The environment of Tri City Mobile Home Community, based on recent customer feedback, appears to be on an upward trajectory. While initial experiences under a previous property manager were negative, the arrival of a new manager named Stephanie has brought about significant positive changes. Residents now describe a more responsive and caring management presence, contributing to an improved overall living environment. The community is portrayed as one where the new manager actively works to address resident concerns and foster a more positive atmosphere. This suggests that while past issues might have existed, the current environment is viewed favorably by residents who have experienced the transition.
In terms of services and features, the reviews provide insights into the management's role in addressing maintenance and service requests. Under the previous manager, residents reported issues such as unreturned phone calls, broken promises regarding repairs (like painting a wall), and delays or failures in providing necessary appliances (like a new stove and refrigerator drawers). These issues evidently led to significant frustration among residents. However, the arrival of Stephanie has marked a turning point. Residents specifically praise her for her prompt responsiveness, her willingness to go "over and Beyond to help fix all the issues you are having," and her effectiveness in resolving long-standing problems. Examples include Stephanie quickly obtaining refrigerator drawers for a resident who had waited an extended period and efficiently addressing other community-wide issues inherited from the previous management. This highlights a significant improvement in the provision of services and a commitment to addressing resident needs.
While the reviews primarily focus on the management's impact on services, it can be inferred that Tri City Mobile Home Community likely provides standard infrastructure for mobile homes, such as utility hookups for water, electricity, and sewage. The fact that residents were seeking appliance replacements and repairs indicates the presence of individual mobile home lots with these essential services. However, the reviews do not provide details about additional community-wide amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or communal spaces. Prospective residents would need to inquire directly about the full range of services and features offered.

Tri City Mobile Home Community Reviews
When I first moved in, I didn’t have the most positive experience with the past property manager, but with the new one Stephanie, I appreciate everything she has done for us. She goes beyond favors to help everyone and well as the owners of the lots. We had quite a bit of issues with then last manager and she came in within a couple days and cleaned everything right up. I truly appreciate everything they all have done for us and every step from this point on. Thank you so much!
Apr 27, 2024 · Ani RodriguezI was going to leave a one star. I am so glad that the past manager was let go cause she lied to me. I never meet her she hardlyanswered her phone never called you back when she said she would. She said that maintenance would paint the dark red wall never done. We ended up painting it ourselves. It took me forever to get a new stove and never got the drawers to my refrigerator. The new manager Stephanie is so awesome she got me the drawers to my refrigerator. She always answers her phone if not she will call you back ASAP. Stephanie really cares about this community she goes over and Beyond to help fix all the issues you are having. She is very nice and caring helpful manager. Now I give it a five star. Thank you so much Stephanie everything you do for this community.
