Heritage Plantation Introduce
Are you currently exploring options for "RV parks near me" in the Vero Beach, Florida area, or perhaps considering the benefits of a friendly and engaging mobile home community? If so, Heritage Plantation, located at 1101 82nd Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32966, USA, presents an interesting option based on the feedback from its residents. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that Heritage Plantation primarily functions as a mobile home park, offering a particular lifestyle for those seeking a sense of community and the Florida experience. You can contact them directly at (888) 495-3085 or mobile at +1 888-495-3085 for detailed inquiries.
Based on the available reviews, Heritage Plantation appears to be a community that many residents genuinely enjoy calling home. One enthusiastic resident exclaims, "Love Living Here," immediately setting a positive tone. They specifically highlight the "Great" pool as a significant amenity and express their fondness for their neighborhood, stating, "Love my neighborhood." This positive sentiment is further reinforced by their description of the residents as "so nice & Friendly," emphasizing a welcoming and neighborly atmosphere. The reviewer concludes by embracing the Florida lifestyle, mentioning the sun, palms, waves, and seashells, suggesting that Heritage Plantation offers a taste of the quintessential Florida living experience.
However, it's important to consider all feedback to gain a balanced perspective. Another resident offers a more critical view, pointing out areas that could be improved. They mention that "Lawn care needs to improve," indicating a potential issue with the maintenance of the community's grounds. This suggests that while some aspects of the environment are appreciated, others may fall short of expectations for some residents. The same reviewer also expresses a desire for 24-hour pool access, noting, "Too bad we can't go swimming 24 hours a day." This implies that while the pool is a valued amenity, its availability might be restricted, which could be a drawback for residents with varying schedules or preferences.
Interestingly, the second reviewer also comments on the management style, stating that management "pretty much leaves you alone until you get behind on pressure washing or trimming." This suggests a hands-off approach to management in general, with attention primarily focused on ensuring compliance with community appearance standards. While some residents might appreciate this level of independence, others might prefer more proactive engagement from the management regarding community upkeep and resident services. The reviewer also includes a somewhat ambiguous comment, "Pic is of behind trailers," without further context, making it difficult to interpret its significance regarding the overall environment of Heritage Plantation.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," it is not explicitly stated whether Heritage Plantation accommodates RVs. Mobile home parks typically cater to manufactured homes intended for longer-term or permanent residency. However, depending on the layout and available space, some mobile home parks might have designated areas or policies for RVs, particularly for extended stays. Individuals interested in bringing an RV to Heritage Plantation should directly contact the management to inquire about their specific policies, the availability of hookups (water, electricity, sewer), and the terms of any potential RV stays.
Based on the positive review, the environment of Heritage Plantation seems to be characterized by a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with the pool being a significant and well-loved amenity. The presence of palm trees and the mention of the Florida lifestyle suggest a pleasant, potentially tropically landscaped setting. However, the comment about lawn care indicates a potential area for improvement in the overall aesthetics and maintenance of the grounds.
Specific services and features beyond the pool are not detailed in the provided reviews. Typically, mobile home parks may offer amenities such as laundry facilities, community centers or clubhouses, recreational areas (like shuffleboard courts or picnic areas), and possibly organized social activities. However, without further information, it is not possible to confirm which of these, if any, are available at Heritage Plantation. The mention of management focusing on pressure washing and trimming suggests that maintaining the appearance of individual homes is a priority within the community's guidelines.
Promotional information is also absent in the provided reviews. It is common for residential communities to highlight special offers or unique features to attract new residents. However, no such information is available for Heritage Plantation based on the current data. Local users interested in potential residency should inquire directly with the management about any current promotions or incentives.
For local users searching for a mobile home community in Vero Beach with a reputation for friendly neighbors and a great pool, Heritage Plantation appears to be a strong contender based on the positive feedback. The opportunity to embrace the Florida lifestyle is also a significant draw. However, potential residents should also be aware of the comments regarding lawn care and the limitations on pool hours to ensure it aligns with their preferences. Direct communication with the management is crucial to gather comprehensive information about all aspects of living at Heritage Plantation.
In conclusion, while listed under a platform category that includes "RV parks near me," Heritage Plantation in Vero Beach, Florida, is presented by its residents as a friendly community with a much-loved pool and a taste of the Florida lifestyle. However, potential residents should also consider the feedback regarding lawn care and pool access. Contacting the management directly at the provided phone numbers is essential to obtain detailed information about residency options for both mobile homes and potentially RVs, as well as the full range of amenities, services, and any current promotional offerings at Heritage Plantation.

Jul 04, 2024 · Fred ChampagneAs a new owner and being new to Vero Beach, I expected much more for the money I was charged for lot rent. The contract states it’s for lawn care, pool maintenance, roads, so on and so forth, but the truth is nothing done here is worth the amount charged. Lawn maintenance? It’s a joke! The guys walk through my carport, throwing grass everywhere with the weed eater they use, dig huge ruts in the lawn with the mower they pretend to mow with since it’s to big to mow the small yard we have,, and they don’t really know how to care for a lawn even when directed. The pool is another joke. I wouldn’t even want my dog to swim in it. Then you have the clubhouse, that’s the funniest part of it all. There’s no kitchen area so food can’t be prepared or offered inside nor do they have an outside grill to prepare foods outdoors. Not sure what good it’s for other than the joke of the HOA meetings that the elected officials for the HOA have and don’t really care about how the residence feel about their community but focus on personality issues during meetings and then make decisions based on what the property wants instead of what the residence want or need. If you’re looking for a nice community to join with an age restriction, you may want to look in other locations outside of Vero Beach, as most of these communities are the same.charging far to much for the little you get from the rent they are asking and usually a board of directors for an HOA that doesn’t really listen to its residence.
Sep 23, 2023 · Trina EasthamStopped here to pick up a vehicle. It's a nice, cozy little area near I-95 and a short distance from a main road off the highway which has plenty of amenities.
