviews
Quiet, good neighbors that mind their business. Lot fees are too high for the minimal services provided. No lawn maint. Manager can be an asshole. Overall it's ok.
Mar 12, 2025 · James ReynoldsIt's basically a shantytown. There is no upkeep of the grounds and they still keep raising the lot rent.
May 02, 2025 · Gee MaCThe best place for me to live. This place has given me the best memories, everything is close by besides Terry's Market, it is a small but quiet community. I like living here.
Aug 23, 2024 · Angie CruzAbsolutely disgusting place! Saw the rent prices, looked at the pictures, and then thought I could give it a try. When we got there… oh my gosh! The front is okay…ish. But when you get toward the back… talk about your typical trailer park. Trashy. Don’t even get me started on how much they charge for a place that is run down and then brags about how nice it looks. It was absolutely crazy!!! Then to hear the stipulations to even rent the place was completely mind boggling. Not familiar with the area, but definitely know where to stay away from now!!!!
Oct 11, 2022 · Hooked On CamoPut a application in to rent and was told it would take 2-4 days to process, it was one sheet of paper asking just basic information, it literally took well over a week and then I was notified by text with the word “No” no explanation at all, my employment status wasn’t checked nor was my previous land lord contacted, I work at OU and could definitely afford it and my rental history was great, supposedly the owners are out of California but now they just seem shady to me and the same owners run Turtle creek also.
