Clearview MHP Introduce
This introduction to Clearview MHP (Mobile Home Park) in Noble, Oklahoma, is intended for local users who may be searching within the "RV parks near me" category or looking for mobile home living options in the area. It aims to provide a detailed overview of the park based on information available on the internet, specifically from customer reviews. Please note that the following description is an objective compilation of publicly available feedback and may not represent the current conditions or management practices at Clearview MHP.
Clearview MHP is located at 4000 Cemetery Rd, Noble, OK 73068, USA. For inquiries, the provided phone numbers are (405) 872-3477 and +1 405-872-3477.
Environment and Location:
Situated in Noble, Oklahoma, Clearview MHP offers a residential setting within a relatively close proximity to local amenities and potentially the natural surroundings of the area. Noble is a smaller city in Cleveland County, south of Norman, offering a more suburban or rural feel compared to larger urban centers. The location on Cemetery Road suggests a setting that may be somewhat removed from the main thoroughfares of Noble, potentially offering a quieter environment. However, it's important to note that one review mentions issues with children and cats running through yards and causing damage, which could impact the perceived peacefulness of the environment for some residents.
One positive aspect mentioned in a review is that the driveways within the park are paved, which can contribute to better upkeep and ease of movement within the community. However, this positive note is contrasted by more significant concerns raised by other residents.
Services and Amenities (Based on Reviews):
Based on the available reviews, the services and amenities at Clearview MHP appear to have significant shortcomings. Multiple reviews highlight critical issues related to essential utilities and management practices. One of the most severe concerns raised is the complete lack of water for over a week, with a prior history of the water being of poor quality, described as smelling like bleach and causing skin to smell similarly after showering. The inability to even flush toilets due to the water outage represents a significant failure in providing basic living necessities.
Another major issue reported is related to the management of lots and resident property. One reviewer shared a disturbing experience of returning from vacation to find their paid lot rented to another person, with their own property still on it, and an alleged refusal to issue a refund. This incident also involved claims of being illegally forced out of their home without proper notice or eviction procedures, which raises serious concerns about tenant rights and management ethics.
Furthermore, there are complaints about inconsistencies in office hours, with one reviewer stating the office had been closed for two weeks, hindering the retrieval of mail and important documents. The recent installation of a mailbox that is not yet in use further exacerbates the mail delivery issues, causing significant inconvenience for residents awaiting important correspondence.
One reviewer did mention that "management is chill," which could be interpreted as a positive aspect of interpersonal interactions with the management team. However, this comment is heavily outweighed by the serious concerns raised about the lack of essential services, property management issues, and safety concerns.
Features and Highlights (Based on Reviews):
Given the overwhelmingly negative nature of the recent reviews, it is challenging to identify positive features or highlights of Clearview MHP based solely on this information. The paved driveways mentioned in one review are a minor positive aspect, but they do not mitigate the significant problems reported by other residents.
The proximity to Noble, Oklahoma, could be considered a feature in terms of location, offering access to the town's local amenities, schools, and community services. However, the internal environment and management of the park, as described in the reviews, appear to detract significantly from any locational advantages.
The fact that the park is listed within the "RV parks near me" category on some platforms might suggest that it accommodates RVs in addition to mobile homes. However, the reviews primarily focus on the experiences of mobile home residents and do not provide specific information about services or facilities for RVs. Therefore, local users specifically looking for RV parks in the area should exercise caution and seek additional information to confirm if Clearview MHP adequately caters to RV needs.
Promotional Information and Why to Exercise Caution:
Based on the overwhelmingly negative and concerning reviews, it would be irresponsible to present any positive promotional information for Clearview MHP at this time. The issues raised by residents are severe and directly impact their safety, well-being, and basic living conditions.
Potential local users searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home parks in Noble, Oklahoma, are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution regarding Clearview MHP. The reported lack of essential water services, alleged mismanagement of resident properties, inconsistent office hours, and safety concerns (due to intoxicated individuals on porches and reported police presence) paint a concerning picture of the living conditions and management practices at this park.
The significant rent increases reported without corresponding improvements further suggest a potential disconnect between the cost of living and the quality of services provided. The issues with neighborhood disturbances, such as children and pets causing damage to private property, also contribute to a negative living environment for some residents.
Conclusion and Recommendation:
In conclusion, while Clearview MHP is located in Noble, Oklahoma, and may appear as an option for those searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home living, the publicly available recent reviews paint a highly unfavorable picture. The serious allegations of lacking essential water services, illegal eviction and property mismanagement, inconsistent office operations, and safety concerns should be carefully considered by any potential residents.
It is strongly recommended that local users seeking RV parks or mobile home parks in the Noble, Oklahoma area thoroughly investigate alternative options and seek up-to-date information and potentially visit any prospective parks to assess the current conditions and management practices firsthand. The information gleaned from the recent reviews of Clearview MHP suggests significant risks and potential hardships for residents.
This objective overview, based on the provided customer feedback, serves as a cautionary note for anyone considering Clearview MHP as a place to live or park their RV. Further due diligence is crucial before making any decisions.

Clearview MHP Reviews
The rent goes up multiple times a year with very few changes being made. Between the cats and the kids running through my yard and tearing stuff up it’s impossible to keep my yard clean of debris. I’ve had 3 men walk up on my porch, all intoxicated, while I’m home with my baby. Cops are out here at least once a month. Luckily we don’t live on the druggie side. The water smells like an Olympic swimming pool and makes your skin smell like bleach after you shower. Management is chill though so that’s a plus and the driveways are paved. We have not had water in over a week at this point. The water was trash to begin with but now we can’t even flush our toilets. If I could give zero stars I would…
Jan 21, 2024 · Felishia MccainUPDATE: DO NOT STAY HERE! I went on vacation to visit family for the holidays only to find that they rented my paid lot to another person with my property still on it and are refusing to issue a refund. What kind of company rents a lot currently in use to someone else? These people have illegally forced a family with a 5-year-old out of their home without any kind of violations, notice of eviction, or even verbally asking to leave. This park should be shut downThere are some major inconsistencies with the office hours. The office hasn't been open in 2 weeks. They recently installed a mail box but it's not in use yet so we have to get our mail from the office. I've been waiting on some important documents but have had no way to retrieve them as well as multiple notices of mail returned due to insufficient space.
Jan 12, 2024 · David FassettI had to upgrade my review. I had been there but a few times before & I have since been there several other times. The park and RV area are nice, clean and for the most part well taken care of (as anywhere). I hope that they can keep prices manageable in an economy not in their or our favor.
Jun 27, 2023 · Flo WrightI live in this park and have been here for a year and 3 months. I just think we should be able to have a fence around our own area and I feel like the rent goes up to often. Since moving in my rent to own has went up $46 dollars. When I moved in my plan has always been to stay till my dying day. But I’m on a fixed income and if it continues to go up I don’t know what will happen. I love this place and don’t want to have to move. Never have any problems with the neighbors or the staff.
Jan 31, 2022 · Sandy KennedyIf you want some good ol country livin , this is the community for you! such lovely neighbors and quiet atmosphere. This place has rv spots that offers month to month rent or if you want something permanent, there is a mobile home park as well. The manager is super sweet and is always there for any concerns or questions. I love Clearview!!
