Turtle Creek Community Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me," it's important to note that Turtle Creek Community Mobile Home Park, located at 1400 Ed Noble Pkwy, Norman, OK 73072, USA, is a mobile home park designed for long-term residency in manufactured homes, rather than short-term stays in recreational vehicles. While the platform category might list it, the nature of a mobile home park typically involves longer leases and a different set of amenities compared to a traditional RV park. However, if you are a local user in the Norman, Oklahoma area seeking a mobile home community to call home, Turtle Creek Community appears to offer a unique and appealing environment based on the available customer reviews. You can reach them at the same phone number provided for Dove Canyon, (405) 872-5795 or their mobile number +1 405-872-5795, to inquire about availability and specific details.
One of the most prominent aspects highlighted in the reviews of Turtle Creek Community is its strong sense of community. One reviewer described it as a "nice quiet little community" where everyone seemed "sociable" and genuinely interested in welcoming new residents. This suggests a friendly and neighborly atmosphere where people are engaged and supportive of one another. The reviewer specifically mentioned feeling that the residents' inquiries about their move-in were out of genuine concern and a willingness to offer help, rather than being nosy. This welcoming and inclusive environment can be a significant draw for those looking for a sense of belonging in their new neighborhood.
Another reviewer beautifully described Turtle Creek Community as "A mobile home Oasis tucked away down by the river." This evocative description suggests a unique natural setting, likely offering scenic views and a sense of tranquility often associated with waterfront properties. The proximity to the river could also provide opportunities for leisurely walks along the riverbank or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the water. This natural element sets Turtle Creek Community apart and offers a potentially more serene living environment compared to mobile home parks located in more urbanized areas.
Adding to the appeal of its location, the same reviewer noted that it's "A cozy community in town but feels like you're out in the sticks." This highlights a desirable balance between convenience and peacefulness. Residents can enjoy the amenities and accessibility of being within the town of Norman while experiencing a sense of rural tranquility and escape. This "best of both worlds" scenario can be particularly attractive to those who appreciate a quieter lifestyle without sacrificing easy access to urban conveniences such as shopping, dining, and essential services.
The enthusiastic "10/10 def recommend" from one reviewer speaks volumes about their positive experience at Turtle Creek Community. Such a strong endorsement suggests a high level of satisfaction with the overall living experience, encompassing the community, the environment, and potentially the management and amenities offered.
Based on these positive reviews, the environment of Turtle Creek Community Mobile Home Park can be characterized as quiet, friendly, and scenic, with the added benefit of being located near a river. The "oasis" and "tucked away" descriptions suggest a degree of privacy and a sense of being removed from the hustle and bustle, despite its in-town location. The sociable nature of the residents indicates a strong community spirit where neighbors are welcoming and supportive.
While the reviews do not explicitly detail the specific services and amenities offered at Turtle Creek Community, we can infer some possibilities based on the nature of mobile home parks and the positive comments. Residents likely have access to essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups for their mobile homes. The park may also offer common areas for residents to enjoy, such as green spaces, walking paths (potentially leading to the river), and possibly a community center or gathering place that fosters the sociable atmosphere mentioned in the reviews.
Given the emphasis on community and the natural setting, Turtle Creek Community might prioritize maintaining a pleasant and well-kept environment. While specific details about lawn maintenance or other upkeep are not provided, the positive overall sentiment suggests that the residents and potentially the management take pride in the community's appearance.
As with the previous listing, the provided information does not include any specific promotional offers or incentives for new residents at Turtle Creek Community Mobile Home Park. Local users interested in potentially moving to this community should contact the management directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about current lot availability, lease terms, monthly fees, and any special offers that may be available. It would also be beneficial to ask about the specific amenities and services included in the lot fees and any rules or regulations governing residency.
In conclusion, for local users in Norman, Oklahoma, who are seeking a mobile home park with a strong sense of community, a quiet and scenic environment near the river, and the convenience of an in-town location, Turtle Creek Community Mobile Home Park appears to be a highly recommended option based on the enthusiastic customer reviews. The sociable residents and the "cozy oasis" feel suggest a welcoming and pleasant living experience. While specific details about amenities and promotional offers would need to be obtained directly from the management, the positive feedback indicates that Turtle Creek Community offers a unique and desirable setting for long-term residency in a mobile home.
